Purchased 23 vw gti .. i worked with eddie .. he kept me in the loop the whole time and worked with me on price and trade in. Hes was very down to earth, told it like it was, good sense of humor and very patient. Will definitely buy another car from him in the future maybe facelift mk8.5 gti or golf r.

Just because you guys always treat me like I m the only customer that you have. Similar to the way i treat all my customers at my job.I work for Several companies but i don t discuss business that i do with each. Every customer is the only one i have.

I absolutely am so grateful to VW tech Patrick and Service rep Jen for their amazing service! They both went beyond any expectations I had.I was treated with respect, and each carefully explained what was going on with my Tiguan as well as the capabilities my car had that I had no idea of.I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a Dodge or Volkswagen buy from Sunset. They hire people who are at the top of the tier.

I made an appointment for my daughters VW to have the transmission checked bc I feel it s going out. In our conversation I stated I wanted everything else checked and I knew about the one issue needing fixed. Yet they look at the obvious and state that issue and not the one it originally went in for transmission issue I m upset being it s my child s car and no further help was given. I ll be going to Marcinos in Wintersville (trustworthy & fair the first time).

Terrible. This place rips people off. I payed $120 for a full diagnosis because I know my wife s car was losing oil and a check engine light . Later payed $900 to fix the oil leak and a gas leak . I pick up the car check engine light still on mechanic says it s fine he can t clear it off. I go get gas and fill it over halfway the gas was still leaking . I then go get a oil change and a valvoline quickie stop informed me I still had a severe oil leak. I also found out that the gas leak is a recall and shoulda been free since it s a VW dealer From the valvoline in Weirton Wv across the bridge from here. If I could give 0 starz I would they took our money and gave us the car back in the same condition. Also he changed a fuse and added $60 randomly.
