They are always very friendly and happy to see me when I come over there. I've got all my vehicles from them Never have a problem and when I do have a problem , they're always on top of it. Thanks to sunset jeep eagle.

I cancelled a part because it was not going to be in by inspection due date. The parts manager called me twice to get my cc number and said I would be getting a full refund $250. I got an aweful call on a Friday afternoon, from the parts manager saying one of the owner said she ain t getting her money back. After twice being promised they would refund it. I do not recommend buying even a car air freshener from them. They ripped me off $250.

Purchased a new 2022 Tiguan from salesman Eddie Stock in December. The process was excellent from start to finish. I live 1.5 hours away in Pennsylvania, and not only did Sunset Motors have the best selection of new Tiguans in stock within a three-state radius, Eddie made the process super easy from start to finish. I was able to do the majority of paperwork and financing from home- just a few simple signatures once I got to the dealership. The whole process was clear and open from start to finish. I am in the market for a new second vehicle, and I will certainly return to Eddie and Sunset for a Jetta this spring.

I had an outstanding experience here and my salesman was Carlos. No pressure in buying process. Plenty of rebates and cash allowances on new Cherokee. Carlos even investigated more and got an extra cash allowance from my place of employment. Great price on new car and good trade in price. Trade in price matched the other 2 dealerships I had already went to. Friendly staff that I dealt with.

Purchased a used vehicle from here. The experience was the best of all the dealerships I had visited in looking at vehicles. I worked with Carlos and he helped me out from my first phone call in the morning. By the time I got to the dealership, he had the car ready to drive and about an hour later we were walking out the door with our "new" used vehicle. Everything went smoothly and we are very happy with our vehicle and experience.

For the past 8 months, these people have been trying to find me a vehicle I liked and could afford. I can't believe how hard they worked for me. I'm very impressed with Eddie who had to put up with me and never lost his patience. If you need a vehicle, these are the people to contact. They're the best!

We just bought our new 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee and worked with Carlos. Everyone was so friendly, but Carlos went above and beyond making sure we were happy and spent all the time we wanted helping us get what we wanted. I would HIGHLY recommend both Sunset and Carlos! We have never had a better car buying experience than we did here. We will be back again the next time we buy a vehicle.

Steve Lucas at the dealership personally made all the arrangements to take care of my two popped right side tires on a Saturday afternoon with only a few hours left before they closed for the weekend - he talked with the mechanic in the service department, called around to find the right tires for me since they didn t currently have them, picked up the tires for me, and arranged the towing service. It was finished in only a couple of hours and the price charged was very reasonable. I m so grateful that he took time tohelp this out of towner who wouldn t have been able to get home for the weekend if he hadn t gone above and beyond to make sure my car was ready to go. I cannot say enough to describe the day we spent at Sunset, normally buying a car is painful, but it was actually a fun pleasurable experience with Eddie and the entire team tbh. The owners are there and as PERSONABLE as their sales ppl as is their finance team as it the rest of the team involved...EVERYONE! We will definitely return when it is time to purchase or lease again!! AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND for people in the Valley to shop locally and find a gem right here, it will be worth it. Thank you to all of you for making yesterday bearable .

Had to go to take my Jeep in for a recall ser ice. Took about an hour or so but the waiting area was clean and their coffee was strong.They did a complete diagnostic on my Jeep while doing the recall service and provided me with a list of needed service with their prices. All of the staff was easy to work with and very friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

Bought a used Touareg and it was in amazing shape just as we had hoped for and at a very nice price. Eddie and every person we worked with are genuine folks. Best of all, we had fun there. Drove all the way from NC and thought the trip would be miserably long after including time to actually get the car. They had our car ready when we pull up and we were on the road in under a few hours. Rock on. I hope you take over the dealer scene in Ohio.

Haven't decided on purchasing yet but I enjoyed the time while at the dealership. Family owned and it shows in their approach. Whether I buy or not hoping these guys get future customers who read this and can instill confidence in entrusting them. Highly recommend!

It seems as though there is always one place that stands out above the rest. That would be Sunset motors these guys have one of the best sales team that i have had the pleasure of dealing with hands down. You can actually deal with these guys and not be worried they are not being fair and honest there not trying to get rich off every customer through the door . It is a family owned business in which they take tremendous pride as to keep you as a life long customer .. personally I've bought 7 vehicles there and they have always backed up there word .. If you do go ask for Carlos he will treat you with respect and honesty...

I don't know how this place has such a low rating. I went in and got more then what I wanted for my trade and drove home in the truck of my dreams (literally) a brand new Ram Power Wagon. Had a younger guy named Micah for a salesman and he was super easy to talk to and deal with. The only problem I had during the whole process was when their computer system went down. Not a big deal but they may want to look at modernizing their systems. Other then that it was fantastic. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Took my Chrysler 200 in for oil change. Service writer Chris, one of the nicest and most professional people I have met. 1st time here but not the last. Even washed and vacuumed my car. Service was great. Thanks

I would give them a 0 rating. All you get is lies and deception , Ed Stock will falsify information to make a sell they will also cancel warranty contracts without your permission. I went there today to get a copy of my credit application and the brothers tossed me out so i now have chrysler corp. Involved

Salesman would not sell me a car because I didn't have a trade. He was rude. Said he did not want to waste his time if I did not have a vehicle to trade in. Would not recommend this dealership. Would have gave them 0 for stars but had to give 1.

"If they can't get you in a car nobody will, trust me!" That statement is completely bogus. To make a long story short, I was at the dealership for almost 5 hours. I told my salesman what I was comfortable with putting down and a comfortable monthly payment that I was able to afford. One of the big wigs there jumped in, and "attempted" to get me financed. However, they could only get me financed for one out of the 100+ vehicles they have. Everytime the big wig came back to the table, the price was higher for the down payment and higher for the monthly payment, which it got to the point where it was completely out of my affordability. Then this big shot had the nerve to say "what is another hundred dollars, you are getting a good deal here!" in reference to the monthly payment. Really?! That's what you say to your customers? They were trying to press a 2012 Kia Forte on me with a monthly payment of over 400 dollars. Every time this guy came back to the desk the money down was higher and so was the monthly payment. I was getting frustrated with them knowing that, that was completely out of my affordability. I and my boyfriend told them we would think about it, then they pressed for us to put 100 dollars down to save the car incase someone came along to buy it. I told them no. We eventually left. They called us for days on end, which I and my boyfriend never answered their calls. I went to Allietta Ford in Wellsburg and got approved for a 2015 Ford Focus with 3 miles on it, a 6 year warranty, all for 1400 down and 320 a month. So saying that if sunset motors can't get you in a car, nobody will, is entirely untrue. I should had saved my time and just went to allietta ford to begin with. Oh and on top of all the waiting and frustration at Sunset motors, we were treated disrespectfully by an employee of their garage and service department. Our salesman who was a decent straightforward and seemingly nice guy, told us that there were pop machines and a vending machine in the back and to help ourselves while we were waiting on the co-owner to get back with us on our credit approval. So my boyfriend and I headed back and we were yelled at like we were children by a guy in the service department saying "Hey where do you think you people are going!" I wouldn't have even yelled at an animal the way he yelled at us. That should had been our cue to say screw it these people are not worth it, we are here to buy a vehicle from them and get treated like this by their employees? I would never recommend Sunset Motors after the experience I and my boyfriend had there.

I had gone to so many different car lots. However. I didnt even walk in and Carlos was outside to greet me. I told him what I was looking for and he knew what I wanted. The car looks feels and runs great! Sunset motors took care of everything! They got my license plate and my registration. I didnt have to go to the dmv at all! All in all though the best part was the way they treated me. I went to a lot of lots and the people working with sunset by far wins for their customer service.

I wasn t impressed. I won t be going here if looking for another car! I have been to other dealerships and treated far better! Our saleman was unfriendly, the building looks in like it can be cleaned. I ll travel to Wheeling for my car needs going forward

Service dept. said an O2 sensor was bad, replaced and no change. Walked out after they then blamed the turbo. Turns out it was the cam shaft after going elsewhere. For general service I'm sure they're great. Would highly recommend going else where for something more serious.

I ve purchased 2 Jeeps there in the past 10 years .My Salesman , Eddie, is always friendly and honest .The Service Department is efficient but appointments must be scheduled well in advance .

Was turned off of this dealer years ago when the owner tried to add a so called bank fee of $7 dollars a month to a used car payment after we already made a deal and was signing papers. I told him it was not the deal we made and at the end he stood up , put his hand out to shake mine and said PLEASURE NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU. But I was told that they have change since then and I should give them another chance. Took my 2015 Jeep cherokee in to have a abnormal front suspension sound inspected and was told it was fine. They said it was stuff in the cargo area rattling. Still hearing the noise after I paid them to inspect the front suspension. Jacked it up my self and the ball joint is so bad that I decided to park the suv until I can replace it my self. All around bad experience every time I walk in their door.

Had to have my car towed there because they were the only closest Chrysler dealership. The service was pretty bad they told me they would have my car for approximately one week it took them over a week to even look at it and another couple of days to call the warranty company. I finally received my car back after 2 weeks. all though it was repaired I am not impressed by this dealership. I do not believe that I will be taking my car there again if at all possible.
