Great experience for a tire repair. Daughter is visiting Steubenville, she picked up a few nails in a tire while driving from S Texas. Fast service at a fair price.

The guy who waited on me was very nice and courteous. The guys who put tires on very and knew what they was doing! Thank you so much! The car rides a lot better! I enjoy coming to Snyder's for tires. Always brought from him never had any problems! Have a wonderful week

Was good,price was competitive. Never been,wish they had an appointment schedule. Tires came in on Monday wanted to schedule to put them on Wednesday. Can't do that....not a deal breaker. Started the process Wednesday at 8:45 pulled out at 10:45. Guys in the garage did a fine job. Overall good experience just have someone pick you up or roll the dice on the line.

We recently had two flat tires along with some damage under one of the wheel wells from the blow out and had our vehicle towed to another tire shop. They were not able to make the repairs so we asked a friend who highly recommended Snyder Tire. The crew at Snyder s were professional and got the job done along with additional recommendations that we could care of at a later time to get us back into our car quickly. Plan on following their recommendations and taking it back for the additional repair damage from the blowout. If you ever have a flat tire know that they can replace your tire and take care of the damage. No need to go to two places.

As busy as they were, I thought I would be there forever bc I just walked in, but I wasn't, they were quick, efficient, and helpful. I bought tires and had my brakes fixed. Well update! 4 months later today I was shocked when i noticed the 2 new Summit tires I bought from them were completely bald clear down to the metal wires sticking out and everything! I didn't even have 5,000 miles on them and Snyder said I must have needed an alignment and said there is nothing they will do . I am just out. Never have I ever seen tires that bald and I have had this vehicle several years and it was aligned just the tires before these ones. But still I think some sort of discount should of been given on tires not even owned 4 months or 5K miles. How am I supposed to know it needs aligned if the tire experts don't tell me along with their best warranty guaranteed slogan. SMH

Snyder had excellent service. I spoke to Ashley to book my appointment and she shopped around their inventory for me to find the best set of tires that they had to match my budget. Everyone was polite and professional.

Everyone is so nice and I had 2hrs to kill and they also hurried me in and got me done in an hour and a half! Amazing exactly what they said! But all I met in front were very polite and very nice people!!

The service that I got for my 2015 Ford F150 was excellent. I m not good with names, but the female employee who waited on me, was very patient, knowledgeable, and took great time to make sure all my needs were met when purchasing the tires.

We are in East Ohio for a funeral. Got a flat tire on our rental car on a country road in the snow with a wind chill near zero. Changed the tire but couldn t drive back to North Carolina on the donut spare. Called Snyder. We were there a half hour before closing on a Saturday afternoon. Even though they were busy, they were able to repair our tire and get us back on the road within an hour. They definitely saved the day! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Was very helpful of getting my tire info over the phone. Gave me price for two tires. Wife took it the next day and were very nice and polite and got the tires on no problems at all. Very good experience

We called 10 min before they closed and we were told to come on in. They would wait and put on our tires. We were still 7 min away. So it was awesome of them to stay almost 30 min past closing.

Never trust your brakes to a laymen, thats all I have to say about that! After speaking with Paul, I was confident that I chose the right place to replace my brakes. Professional service in a timely manner..and at a cost I could afford...thank you! You have a new customer for life!

This was for my Son's car & I was just curious about them ! Customer service was kind & prompt. Made sure of the correct tire size, noted the vehicle mileage & was a decent price. When we pulled into the bay 13 minutes or so later, good for a Friday afternoon, we did not have to exit the vehicle to have the service completed. When the " new tire replacement tech" started to loosen the lug nuts, I noticed that he was starting to remove the opposite side tire, which had about 300 miles on it !! I questioned him if that was the correct tire & he said the work order said passenger rear . Guess they made the error on the work order when they typed it in !! His supervisor looked to make sure & the young guy was right. Just sorta strange he wouldn't see that it was a brand new tire he had started to remove !! They checked all 4 for proper pressure & lug nut tightening. Took maybe 1/2 hr start to finish & the tire was balanced properly. All in all, GOOD JOB GUYS !!! May go to them when I get rears for my vehicle.

Great place.. most of the guys are friendly and talkative... only place I know you can just show up and say I need tires on.. and it gets done... everywhere else you gotta make a appointment

Just drove about 15 miles home and noticed I was missing a lug nut. There's sign of someone cross threading the lug nut. I called back and the manager says " techs notes say it was missing when I arrived". It's a total lie. We just had rain and there's no sign of rust, clean threads!Good help is hard to find these days. Needless to say I'll never give them another dime!Just edited the original post after reading through the comments. This place has issues with getting lug nuts to stay on. I think some legal eyes need to look into this place!

Recently got tires and not only were they way less than the dealership, but they also had us in and out in less than an hour! Top notch service and prices! Will come here for all my tires in the future.

Purchased (I thought) 4 tires. After waiting 2 hours for them to be installed was informed that they only had 3 . Opted to reinstall my old tires and go to a different shop.

Was very satisfied with the service employees are very friendly but was quoted a price on the phone and I did ask if this was the total cost. The price quoted was $476.15 when I went to pay the next day it was $517. Was a little disappointed about that.

They charge 100 dollars to just inspect your car now. So that's why it's not getting 5 stars front desk gentlemen and women who seem to always be there are very friendly and attentive. Can't remember their names lol but anytime my car needs fixed in a hurry they always get it done the first time. Which is important. Just pricey these days like everything else. But they do their job and do it well...there's just a price.

I purchased two tires and 10 lugs. From beginning to end my experience was great. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable. Wasn t even there long (less than 30 minutes). Quick, reliable service. Definitely recommend to anyone needing tires. Affordable pricing and they compare tire brands for you. I will continue to purchase my tires here.

My wife went there to get a tire tonight, my mother in law was with her and she had noticed that the tech doing the tire didn t spin balance it. My mother in law then asked why it wasn t getting done as they are putting the tire back on the vehicle and the tech then takes it and goes and spins balances it. It s included in with the purchase of tire, not very professional.

We just had around 3k worth of work in our car done here at Snyder. They were professional and kind. They worked hard to get our car done fast! They cared about saving us as much $ as they could. Thank you guys! God bless yins! We will see you again when we need tires or something else done.

The work done was great, the service manager communicated effectively and informed me of the work that needed done and the progress. They also worked to reduce the labor expenses so it wasn t duplicated by working on basically the same parts of the car. However, I do feel their rate of $100 an hour for labor is WAY higher than it should be.
