Visited location without appointment. Needed two nails removed from tire. The manager, Brian Meadows was courteous & professional. His staff replaced the tire immediately and I only waited 20 minutes for all work to be completed!! They are great!!! Thank you for being so efficient!!

We are not unhappy with the service we received. Quite the contrary, actually. We are quite pleased. A couple of housekeeping recommendations, though. We went in for a flat repair & were told we would be there 15 minutes. We were there 90 minutes. Fortunately, we weren't in much of a hurry and had grabbed lunch on the way in. Part of the problem wasn't theirs, as they were dealing with a difficult situation with another client. However, when my husband looked into the bay to see what could possibly be taking so long, he saw the technician working on the wrong tire. No wonder he couldn't find a leak. Lol! I'm just glad it was on the side we could see. Once he switched to the correct tire, we were, indeed, out in 15 minutes.

I try to avoid monroe after issues I've encountered in the past with them. I felt my wheel bearing was bad and asked them to check it for me since I would be driving to Florida soon. They told me in was perfectly fine and nothing to worry about. 2 weeks later it failed while driving, the same one I asked to have checked. Not sure how you can miss something that obvious.

Went to Monroe muffler in Steubenville Ohio when I received my invoice was $140 more than quoted . They tell me $35 a tire to mount. Was never told that when quoted and would do nothing about it! Stay away from this location! They will scam you and feel the least bad about it!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!

Mike is very professional and friendly. I got an oil change and they did the works (incl. check battery, rotate tires, air pressure, fluids, etc.) and provided me with my copy of the inspection sheet. Done in a timely manner and for a fair price! They were upfront about the fact that my air filter was clean and did not need to be replaced. I will definitely be returning, especially after the poor experiences I ve had at what I thought would be a more trusted service place in town.

I went in to the Steubenville Monro to get one service completed in my daughter s car. I mentioned that her windshield wiper fluid was frozen. The service attendant mentioned that i needed to buy the washer fluid that can sustain cold temperatures. Unknown to me, they drained the window washer in my daughter s car while completing the other service and filled it with the washer fluid that she needed for cold temperatures. I was so shocked that they would do this and not charge me. Thanks for doing this.

These guys are great! Chris is the manager and does an amazing job! He is very knowledgeable and works hard to see that the customer is well taken care of! They do a very thorough job and are reasonable in their prices. Thanks Chris for jobs always well done!

They gave me a full oil change and offered to rotate my tires with the oil change. We couldn t get the Lugnuts off so they showed me how to get Lugnuts at a cheaper price. Very friendly and knowledgeable people.

Used to come all the time under my dads name and Chris took care of us. Came in on my own, Chris isn t there anymore sooo didn t want too much done. Guy said my belt looked old and gonna need changed soon I said go ahead & had em fix it.My car was squealing the day I took her off their lot, when I called to tell them he said oh it may be a broken pulley then bring her back in Me thinking I don t want them touching my car again so I took her to another mechanic.They took my quiet used belt off and put a noisy used belt on & charged me for a new one.Wasted my time & money and lost a family of customers. Good job guys.

Brian and the crew here really went above and beyond for me. My car broke down after dark and I couldn't find a place that would take it right before closing time. Every other shop I called gave me an attitude and said no. Brian and his team assured me they would take it from the tow truck, even after hours and couldn't have been nicer. Not only that but they fixed it the very next day in just a few hours, even though they had to go to Pittsburgh to get a part. Brian was so kind and explained everything they did to the car to me so I could understand. Monro has a customer for life because of Brian and his team. Thank you guys!

Took my car in for an oil change, they told me my battery was bad and put a new one in without checking with me. A few months later the battery fails and then they charge me another $50 to put another battery in despite it being under warranty. Never doing business with Monro again.

My car was acting very strangely. No one else on a Friday afternoon in the area would even look at it. Got it towed to Monro and they called back quickly and said it was an easier repair than they had thought. Last time I was there, they couldn't fix it to their satisfaction and charged me nothing! Fair, kind, friendly...wonderful place!

They are always nice and knowledgeable. If they need to do anything different then asked they will come out and talk to me before doing anything else. They always walk me through what needs done next on my vehicle for future appointments.

They were really fast and efficient, and a lot cheaper than I thought they would be. Didn't try to up sell me either which can be annoying. Next time I'm in town I'll definitely go back and get my filter changed too. Recommend 100% more than chain stores.

Chris was the best. They are not the same without Chris. I have been there many times without a complaint and always have been very happy to recommend Monro. I went last summer and was disappointed.

Had to get my car to a place close to my house since I didn t think it would make it too much farther. ;-). I recently had a really horrible experience with a competitor and of course was nervous and a little leery about how honest and upfront these guys were going to be. Well, I had no need to worry. Chris called me back within an hour of dropping off the car, told me what it needed to have done right away, what could stand to wait a little bit, and potential problems in the future. He was no pressure, gave me pricing upfront, and even had my car ready before closing that evening! Super impressed, and will be going to Monro for all of my future auto maintenance and repair!

Left my Honda CRV there just before noon. Free diagnostic and they saved me over $100 on the repairs. In and out same day and the staff were very friendly.

Needed a tire in a hurry on a Sunday,Brian and his employees got me squared away fast. Good people!
