Professional and friendly service. Great follow up! We bought a Jeep Renegade on April 3, 2024. There was a problem with it and they took care of the problem quickly and at no cost to us. I will buy here again and highly recommend them! Don is an asset to the company and was wonderful to deal with.

Ok, so I understand that car salesmen need to sell a car to get commission. But don't use me as a pawn in front of another potential customer. I bought a car from Don Dimarzio, and although he gave me a great deal, asked for a hug and discussed getting a drink to make himself look like a great guy to entice a potential customer. I don't appreciate being used. Also, answer customers' questions about a vehicle after they buy it. I paid cash for the car. I believe he blocked my number. Not professional at all !!

We had a great experience with John and we are very pleased with our purchase! He made everything as easy as possible and now we have a vehicle we love, and I call her Ruby If I had to offer any criticism at all, it would be to paint the walls any other color but that peach but since everything else was so wonderful, I'm not going to worry about it.

Great shopping and buying experience! John is a class act and Great man. He walked me through the buying process and had me approved in minutes for a loan to buy a great late model vehicle for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Clykel and John Kotsanos.

Previously left a 5 star rating, but after a few months have changed my rating because we were sold A LEMON! Sales person John was nice and was helpful but the truck is a LEMON. Broke down 3 months later with sludge in the engine. We tried calling to have owner make it right but does nothing but ignore our calls after the first interaction where he said we should have just taken it to his mechanic instead of where the warranty suggested we go. Won t be doing business here anymore and will make sure I tell everyone I know.

Wouldn't buy here again bottom line got no help with the car after I was told it would be fixed. I just wouldn't do business with them. I got told they would be in touch and never got a call back or answer when I'd call them. And it's only been a couple of months the car feels like it's about to fall apart. Just save yourself the headache..

I found it completely unprofessional. There was only one attendant there. She put up a "will be right back out on a test drive" when in reality she went to pick up her children. These children then proceeded to be excessively loud, noisy, and rambunctious. They were climbing onto a golf cart, throwing things around and grabbing stuff off of the desk. One of the vehicles we wanted to test drive had a dead battery and the other had horrible breaks. We were then given a finance application, and rhe attendant said, "oh you could bring it back tomorrow or over the weekend." When we informed her that we wanted to do it then and there to see where we stood, she huffed and rolled her eyes. Apparently doing her job is an inconvenience. Just go to a regular dealership, you'll be thankful.
