I remember when...AZ had parts manuals (yes, paper back books used to look up and/or cross-reference manufacturers; at least for simple items: spark plugs, air, oil, and cabin filters, etcetera). They do not have those now; luckily, this store has a very friendly staff that's ready, willing and, most importantly, knowledgeable enough to help and, in my case, got me out of the store in record time....I should have been more thankful, so I'll do that now:You guys are great, thanks for the help

Called in on Monday October 2 at 6:30pm to ask about a clutch cable assembly for a 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage. I don't remember the name of the person who I spoke with but he was very rude. He acted like it was a burden to try and help me and while I was talking he cut me off and said id have to order the part online and hung up on me. I'm extremely unhappy about the way I was treated on the phone and I hope this doesn't happen to anybody else. Extremely poor customer service.

Went here because my friend was having issues with her vehicle. Not very friendly . He definitely needs some extra teaching when it comes to customer service.The guy was not helpful at all. He was in a Hurry not to talk to her.. I will use the Auto Zone closer to wintersville there always nice and very helpful at that one.

AutoZone is my main store for parts and wiper blade for used Hyundai Elantra GT. They didn't have,Advance Auto didn't have and Toyota where car purchased wasn't for they could get part.

Last night I run into AutoZone I've been in there at least 100 times before for the first time i actually had the best service I've ever had a young man by the name of Brandon went above and beyond to help me he spent 30 minutes trying to fix my problem and actually did Best Service I've Ever Had Absolutely A Hard Working amazing Young Man They Could Use More Works Like Him

I was bringing in my old battery to get the core charge back. I had my battery in my hands and since my hands were full I couldn't get the door open. The lady that worked there was standing outside smoking and talking on the phone. I think she's a manager there because she was training another person when I left. Anyway, she stood there and watched me trying to get in and didn't even offer to open the door. This is the 2nd time I've had a problem with a rude employee. Last straw. Won't be back.

Always great people. Never had a problem in the many years I've gone there. Or any other Auto zones in this area. Like thier point system 5 point you get 20.00 dollars to buy or put to the price of item your getting.

Bill really went above and beyond for me. My car started to break down and I got it to AutoZone to see if it was the battery. Bill knew it probably wasn't but checked it anyway. It was the alternator and I was stuck there. He recommended a good shop for me to have it towed to and let me hang out in the store and wait for the tow truck. He explained what might be wrong with it and what to tell the mechanic. It was after dark and I was stranded and he made me feel safe and welcome in the store as I waited. I will forever go to this AutoZone because of Bill. Him and Corey really helped me out that night. Thank you so much!

The gm Even is the best! This man went above and beyond to help meet and overly surpass my expectations. I came in one evening and Brandon helped me at five minute before closing and stayed on the computer trying to help me find my warranty. Though unsuccessful, he remained diligent. I came in the next afternoon and spoke to even. He did some magic and pulled my receipt right up. Thank you sir! And then even went above and beyond to reduc the price to meet the few bucks I was short. WOW! Came back the next day and tried to spend as much as I could afford. You rock auto zone! Even! And Brandon!

I asked a gentleman to help me with my car & although it was hot outside he did nothing but complain from the start, he acted like my car was so beat up that it would fall apart if he touched it. He did one side while complaining & when I asked him to do the other side, said no & ran back in the store. I did let him know that I knew that he didn't want to help me & I really felt that he was prejudice & jealous of my car wich is in great condition & a classic, so in the future I will use another auto shop or if I do decide to use Auto Zone, I will use the one in Wintersville. If your a person of color DON'T use the store on 3rd st.

I went here because I was concerned about my car battery. The customer service was amazing. They were patient, calm, checked my battery and alternator and gave me good, honest advice and suggestions free of charge! I'll be a return customer!

Cashier was in a rush, we were the only 2 customers in the store. He was short with us, had an irritated attitude when we wanted himb to price the part for us. I said never mind ill order it off the internet. So, they lost my business.

Had just got off work when I stopped here. I had to use the restroom VERY bad. The guy at the register looked at me UP & DOWN, mumbled something, and when I came out he said that he said no I couldn't use the restroom. Mind you I have plenty of times, when I wasn't in work attire. Definitely felt nothing less than judged and discriminated. I will never visit this place again.

Very clean store and staff member was very helpful. I had little knowledge of what I was looking for. Pointed out and explained various products, prices and differences. Allowed me to make a choice.

A lot of the workers there are a big help especially women that don't much or need help with a vehicle,very nice and go the extra mile to help even if it is putting something simple on for you and I like that help especially if you don't have that help anywhere else.Thank You for all the help you guys helped me with on my vehicles over the years since opening.

Prices are always a bit high it seems buy I love the car decor as in rims, stickers/decals, plate covers, air freshener, steering wheel and seat covers, gear shifters. That sorta stuff. They do have a wide selection of oil brands though . Everything you might need could probably be there. Hope this helps someone. They have hub caps, windshield wipers, treatments and car washing supplies, ashtrays etc

Very disappointed with the service I received here today. I came in for new windshield wipers, a head light and to have my check engine light diagnosed. The man helping me was very rude, we walked out to my car to check the engine light in my Mercedes and he was unable to locate where the hook up was. After a minute or two he gave up and said he wasn t going to go moving things around to find it so he would move on to the windsheild wipers. He picked up a wiper and said we probably don t have the attachments for this, mind you I ve been to this location a few times before to have my wipers changed! I just felt like he was trying to get rid of me the entire time I was there, I drive a Mercedes not a space ship, it s not that difficult to service. I ve been coming to this Autozone for years, I m very brand loyal and I was trying to avoid the recently opened Advanced AutoParts across the street but sadly after my encounter with the disgruntled employee at AutoZone, I drove across the street and received everything I needed- including service with a smile.

So my husband has been working on the breaks of our car for several days now and because of rotten luck, one thing after the next needed to be replaced. Well we needed new calipers and bought the duralast calipers this morning from the other Autozone in town. When, what do you know, one of the bolts breaks. So I call Autozone in Wintersville to see if they have the replacement bolts. They don t but told me that Steubenville did which I am so glad they did because I really needed the car to be driveable tomorrow for a very important drs appt. So my very pregnant self called Steubenville Autozone and talked to Brandon. He said he had the part in and I could run in and switch out the broken bolt. I got there and Brandon was able to help me get the replacement bolts with no problem at all. He was an absolute LIFESAVER!!! Very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful especially for a very exhausted customer in my situation. I will absolutely be back. Thank you Brandon!!!
