Commute was wonderful the service from older feller behind counter was super RudeKept saying we're closed it was 7:59 and we went back at 8:40 and he and another feller turned lights off as I was inside and then wouldn't check price for my brakes as well as got nasty bout how the box was

Called there several times one day & no one answers the phone, so I drive to the store thinking they may be really busy. There was a woman worker there sitting at the counter & texting on her cell phone & ignoring the store phone ringing in. While i was there, the store phone rang 3 different times & the woman just kept texting away acting like she can't be bothered for anything. I was the only customer in the store at the time. She never asked if she could help me find something, so I left.

Good store. One of their associates, Ricky, helped me get out of a jam with a new battery. Easy to talk to and deal with. Recommended.

Advance is your run of the mill mass produced/ high volume auto parts store. That is not necessarily a bad thing as they seem to have every part to every car that currently congests our roadways. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Parts and products are easy to find and as previously mentioned come in every possible brand, shape and size. All at competitive prices.

I ended up going into the store twice right at the beginning of the holiday season and today January 2nd. The people in the store were phenomenal they made sure that myself the person who I was transporting to the hospital and my car were totally safe and operational through the holidays and I went back in today to thank them and to go give them more business and I wish that everyone can read this and take my advice and go to Advance Auto

Always there if you have a question or need help looking for something, the older gentlemen that helped me, took his time to compare the oz of the cans and how much money I could save.. there was a 16oz can for $23.00 and there was a 32oz can for $29.00 photo of course I'm going to take the 32 oz cans for $6.00 and it came with the freon tubing so I can recharge my air conditioning

Couldn't get a straight answer out of the guy working and I was wanting to order it online so got a discount and he got all impatient and mad so I took my business somewhere else. Stores loss of almost $460 I spent.

Starter blew out on my 1985 Dodge when I went to leave Rural King, ran up and they had a starter in stock and reasonably priced. Super helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Always helpful and they dont treat me as if I dont know anything because I'm a girl. I worked in 2 car repair shops. So I know a little.

they always take care of their customers no matter the need. if they don't have the part you are looking for they can always find one in a store nearby.
