Purchased a hub assembly from them, the part was used. It was covered in grease and dirt. The treads were exposed steel, when I asked for assistance they told me to drive 30 min back to the location and have them order another part. It would take 3-5 days. I am like most people and need my truck to get to work, I cannot wait an additional 3-5 days. This is the last time I will be purchasing from advance auto parts unless they reach out to correct the issue or explain why they are selling used parts.

One of the best for part s around. They ve almost always had in stock parts I m looking for. Most of the staff is very knowledgeable about looking parts up and understanding your needs. Never a hassle if I ve gotta return something.

Noah was incredibly helpful to me, and saved our roadtrip. I bought a new bike and was riding it back when we broke down. He went out of his way, above and beyond to get us rolling again. One of many good experiences at Advanced Auto Parts, and one of the main reasons I visit these stores.

I wanna say thank you to this particular advanced auto and especially to Noah who went out of his way to help me fix my vehicle. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and probably the best experience I've ever had at an Advanced Auto Parts. I went to Auto Zone first and they didn't have the part I needed nor were they willing to assist me in anyway. So a big thank you to Noah and his team!

Lot of parts to choose from and reasonable price but they don't make the prices of the parts the manufactory does but other than that the employees were pretty cool and we're willing to help you figure out what you needed to get for your vehicle.

Very helpful I bought windshield wipers and fluid. He put them on a filled up the fluid then my hood wouldn't shut. He was soo helpful and he finally got it to work. Thank you so much!!!

Most of my experiences that I have at Advanced Auto Parts are usually generally good, sometimes I will have a problem or two of buying a part for a vehicle and it being the wrong part, but typically that doesn't happen to me too much.
