Absolutely the best customer service experience I've had in any business for a long time. I'm here from Texas, an the staff was fantastic. Called me to update me on everything being done. When they would find issues that needed addressed they would actually send me pictures to show what the problem is. They had me back on the road within a couple days. Very highly recommended if you need any maintenance done. I will definitely use again if and when needed.

Zima really seems to care about their customers and I would rate their customer service a 10/10. Brittany went above and beyond to help me out in a way that I can honestly say I have never experienced before. I would recommend Zima to any of my friends experiencing car issues or needing an oil change.

I had repairs done at zima a couple weeks ago and as a first time customer I had to leave a review. The service was amazing! They helped me through the entire process. They let me stay while they fixed my car and I also want to add that Brittany at the front desk was wonderful! She answered all my questions and just made my time there really comfortable. I will go back there for future repairs! I also highly recommend!

I brought my car in to try and figure out why the new battery was losing its charge over a short period of time. An electrical problem that was extremely difficult to resolve. The Zima team dedicated their time and effort to correct the problem. (A short had caused a small fire or meltdown in one of the electrical components that was not caught by another service company during a full-service inspection.) The cost to repair was extremely reasonable, the atmosphere was friendly and professional.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Zima automotive shop where I brought my own oil for an oil change. Max and the staff provided excellent service, ensuring the process was quick and efficient. They were courteous the mechanic was knowledgeable as well, making the entire visit a positive one. I appreciate their attention to detail and customer friendly honest approach. I highly recommend this shop for their outstanding service.

We took our car in for an oil change and to run a diagnostic to find oil leak. They fixed oil leak supposedly and said bring it back after a couple hundred miles to check and it now leaks more now than before and wanted to charge another almost $600 to fix again a part that cost less than $50 and should only take 30 minutes to fix not the 3 hours of labor they were going to charge.

Took our car there twice and Zima put the wrong part on it both times. we didn t know it at first until we took it somewhere else . Zima told us that we will have to come back because our transmission needed replaced. Our transmission started acting up a few months later. We took it to another place and sure enough our transmission was fine. Zima out on the wrong size axel and it had been leaking transmission fluid for months. Call Zima and they wouldn t do anything unless we had the car towed back to them , we decided against that as the new shop had the car torn apart and the correct part ordered. Zima told us to bring the ole part in and they would help us. My husband took time off work and took the part in, Max said they wouldn t do anything and how he was surprised that our car even made it out of their parking lol. my husband drives 40 mins to and from work every day. we are very thankful that things started messing up in town and not on the highway. We lost $600 with Zima. And still had to pay another shop for this mistake. We don t have that kinda of money!

I was in Ohio visiting family and had an issue with my truck. Max and his team were able to get me right in and got my truck fixed. It had to stay overnight and he hooked me up with a loaner for free. He and his team are professional and courteous. 100% would recommend them to anyone needing automotive repair.

Zima kept me informed and educated throughout my car repair. I waited for an oil change and was taken out to look under my car and visually see their findings! I felt safe and respected by the technician showing me exactly what was going on. As a woman I have always feared being mislead with car repairs as I ve heard rumors of shops doing that; but I was educated on the spot and physically shown the things found. I knew right away that I would not be taking my car anywhere else. An oil change and a full set of tires later (I saw the WIRES I was lucky to have made it in) & I feel safe driving this winter!

I do appreciate the timely service on my timing belt/water pump on my Honda Civic. But I would appreciate it more if they cleaned timing cover and valve cover components when done. They were a wet oily mess.

Usually I have good experiences here , this time not so much . They showed me I had a severe oil leak . They ran the dye through it to find the leak with no luck, now they say I have to drive around 200 miles to get the dye through and the oil pressure built back up, I don t drive that far in a month. And with it having a leak I m afraid of breaking down on the side of the road.Services: Engine repair, Oil change

I used Zima for an oil change and tire rotation a few weeks ago. I had a coupon for a great deal so thought I'd give them a shot. Front desk service was great. However I did specifically ask if I was able to get washer fluid filled as I knew I was recently out. I was told this was included with a standard oil change. I was also told that there was a free inspection and I would get a text about the inspection. I did not receive a text (whether there findings or not) and washer fluid was also not filled. I am capable of filling this myself, but it's disappointing to be told it was included and to not get it.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

They did a piston ring cleaning which was $1,000.00 and they were suppose to change the oil. Went to leave and realized they had not done the oil change. So had to wait 15 minutes for them to Do that. We payed that much and they can't remember to do everything we paid for and we have to tell them it wasn't done kinda makes me wonder about there work quality.

My check engine light came on, on a Thursday. I called Zima the next day and they asked if I wanted to bring it in that day. For my own reasons I had it towed there on Monday. That same day, they had diagnosed the issue and sent all explanations/pictures and price estimates via text message(I love this) I told them to proceed and they were finished the next day. This was an engine issue obviously and I am so surprised at how fast they were able to get it back up and running. We've driven the car since and it feels new!! Thank you Zima. You have definitely gained a loyal customer.

They gave us a quote on our repairs and service on our GMC Denali and stood by the numbers and provided excellent services and returned our truck same day. We brought it in at 3:45 and got it back by 5:30. Their professionalism is awesome. I brought my Mercedes-Benz for a schedule A and I was impressed because I normally go to the dealership. Extremely disappointed in their services. My mechanic is on leave due to illness so I gave Zima another try. I will not every let them work on my vehicle again andwould NOT recommend this shop to anyone. They offer pick up and drop off same day services for oil change. I was leaving for an international trip and was thankful for the offer. They pick the vehicle up on Tuesday,My daughter didn't see my vehicle and ask me when will they drop it off ? This was Fri before I was to due home on Sunday. They had my vehicle unlock the whole time in the lot. I'm not sure if they did the job, service light is still on, no tag for next oil change on the window shield. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

From start to finish I had a great experience with Zima Automotive. I drive a 2012 Jeep Patriot and I had been having issues for 2 years with my transmission overheating. I took it to numerous places and no one could figure it out. I explained this to Mike and he listened to me tell him all my theories about what it could be and checked them all. He was especially nice to work with! I took it in on Monday morning and they had figured out the issues within a couple hours and I got my Jeep back on Wednesday evening. By far the best automotive repair shop! They just won 2018 Best of Springfield (Ohio) for AutomotiveRepair. They are extremely knowledgeable, they will even come & pick up your car, treat you fair and at a reasonable price. They also do motor homes.

Extrodinarly happy with the professionalism, expertise and overall customer support I recieved. I have struggled finding a mechanic I can trust. As an older single woman that knows little about vehicles, I highly recommend Zima! Sadly, I was shocked at their sincere warm welcome. As I was walking up to the door, one of the mechanics walked out and extended a "good morning". Additionally, their work is outstanding backed up with a warranty should something go wrong. I hope they stick around for a very long time. Again, I highly recommend them. Expecially to anyone that only know the basics about vehicles like I am.

I see a lot of good reviews and it makes sense. The customer service was exceptional. These folks understood my urgency, and they did their best to meet that. (They went above and beyond what I expected) They did a thorough and extensive review of my car, they did a great job on fixing my issue. Car is running perfect now. Next time I have an auto repair need, I will go out of my way to utilize their services. Went to a Honda Dealership in Columbus and received an extremely large invoice (over $7k) for variety of things they said was wrong with our Honda Odyssey that only had 90k miles and didn t make sense. Called my uncle and he recommended Max Zima Automotive so we took vehicle to Springfield for second opinion. So glad we did. All they had to do was clean the battery terminal and the false sensors went away. They did full inspection provided pictures of everything and detail for what all was looked at. We ended up getting the 100k maintenance tune up. They finished early and were extremely nice and professional. I really liked everyone there including the cat and dog and fish tank! We will absolutely be going back. It s hard to find folks you trust but I 100% trust Max and his team. Thank you so much! I wish you all much continued success and will be referring you a ton of business so you re going to need to build another shop! I would highly recommend Zima. I've used them a few times in the past. The most recent time they were amazing as always. My engine light came on on a Sunday. I had my vehicle towed to their business that day and called them on Monday morning. They had already checked my car in and with my permission, started the inspection. When they found out I needed an entirely new engine, they, on their own accord, started the process to check if my engine was under warranty. Max called me and explained the process. Once they got confirmation that it was indeed underwarranty, max called me again and gave me a few different options of dealerships that I could take my vehicle. To me, they go above and beyond!
