I had a great experience, their staff was very friendly and Rob was my sales man and he was Great at what he does ,I needed a rear door for a Ford fusion and they didn't have the color there that I needed but Rob was able to look on his computer to find one from a nother junk yard that matched the color of my car and it arrived very very quickly at a good price, thanks waltz auto

Called twice to confirm they had the part I was looking for. Got to the shop and they said they were sending a tech to remove the part. About 20 minutes later I was told they didn't have the part I confirmed twice over the phone. I drove an hour and 15 minutes down here and took off of work early. Unless they can get better about communicating, don't come here until they say they have the part in hand and off of the car.

Charged me full price for a used rim. I thought I was ordering a new rim and then when I went to pick it up it was old with grease and dirt all over it. They didn't even clean it up for me. I'll be taking my business elsewhere

I've used Walts both at a previous job in a professional capacity as well as for personal parts. Their pricing, quality of parts, accuracy, and service by far beats that of the giant corporate recyclers.

Dropped off a vehicle today that hasn't ran in 4 years. In & out, check was prepared immediately, inspection took 45 seconds. Excellent process from start to finish. Realistically probably spent 10 minutes throughout the whole ordeal. Lol

I deal with Walt's on a daily basis. One of the top salvage yards around. They treat customers with respect and if there happens to be an issue, they work diligently to resolve it.

Drove from Brantford, Ontario. Pre reserved a few body parts. When I showed up some were damaged or missing. Rude front desk workers.

Called at 830am and asked about a part, they said it was part of an assembly so I had to purchase whole unit, no biggie so I gave my card number and they said they would call me when it was ready. 430pm no call so I called because they close in a half hour, the guy was annoyed that I called and said they will call when its pulled. Next day I finally get a call at 230pm saying they pulled the unit and part of it was bad and didnt know if I wanted it and to call them. I live really close so I stop in and they have me wait an hour to bring the part out for me to look at (had to actually pull the part because I showed up to look at it). I see the part and the piece I need is not there and I say I only bought the unit for 1 piece but it's not here. He looks it up again and says its actually part of a different assembly and it would cost more. I was mad, I said "I just need the 1 piece, just charge me for the whole assembly and just get me the single piece". I left and went home 10 mins away, he calls and says it's out and i can come back and get it. Horrible business to deal with, entitled, incompetent workers

First time I went, Rob was very helpful and friendly on the phone and in person. I had a lot of parts that I was looking for and they had them. Given the great experience, I went back to get more. However this time Mike "helped me." He wasn't helpful on the phone, immediately saying we don't have it even though I said that their website showed that they had. I asked if he could at least pull them out for me like the first time, as Im coming from an hour away and would be willing to pay a deposit in advance but he wouldn't do it. I went to the store and another staff member confirmed that they had it. When I checked out, twice he rudely and loudly said that " we don't take returns!" Not once did I mention a return or had a question if it didn't work. I can understand why someone else said they are quite sexist. Don't think he would say that to a man. In fact, he didn't mention that to the 5 other people who were in the store while I waited. I only recommend walt's if you talk to Rob. He at least looks for things rather than flippantly says 'we don't have them' immediately without checking the computer. The staff that pulled the pieces also were very kind, willing to look for a lot other parts that I requested and Mike didn't know the correct terminology to look them up despite my direct reference to the GMC website. Needed driver's side mirror for a 2003 LeSaber Limited. Walt had it. Excellent service; Called ahead and was ready when I got there. Condition was like new. Functioned like the one I replaced before it broke. Price was $300 lower than dealer's price. Plus, it was the exact color I needed. No painting necessary. Does not get any better.

We bought a transmission for our Sebring and the converter was popping and not spinning well. They took care of us and made it right with no hassle. Very good people and I'll definitely be back in the future!

The counter guy treated me with respect gave me a really good discount on all the parts for this 2500 ProMaster 2017 that I have very honest showed up there after driving over 200 miles together I would give them excellent rating

The staff at Walt's is great. Mike Frye especially went out of his to way to help me solve a problem with a car stereo I needed to replace. He helped me track down a stereo they didn't have on hand and priced it very affordably. I highly recommend Walt's for all your car parts needs.!!

Heated seat went out in my 2012 Kia Optima EX and the dealer wanted to charge over $500.00 to repair the existing seat. Called Walt's Auto and they had like new front seats for my car in the right color. I ended up walking out with two like new front seats for LESS THAN HALF of what the dealer would have charged for a repair. Both work incredibly well despite being offered a 90 day return period! Would 10/10 recommend checking Walt's before looking anywhere else for car parts!

easy to get quality used parts called in morning . I purchased the part over the phone. when I arrived to pick my door up it was ready and waiting on me, it was exactly as described. I also purchased a new headlamp they had still in the box for half the cost of any where else

I was needing a dually quarter fender for a chevy c3500. they happened to have one. loved the experience, they were very helpful and my client was very pleased with the quality of the part i received from walts. thank again guys, definitely will be using you again in the future.

Must be nice to be so successful that you can be rude and insulting to potential customers. Then quote a price that is 10% higher than a new part. EBay is the way. Do yourself a favor BUY ONLINE.

Been there three times over the years and not one good experience. They cater to commercial sales, so if a home mechanic/hobbyist walks in and asks for a part, their eyes glaze over. They have no desire to accommodate someone who s not there to spend big money and they ve been quite rude to me. Two stars only for their massive inventory- the people don t deserve any stars...

If I could I would give out negative stars! Sold me a bad transmission & wants to say it was install error! We followed the instructions that came with the transmission! The great alright at selling worthless parts!

Great experience!!..they are very helpful..even nice to my dog..I was impressed with their national location of parts network..I needed a leather captains chair for my 5 yr old pickup..I located other yards with same seat..all around the country, but I only had to travel from Columbus to Springfield..great value on seat

Called first thing in the morning, was told i would get a call back in a "little bit" waited till 2:30 called back and still hadn't looked up anything for mesomeone please get some management over there because thats just unacceptable, it's not just a one time problem i'v called many times before and same crap happens.lost alot of sales thru me because no one over there does there job

Drive two hours for a part that was supposed to be perfect just to show up and it's bent in half. They kind of laughed about it when they saw it was trashed. Would not recommend Walt's to anybody!
