What a great find! I had something from the highway wreck one of my tires late in the evening. TNT was there to save the day. It was a late night, but they shared what was happening every step of the way. I was even able to drive home that night! Thanks for your dedication and service to your customers!

I had my brakes go out on me when passing near here on Friday right before 5pm. A quick Google search showed me they were the only place who might be able to help that evening. I was able to nurse the car to the shop. They had me going by 8pm! Great job at a more than reasonable price! I'd take my car back there any day if I was a local! It's a busy shop and they definitely deserve to be so.

I already had a significant laundry list of issues I needed addressed or fixed with my 2006 Honda Ridgeline. When my engine died, I had it towed to TNT Auto Care & Towing (owned and run by Jerel Lairmore). I provided Jerel with a list of 8-9 items to be addressed. The biggest by far was the engine had died.He diagnosed every issue and explained to me in great detail what had gone wrong and caused problems and what he would do and then did do to fix the issue. He often texted me pictures to show the progress of the fixes. He suggested many options on how to do many of the fixes. Among his suggestions was always a path for how to save the most money. He ended up being very frugal with my money. Wow! This included for him to call around to all kinds of used parts places and haggle for the best but cheapest deal he could find.Jerel did all of the following: Replaced the dead engine with a low mileage 'used engine'Which he negotiated for and is in great shape. Installed an Alternator (that I had already purchased) Installed New Brakes and Rotors (that I had already purchased) Installed New Calipers Fixed Door locks and windows Fixed several electrical issues,Including a mysterious parasitic drain to my battery Installed sidestep running boards with a custom mounting solutionBecause the regular mounts were rusted or missing (due to age and use). Installed a new leather cover for the center consoleThe original was nasty. Got the A/C cooling againIn the end, he fixed every item on my original list.It took a long time and cost a lot. However, I am certain he saved me $100 s (if not $1,000's) of dollars as compared to other mechanics I have used in the past. I mean when you are having nearly everything being fixed on the truck, one would expect it to take a long time to complete all that work and cost a small fortune. I have had several other mechanics refuse to even attempt to diagnose some of these problems (or they told me they don t do that type of work).His hours of operation are very convenient. He communicated often with me. He answered every single question I had regardless of its importance or relevance. I do not think you can find a mechanic that is this knowledgeable, talented, experienced, friendly, and customer oriented. The owner Jerrell was very helpful. I had a bad transmission and instead of charging to fix it, he told me about a special warranty on my car. It ended up getting fixed for free at the dealership. He literally saved me thousands. Very knowledgeable and friendly

This place is AMAZING!!! On 11/8/2022 I had a horrific accident on I-75. As I was driving 65 mph, my front passenger tire flew off of my vehicle! I slammed onto the pavement, narrowly avoided 2 crashes, and somehow made it off to the side of the highway, just outside of Troy. Since I'm from Northern Ohio, I had no idea how to even begin to solve my problem. My awesome tow truck drivers from Rudd's Towing in Troy recommended TNT Auto Care. They took me to his shop and Mr Larimore IMMEDIATELY stopped what he was doing to help me!!! He was able to get me back on the road within 30 minutes and the price was astronomically low for the service I needed at 7pm! He was very kind and explained thoroughly what he was doing. Please take my advice and seek the services you need from TNT! I wish I lived closer so I could use them for every single one of my automotive needs!! I just want to say how much i appreciate his customer service!! He was so quick, helpful, and just overall amazing. He serviced my car at my house because it was not starting, and he even came prepared with the parts that he thought would be wrong with it. He fixed everything in 10 mins and was just so nice. TNT Auto Care is the BEST place around. Jerel Lairmore is a VERY experienced and talented mechanic who is honest, hard working and really cares about the people he helps. My only complaint is that there needs to be 5 of him!!! Jerel is a genius, and a super nice guy to boot. Best, most conscientious auto care in Greene or Clark county. His hours are for working people. Who can bring their car in from 9-5? Nobody, right? So Jerel is open from 1 until about 10. I wouldn t trade the Jerel TNT experience for anything!

This guy is -THE- best. I had to change my break pads and rotors and it was going to set me back over $600 at the first place I went to. Someone recommended I contact TNT and he got me in that day (which is rare since he s typically booked up weeks/months in advance). He even drove me home and picked me up to take me back to the shop, and charged me a fraction of the price. I recommend him to everyone I know because he s that good and he values his customers.

This place is amazing. Hands down will be a customer as long as they're open. He really took his time explaining everything to me. The cost was a great price. I was so fed up with my Buick and he made everything so much easier. I guess TNT is a great name since he's Da Bomb!

Have been going to Jerel for 5 years with a Prius and Subaru Outback. Went initially for a second opinion on a $1200 estimate which turned out needing only $200 worth of work. He kept that Prius going without issues at all to 250k miles until I traded for the Subaru. Gives options and doesn t pressure me into stuff but doesn t get irritated when I ask questions or ask for something weird. I don t know anything about auto mechanic work so its great to have someone tell me the truth and not recommend unnecessary repairs. His schedule is like noon-late at night which is great for a working person. he is happy to drop me in town and pick me up as we are a 1 vehicle household. He s easy to get ahold of and schedule. He is a small shop so expect that you can t always have something done immediately. I m ok waiting a day because I know the work will be right. That said I ve rarely had to wait more than 24 hrs for routine maintenance. When people ask about a mechanic I always recommend Jerel at Tnt.

Honest, up front, very reasonable. I couldn't ask for a better mechanic to look after my car. TNT Auto Care gained my trust. I'm very picky on who does any type of repair on my car. TNT will explain exactly what needs to be done and will explain in terms that you can understand. They've earned a life time customer.

Honest, very fair pricing and super flexible! Was recommended by a local when I was passing through the area and I couldn't be happier with the service. Jarel the shop owner is highly knowledgeable! Ran a thorough diagnosis on my toyota supra for the most fair price that I've ever been charged for a diag. I felt he was super trustworthy and would recommend him to anyone!

These guys, especially Gerald, helped me out in a bind. I had a flat tire and they came to fix it promptly and professionally. They didn t overcharge me and were completely honest and friendly. This is the way business should be run.

I've been coming here for years. Honest and reasonably priced best describe the service. The only problem is they are so busy there is a wait sometimes but still worth 5 stars. I won't go anywhere else.

Been tring to get my truck in here for over a month. I know the shop does great work and he's over booked, but waiting a month to get in and still haven't herd back of a possibility of getting in. I'm good I'll just go to Fischer's inc. out in Xenia.
