Spent $150 for 4 tires - had to go back 2-3 times due the amount of air that 2 of them was losing. The "say" the corrected it. Two to three weeks later - ALOT of air was coming out. We stop by & they charge $27 to correct the issue. Today - the actual tire BLOWS out while driving. Thankfully - no one was hurt. Will NEVER EVER go or be back to this establishment. NEVER!!!

This place gets you in and out fast and you don't even get out of your vehicle. Drive up, roll window down and tell them what you need then pay and drive off.

I ve been to Jim s several times over the years for patches & plugs & never had an issue, until today. I just went to Jim s last week for a tire plug & was charged $15. My road is under construction currently & the amount of screws/nails my tires have been accumulating is absurd. So I found myself back at Jim s today for another plug. Clearly on the sign they have on their building it states $10 for on rim plug, $15 for off rim plug. The gentleman working there named Tim I believe was who worked on my vehicle & he told me the price was $20. I mentioned to him I was just here last week & it was $15. He told me the price went up to $20 but then when I pointed out the sign he didn t have an excuse & told me he d charge me $15. He was quite literally just trying to upcharge & lie to a woman to get more money. I always tip these gentleman for their work, they are always fast & polite. But today was a bit ridiculous. Another worker there even agreed, the price was $15 & was unsure why I was being charged $20. I just wanted to leave this review to state MOST of the gentlemen there are fair & wont do this to you, but if you get a skinny white guy with tats named Tim, then you should probably ask for someone else to fix your vehicle as you will be upcharged & lied to so he can line his pockets with a little extra cash, when he would have gotten a tip anyway had he not tried to steal his tip from me. Highly recommend Mark with Jim s tire city. He is a fair gentleman who works fast.

Well I did have a 5 star. Until I realized they put dangerous tires on my car. The fact that I moved 3 1/2 the day after and had to drive back to have them fix them. Only to realize they put an even more dangerous tire on. I just wash my hands of this place. They essentially stole $450 off of me. Never mind employees left me standing in the rain, never mind that they were smoking weed with a 10 year old, nevermind this the filled one side of my car up to 54 & 50 PSI. Nevermind they called the owner a cry baby Bit*h nevermind all that.The fact that they are literally robbing people and putting their lives in danger. Yeah thank God I move away. It this point. They would deserve what's coming to them. It's a sad sad world we live in. This place is the prime example of how trashy the world has become.

If I am in a tire related pinch I usually go here. If you need a decent used tire to get you by until you replace all four or an axle this is the place to go. New tire pricing is not competitive. Used tire pricing not quite as economical as it was.. Quick service.

My daughter's tire was fixed 3 times by this place..same tire each time. Then was told I was lying it was done there, I showed the bank statement and he then says he isn't saying I'm lying but people at the shop not doing their jobs right. He goes on to get a tire supposedly brand new, it goes down in a few days. Go to Walmart buy new one and no issues since. This place is a joke

Will never go there again. Most of the good reviews are from friends. Got two tires the total was 171.50. Went to the office I pulled my cash out counted it. Then handed it to my father to double count it. Then finally to their paid daily worker who also counted it 180.00 was what I handed him. He got up left the room then came back wanting more money. The fat dude with the leg tattoo. Tried to pull up camera footage but was to stupid to fig it out and tried getting smart. I shut that down real quick. In the end they saw that their worker stole the cash but it was just a big hassle for no reason don t recommend that shady place.

So far not impressed 2 hours after I called and told them everything going on asking for a road service and the guy finally shows up doesn't have the tools but he gets on the phone and starts arguing with the owner then throws up his hands and says sorry can't help you!! Then he asks for 50 bucks for the "service call"

Tire had a slow leak. They were able to find the problem and fix it. Have had no other problems with the tire.

We were driving from Columbus to St. Louis when our car started to shake. We called over five places and no one would get us in. But the friendly man at Tire City said to come on in and he would help us. He figured out the problem and fixed it quickly and probably saved us from having an emergency on the highway. Thank you, Brian. We appreciate your kindness and talent.

Great team here. Both friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my car by for some patches after running over a board with nails. They took the time to help me understand the wear pattern on my tires and recommended an alignment to preserve my tire life (no up-sell as they don t do alignments). I have definitely found a home for tire service on any of my vehicles.

These guys were awesome. They were pretty busy when I showed up around 4 pm with my flat tire for my zero turn, but a guy came right out and greeted me and asked me what I needed. I gave him the situation, I was mowing got a flat, and I asked if he could try and patch it for me. I left and got a bite to eat and came back to a fixed tire and was charged a very reasonable price. I will definitely be recommending Tire City to anyone else in need of tire service. The kid outside was pretty cool too. We talked about mowers and how he liked my Ford Ranger. I will definitely be going back if I need anything else.

Excellent service and super nice people!! I wasn t even there 10 minutes and they had the old tire taken off, new one put on and loaded into my trunk. Will definitely be going back when/if needed.

Amazing service!! I was looking into buying Amazon tires but these guys came through with a 200 dollar difference and the tires look and feel new. They did it in 20 minutes and one employee Brian was very knowledgeable.

They're polite and courteous. Don't judge by appearance these guys give great customer service and a quality product. Great way to save a little money if you aren't trying to buy a full set of brand new tires. I've bought probably about 10 tires from them over the years. Never had a problem. Electronic pressure monitors are no problem and they give you a (short) warranty. They're also fast.

Manager told employees to put me on the back burner and service other customers as they arrive. I stood there for 45 minutes waiting to be serviced. Since I wasn't buying anything from them the manager decided my money and business could wait. I will never use that location again. I will also tell people I know not to use that location again. Poor customer service they're only interested in selling you s*** tires

My daughter (a young mother) bought a used tire from them and the next day it was flat. $60 plus tax. So I go over and swap out the spare. The tire they sold her had hardly no tread and completely dry rotted so of course it won't hold air. They said 60 day warranty on the receipt and dated it March 1 when it was actually August 1. She called them and they said no refunds. They said they would replace the tire but who would ever trust them again. These people give used tires a bad name. How do they sleep at night? I will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. What a bunch of scammers. I would avoid this place like the virus.

It's decent tire shop that does decent work for a decent price. If you have nice wheels you care about DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE. I let the guy know that these are lightweight racing wheels and are fragile and he said "I know what I'm doing I have been here for 8 years" then I got all 4 wheels back with long screwdriver scrape marks on the inside of my wheels from where they carelessly scraped my old weights off. They then dropped them lip down on the concrete, scratching the inside, and they marred the inside of the wheels from the tire machine. If you have nice wheels, do not go here. Ever.

Bought 4 used tires from them in September they tried to charge me double from what they told me on the phone. All tires had a slow leak hit a pothole with on of the tires (I was going 15mph through my apartment complex) and it blew a huge hole in the tire. All 4 tires have needed to be replaced and it hasn t even been a year yet.

I have bought a couple tires from this establishment over the past few months. They always leak!! I bought a used tire a month ago and it had a slow leak,my wife brought it back to be repaired and they had the nerve to charge her 20$ for a patch! The tire still leaked so I brought it in today after spending almost 100$ on the tire and the manager tries to charge me 50$ for another tire. Then complains this one has a patch and two plugs after they sold me the tire with the plugs in it and put it on! Then it's never their fault(as the reviews say) that their tires leaked, they don't honor their warranty. Their customer service is horrible and the manager threatened me and wanted to fist fight because his company sells bad used already plugged tires! Unbelievable! RUN !!DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY JUNK PLUGGED USED TIRES!

Pulled in looking for 2 tires that were not common size. The guys drove across town to another store to get the tires for me. It was 1 degree with wind chill, they sat me in their warm office, offered me food, coffee! Just awesome customer service! Great prices, fast service! I would give 10 stars if I could!!!
