I made the best review on this place all to end up in a worse spot. These guys are messy & beat me for my money. I had a whole coolant system replaced by this crew within a year my coolant system parts begin to leak again. They service my vehicle for almost 3 year's before I figured they do not know what they are doing and the car kept overheating. I had to find a different mechanic look at it. He found the hoses were bad. They put a new water pump and thermostat on the water pump is now leaking not installed correctly and the thermostat looks like it was never replaced. The radiator was not installed properly it was loose. These guys really let me down! They seem cool but don t really care and definitely have NOT perfected their craft. All I did was go for an oil change, listened to their recommendations and ended up out of over $1k and now paying for it to be fixed correctly by a veteran mechanic. They don t make mechanics the same these days. What a shame on the Tire choice crew upper valley pike Springfield, Ohio. I wouldn t bring my bike here.

I take 3 cars to the place, the one specifically on Upper Valley Pike. Excellent service for me easily for the last 5 years. Would recommend to anyone.

I usually go to the one in bellefontaine which I always get excellent service . Management switched up in bellefontaine. Not so great anymore. Got a oil change in Springfield store . Fast and efficient. Very nice associates. Will go back !

Ordered my tires for me , had them in the next day , and stayed a half an hour after closing to finish them for me , these guys are great and they definitely deserve a raise, they will have my business every time I need tires .

My car was acting up while I was shopping. So this store was close by and I stopped in to see if someone could tell me what might be going on. I was greeted by Carl and he was very nice. He had a look at it and it was something that was a simple fix. The customer Service I received went well above and beyond. I usually get my work and tires through Grismer s but have always treated as a cash cow. Carl was not just knowledgeable but didn t try or make up things that needed to be done on my car. He was straight to the point and I appreciated it. Now I didn t need any work done today but you now have a customer for life. I will be coming to you for all my needs and next month for my winter tires. Thank you

Had a place tell me it was going to be around $1,200 something dollar to fix my car I couldn't afford that so I came here explained what I needed done and they were so helpful and very professional and understanding of my situation and was able to fix my car for around $900 they were very professional at telling me what I could wait on fixing and what they felt I should fix right now. For the first time in a long time I didn't feel like someone was out for my money and was more about helping me have a safe car to drive I will definitely be taking my car back to them for repairs. Thank you all so much. You just earned a new custom for life.

This place is the best place I have ever been! Amazing staff, from the manager Todd, to the assistant manager, to all the mechanics! They really care about their customers, and try to give the best possible deal they can on everything, they definitely go above and beyond, and that s an understatement! Don t waste your time going any place else, you will not be disappointed, giving them your business. They re friendly, down to earth, and professional. Thank you for all your hard work, too make sure customers are happy and satisfied! Great team!

I had bought a set of tires here in December 2019. The service and price were great at that time. I live close by so it was very convenient to me to be able to drop the car off and walk back to pick it up. My tires came with lifetime rotation and balancing, which was great as I wanted to continue bringing my vehicle here for regular service. I am disappointed to say, i will now have to take my business elsewhere after my latest interactions with Tire Choice.I had an appointment scheduled on Monday 3/8/21 at 10 am to have a number of maintenance items to be done. New brakes, rotors, oil change, tire balancing, tire rotation, and alignment. On this day I was advised that the alignment could not be done as they had a vehicle on the alignment lift. Fine, no big deal, so I rescheduled to have the appointment moved to 3/9/21 at 10 am for the same services mentioned above. Again I contacted them and they informed me that the same vehicle was still on the alignment lift, and they would not be able to perform all of the services on this date. While inconvenient, I still decided to go ahead and reschedule (AGAIN!!!) for today 3/10/21 at 10 am. I was assured they would be able to do these services.Well today I drove down to the shop and was informed they could not do the alignment, as the same vehicle was still on the alignment lift. They also said that it would be on the lift until at least Friday 3/12/21. That is a week of not being able to do alignments! Needless to say, i will have to take my business elsewhere at this point.

Great place, good people. The manager Todd is very understanding and never tries to push a sale. He always treats people fair and gives his honest opinions. Will keep coming back with all my cars. Highly recommend to someone looking for an honest shop that cares more about the customers then the sales..

I had 1 lug nut on my Jeep that was tight and damaged. Driving past I decided to stop in to see if they could remove it.No problem. It was off in about 20 seconds with no charge. Really nice guys working there. I really appreciate them and will spread the word about their help.Will check with them the next time I need tires.

Todd the manager is amazing! He really has a way with people and all the employees are fantastic here. I m not going to be taking my car anywhere else to get it looked at. I definitely trust them with my vehicle over any where else for certain!

Being a woman thinking I will be ripped off by auto mechanics.?? Staff very friendly, honest, answered all my questions, and explained everything to me w/o talking to me like I know nothing @ cars. (I dont) Will definitely take my vehicles back for service. Best prices after shopping @ for tires and oil change

These guys are great! I take my 2011 Dodge Journey here for its oil changes and I always have a quick, easy and kind interaction with these guys. I wouldn t go anywhere else! They re upfront and don t try to sell me things I don t need!

Well i stopped in with out an appointment. Assuming i would have a bit of a wait. But i was in and out in a jiffy. They had two superb techs. Even a kid on the counter that was new. Suffice it to say i will be bring my car back once more. Very friendly atmosphere.

Had an appointment at 10am for an oil change on 4/20/21. I wasn t informed when I called that their prices had almost doubled for a regular oil change but whatever. Going on 2 hours later I am still sitting here waiting on an oil filter from Auto Zone as they are out of stock here. The worker informed me it says in their system they had 8 in stock. This is absolutely unacceptable. I should never have to sit and wait 2 hours for an oil change. I also feel I should have been informed of the price increase when I called and set the appointment up. I have been coming here for 3 years now but sadly I will not be coming back as I will be finding a new place to change my oil.

I took my 2014 Honda Accord here where my sister had taken it when it was hers. Austin got me in the same day and was so kind and knowledgeable! I refuse to take my car anywhere else! The customer service is amazing here and Austin is always on top of things!

I've gone to this place for years and I've never been disappointed. They've given me fair prices and have never tried to sneak and sell me services I don't really need. They try to work with me whenever they can: my caliper seized up and instead of having to buy a whole new one, they were able to just replace the piston and parts that were broken, saving me almost $200!I've never gotten a shady vibe from any of the techs, and the manager Todd is one in a million!

The manager Todd and his crew do amazing work. Monro is my go to place for maint. And repair. He helps with my fleet accounts and personal vehicles as well. I feel right at home when I m there and never have to bring my vehicles back after repairs. The work is always done right the first time. They are always ready for the appointment and have the work done in a timely manner.

Todd, Garrett, and Kedrick always help me out so quickly when I'm in a bind. They go above and beyond to make sure they're helping you out and show true compassion for any situation you may be in. I definitely recommend Monro on Upper Valley in Springfield for work that anyone may need! Great customer service.

Had a rental vehicle with a tire problem, I was given a list of contracted repair places. Went to a different chain and was given a 24hr wait and told to make an appt and it was a 3-4hr approval process. Called Tire Choice at 5:40pm on a Friday, got Will on the phone and he set me an appointment for the next day at 1pm, during the call he took 5 minutes to get some pre verifying information. I went in for my appointment and was done in 27 minutes. Polite chit-chat in between clear a explanation of what was wrong to begin with. Overall the organization, timeliness and pleasant manner was a win for me.

I called later in the afternoon and was able to take my car in for an oil change the same day. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I usually have service done at this location and I am never disappointed. Monro will continue to receive my business. Thank you.

Wanted to start off by saying what unbelievable service I had here at Monro in Springfield on Upper Valley - from the moment I talked to the excellent mechanic Garret Spence, I knew I was in great hands. The service team, lead by Mr. Spence, had my car done within 5 hours and I couldn t be any happier with the result. I highly recommend this auto shop if you need any work done. I ll be going back every time!

Todd and the rest of the staff are always the best! Very friendly and willing to help you in any way that they can. They are quick and accurate. Take me car here all the time, even though I live in Tipp City, I prefer this store.

Todd is a very polite, professional and intelligent manager at the Upper Valley Pike store!! There are many options in town to go to for my car repairs, but I choose Monro because of employees like Todd!! Great place, I highly suggest to everyone!

Left me standing in the office while 3 employees talked to there buddy.... they all 3 looked at me multiple times. Finally I walked out to my truck sat down they all looked at me again and went back to talking ..won't be going back therd

This an excellent shop, they are amazing!!! They helped me out last minute on my way out of town!!! The gave me and amazing deal on my oil change. They also topped off all of my fluids and filled my tires with air. I will be a new regular here!!!!

I went in here for an oil change and a tire rotations and i have to tell you. the service was top notch. not to mention the price.. was perfect. the staff was helpful and direct. i will be coming by here again and will happily tell my friends and family of the great service.
