I took my 2006 f150 here and had a great experience. My steering wheel had been jacked up badly to the point I had to manually turn off my turn signals each time prior to taking my truck in after changing the steering shaft. I was hopeful they could fix it and I knew my truck needed aligned anyways. I dropped it off and about 3 hours later I got a call and came back to pick up my truck. The pricing was very reasonable and they completely fixed my steering wheel. They did a fantastic job and I was very pleased with the customer service. I d recommend this place to anyone and will definitely use them in the future!

I took my Audi to this place on August 25, 2023 to get an alignment. After about an hour of waiting, they come back saying that there were many problems with the suspension, so they charged me $33.77 for a diagnostic without asking first. I thought it was strange that they didn't ask if I still wanted the alignment before doing the diagnostic, but I didn't care too much because I actually did want to know this information too.They told me my car had the problems posted on the attached receipt, quoting $2086.84 for parts and labor. I declined because I like to DIY my car to save money. Most of the diagnosis was reasonable because my car is 17 years old, but the bent rims and tire hop were bizarre because 1) I had just gotten my tires replaced, and Dicount Tire would have told me this. They love money too. 2) Tire hop occurs on hard acceleration, but I didn't see them taking my car for a joy ride. So, how would they know this? Either way, this wasn't the concerning part.The reason it took me nearly 2 months to write this is because I just lifted my car up to fix my car's stability issues to find that my stabilizer link is unbolted on the top, see the posted image. Those two pieces should be bolted together. Now, there are really only 4 different things that could have happened:1) It fell out. Not likely because every other bolt is seized from rust.2) You did not notice, meaning you are not fit to work on suspension.3) You saw it and didn't report it on the quote.4) You loosened or removed the bolt yourself.Best case scenario, it was a poor experience. I paid $33 dollars to find this information, and I would not go here if I were a new customer.

Great as always. Got me in for a quick inspection and identified the issue quickly. Got the repair on the books!I have taken many vehicles here for repairs or upgrades and have always been taken care of and had the highest level of service!

I picked up my son, he had dropped his car off to be aligned. He had to call before they closed to see if his car was done but they apparently were having a problem with their equipment but apologized and his car was ready

They were able to align my lowered car. It was also nice they filled my tires with air too. Very friendly and knowledgeable about suspension.

I can not recommend them enough, I'm very picky about where I take my cars to. T&M is my number one stop for anything steering/alignment/tired. Very friendly staff and mechanics. I've had issues where I took my car to 4 different chain shops and they ask sent me away without knowing the problem. Then 30 minutes at T&M and they figure out the issue, even physically show me, and fix it fast at a very fair price. Like I said, I'm picky but they've made the cut for about 6 years and running between 3 different cars I own.

They was great when I first dropped the truck off they found a few things that were bad and couldn't do the work until it was fixed I got it fixed and they got me in the next day and did the job they did a great job at what they do !! Am grateful to have gotten it done thanks again t&m bear

I had tried to install a long arm suspension lift on my jeep. When I got about 1/4 of the way through, I realized I was way in over my head. I called T & M Bear Alignment shop and they were even able to come to my garage, give me an estimate, and finish installing the lift. I enjoyed the quality of the work so much that I even had this shop change out the gears in my front and rear differentials as well.Work is very high quality work, and prices are very honest and reasonable. Workers are very professional and knowledgeable. I will be getting all future work done here for sure!

Very pleased with this shop. Replaced control arms on my Acura & noticed another issue that needed attention. They called me explained the what & why part was replaced. The attention T&M gave my car was top notch.

Usually spot on suspension diagnostic and alignment . . .however they clearly missed a bad CV axle and worn out ball joint on one tire during their inspection. Claimed I had an oil leak, it's grease from the axle boot. Shame.

There is a woman who works there named Penny. She has absolutely one of the worst and degrading attitudes. She is awful and very uncomfortable to deal with. Very unpleasant!

Not a good experience, went to another shop to find that parts I was quoted as missing, were not missed. Alignment adjusted without any parts required.
