All the staff we dealt withWe re great and professional! Johnny Help us out with a test drive while the salesman we were going to meet with finished help another customer. Eric was great! (being a fellow Browns fan didn t hurt) He was quick and on top of the paperwork got use out fast and Brett was a Great salesman went above and beyond working with us to help get the truck we wanted!!

Very communicative, made the process easy provided plenty of information throughout. I made this purchase from 170 miles away in Dearborn MI and Lamar and the team worked with me to insure that the process was as simple as possible. Super excited to pick up the car this upcoming weekend.UPDATE: 03/04/24So it has been a little over a week since I picked up this car and I had a few questions about the car and Lamar came through right away and answered all of my question and really has provided excellent after sale support. I am again so pleased with everything about this entire process and am really enjoying my car. Again thank you Lamar and team for making this a great experience.

Titus was amazing. Straight forward, honest, no high-pressure tactics. Even though I didn't end up going with that car, I will highly suggest Titus to anyone buying a car. It's been a week, and I still can't get over the top tier customer service I got. 10/10

After going to the Urbana location I was directed to Springfield SVG location for the vehicle I was interested in . They waited for the salesperson ( Sarah ) to come from Urbana for the sale . In the meantime I wanted to test drive the 2024 vehicle, it was just delivered off the truck . The dashboard lights would not come on , the sales person wanted us to test drive it that way . He told us we could pace the vehicle in front of us to tell us how fast we were going ? My wife asked him how do you know if it has gas in it ? Anyway we didn t get the vehicle . What clowns ! After talking to another dealership he told me there is a switch to turn on the lights . Between two salesmen and one manager no product knowledge.

My sales person (Tytus) was very knowledgeable of all the features on my new Enclave Avenir and answered all of the questions I had. He took care of everything for the return of my 2021 leased Enclave. He was very friendly, personable, and made us feel comfortable with changing from the previous dealership we ha done business with for over 20 years. As a loyal GM customer I think I'll be with SVG for a long while.

Horrible customer service and salesmanship. Worked a deal on a car, met every requirement they asked, THEY confirmed the deal was done, but this happened instead.Showed up at the scheduled 4:00 appointment to sign papers, only to be told the loan did not go thru, and that the lady handling our deal left an hour before our appointment.If the loan was not secured, why did they even schedule a signing?I called today to speak to the manager Mike (after 30-min just getting someone to pick up a phone) and was told he was with a client. My wife showed up as scheduled, only to be told he had left for lunch; can we say we know we screwed up, and just wants to ignore the customer My family has been buying here for years, but no more; they can find another chump to buy their garbage.

Had a fantastic experience with purchasing our 2006 GMC Conversion Van from the used car division of this dealership.Our salesman, Sam Cotterman, plus the general manager and other associates were knowledgeable and friendly. They worked with us for several hours, even allowing the van to be put up on the rack to check the condition of the undercarriage. We drove all the way from Columbus, Ohio to look at this van and it was all that they described to us. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to take time to visit them. Also the whole dealership was super clean and everyone was so helpful and not pushy.GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I got a really nice car for a great price. I really upgraded from the car I had before. Mr Talbot helped me find my car and was extremely nice and informative. He helped me to understand the process as well as help me pick a car that was best suited for me. I definitely love my car and I am glade I chose SVG motors.

I sent my husband in to have my oil change and the guyu tells him it needs an air filter nowhere did he tell them to put it on and they did anyway and when he told them when he went to pay they said you said too and would not show him the old air filter. I have been a long standing customer but after this incident I feel I/my husband was taken advantage of and I don't feel I can return to this type of service. Since you have switched from Spfld toSVG everytime I come in they try to get me for something and I tll them no and I don't have any problems with my car, but I refuse to be treated in this way.

Had a Wonderful experience at SVG in Springfield! This was my time getting a car and they made the process very easy and told me everything I needed to know multiple times just ensure I got it. Also the dealership was very clean and everyone was so helpful. I definitely recommend getting a car from them!

For the first time through at least three owners, this was my first visit with a negative experience. The salesman recklessly attempted to up-sale me a 800 expense that I did not need without even looking up my car's history with them. My car was actually purchased through this dealership and I will not be returning. I have consistently been a customer for over 20 years and four vehicles and am sorry to have to find somewhere else to trust with my business.

Dont buy a car from here. I bought a suv from here 3 months ago and have had nothing but problems since the minute I purchased. Recently I discovered that my engine wasn t even put together properly.

Very courteous, very thorough with explaining getting new battery for my car. They were very quick as the dead battery had made me late for work.I'm very pleased with Springfield Buick GMC and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.
