I am always greeted by friendly faces when I drive into the Service area. Tom Berry explained everything that they would do and how long it would take. Paul Reed was my service advisor. He did an excellent job as was able to answer all of my questions. As a female, being able to trust my mechanics is paramount. I went to my local auto shop for a quick oil change, and was told I'd have to pay $100+ because my car could only take the best premium synthetic blah blah whatever. $100+ just for an oil change!! I called Springfield Buick GMC, and not only did I get honest service that I could rely on, I was able to get my car in the very next day! I can't speak to how much that meant to me, particularly because it was my birthday!From the initial sale of my car to its regular maintenance, Springfield Buick GMC has consistently provided dependable service and taken great care of me. 10/10 would recommend!Service: Oil change

I've dealt with Tom Berry in the service dept. for over 22 years. The dealership has serviced 5 Cadillacs and a crossfire for me during those years. Their prices have been fair and the service excellent.
