Needed an oil change on my 2013 Honda van so I made an appointment for service. I was able to get in within a couple of days. I dropped the vehicle off in the morning and it was ready in a couple of hours. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The waiting area was clean and well kept. There were windows looking out to the service bays if you wanted to watch the techs. There were also bar stools to sit at the windows. Very customer oriented. I thought the price was fair and the service was good. I will be back.

We got a 4set of new tires and it took about an hour to do with checking out everything well equipped and very knowledgeable people HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Exceptional service! I've been coming here for a few years now and I'm always happy with my service. Staff makes you feel like you've known them for years! I don't trust anyone but these guys to work on my truck!

Excellent service, all around. Fair prices and honest. The manager, Mark, is very personable and not only alerts you if there is an issue with your car, but actually shows you and explains it. He never pressures you to immediately fix anything that is not an immediate problem, but informs you how to be aware if the issue gets worse. The shop is flexible around my schedule and usually gets me in fairly quickly when I need. I will continue using Quick Lane for vehicle maintenance from now on. Way better than the dealership.

The name should be changed. Quick should be removed. 1 hour for an oil change is silly.

I went in for an oil change, gave them my keys, waited about 10 miniutes, paid and was on my way. They were easy to work with and had a great price on the service, I would recomend booking an appointment and you will be in an out before you know it! :)Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Mark is the most professional and honest guy I've ever had the pleasure of meeting / doing business with. He will not try to sell you anything you don't need but he will let you know about things to look for in the future or things to pay attention to. The quality and speed of service is also great.

Everyone I interacted with was kind and accommodating. I was able to get an oil change appointment on short notice that fit my schedule, and the employees went above and beyond to be sure my car was cared for well. I will be returning!

They've earned a loyal customer. I've been burned by mechanics trying to make a quick buck in the past, but I've been taking my car here for a couple years and I can't say I've ever felt that way dealing with these guys. They've been honest and straightforward, and they've helped keep my 240k+ mile car running smoothly!

I went into get my tires checked. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a nail in my tire. They patched it right up. I hadn't been sure if it was a tire problem or my tire pressure light was glitching, since I was filling the tire and the light wouldn't go away. Very happy with my service.

The men at Quick Lane are top notch dealership guys! This establishment is owned and operated by White's Ford so you can get all of your warranty work done there. I really appreciate how quickly they were able to complete the repairs on my car and get me back down the road!

First visit and all went well. Friendly staff and nice waiting area. Service above expectation. Will go back for next service on my Expedition.UPDATE: Now have a an addition of an F-150. Same great service on this vehicle as well.

Everytime I come here I'm greeted by name and receive excellent service. They've always done great work and help me proactively take care of my vehicle without being pushy about fixing things that don't need fixing. They're great, super affordable, timely, and just the best in the area.

Have used Walmart for oil changes for a long time, with the pandemic they were closed. Stopped in and talked to them didn't have time to wait made appointment. The things they checked and informed me about was awesome. The manager Mark Perry is a trustworthy person that goes above and beyond for his customers.

I had the most wonderful customer experience here today I was in fortunate enough to have an incident on the highway with a deer. Traveling through the state I googled the closest shop. Daniel answered and was so courteous and kind allowed me to have my car towed there they helped me to remove plastic that was dragging on the ground inhibiting me from driving the car and refused to charge me!!The place is clean, friendly, efficient. If I lived in Ohio this would be my choice!

If u call and don't get an answer, we'll they r very busy. They will call you back. I love this place and the prices can't be beat . Did I say love. This place my husband took his Aspen here so I'm going 2 start taking my car here

First time there. 2-3-18. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of service, which is nice. Coffee was fresh, bathroom / lobby was clean, and service (oil change - tire rotation) timely. GOOD JOB, I will be back.

This is a great location for your oil change and tire rotation. One thing to keep in mind is it s becoming a popular place to go.... so always busy. I would recommend dropping your vehicle off and wait to pick it up after they call you!

For a full synthetic oil change this place was a great value, and pretty quick at getting me in and done considering I hadn't called ahead to make an appointment. Everyone was very friendly, it was a pleasant experience overall.
