We just purchased our second golf cart from Performance Solutions. They do phenomenal customization work (and the seats covers are made locally with almost 100 color options). Their pricing is transparent and competitive.

Such a great experience! I worked with Brandy on the cart I was wanting to look at. I saw it online and it was at another location. Brandy had the cart delivered to her store, and worked with me on financing. She gave me a bunch of different options to choose from, and we found the best option for me. Anthony and Kaleb helped me outside. They showed me the ins and outs of the golf cart, and helped me load it onto my truck. They noticed I had a spare on, because I got a flat tire on the way to pick up the cart, and they made sure my tire pressure was perfect on my spare and told me a few good tire shops near. I got my tire patched at a close tire shop and was on the road in 10 minutes.

If you are looking for a golf cart look no further than Power Equipment Solutions. I have bought 3 different golf carts from this family owned business. Keith and his son Adam are great business owners and even nicer people. They went above and beyond to make each purchase enjoyable and worked with me on pricing and add ons. My first cart was a used gas cart after having it a few weeks I was having issues starting it. I called up Adam he drove to my house in Powell and worked on it in my driveway and made sure it was running properly. Now I m on my third cart a lithium elite I purchased this one off a sales guy named Anthony. I had a lot of back and fourth with all the bells and whistles I added on. Anthony was great to work with and he suggested some great add ons that I m very happy I did. I Gave them 5 stars because they are great people and give great service I Almost forgot Brandi in finance she was a pleasure to work with too!

Fantastic customer service & great prices! We bought our golf cart from them 3 years ago. Comparable golf carts still cost the same and they have a large selection. Steve, Dave, Brandy & Anthony are all fantastic to work with. Definitively give them a call. You will be glad that you did!!

We spent months trying to find a golf cart at a reasonable price. Its not completely obvious, but they basically have tons of basic carts in stock and then they convert to the cart of your choice. We chose a yamaha, 4 seater with some different wheels. We also wanted a street legal kit, and they do it all even get the cart inspected. They put new seat coverings and did a full service tune up too. Very happy working with the team.

I have a 1996 golf cart that would not engage gear to drive. Dropped off to this place and could not believe the deal I got on the repair and they did the oil change to boot! Great staff and crazy reasonable repair cost. Will not go anywhere else. I highly recommend this location for golf cart repair!

Loved my time there, everyone was really nice there! They helped me paint my golf cart a very nice red, put a rain cover with doors on, and they were also able to make my electric golf cart faster ! Very nice and very big help

I bought a used cart from them today. The cart was as advertised and it was a good price. Their customer service is almost non existent. I had to beg them to take my money. I called and told them the cart that I wanted to purchase and to have a light kit installed. After 7 days of no communication I called to check on the status and I was told we are very busy, we sold three carts worth $10,000 before 10am . Apparently the $10,000 gets you the five star customer service, my $3,200 cart got me far less than 5 star service so my review is reflecting that. The phones are rarely answered and they were not friendly when I finally convinced them to take my money.

I had a great experience while there. My wife and I were just looking and a salesman by the name of Gary gave such a great sell pitch and made sure we brought the golf car of our needs with no pressure and explained the difference between the different carts. I highly recommend Power Equipment Solutions

Awesome place with fabulous people, My cart had a problem, upon arrival I met Anthony He helped unload my cart, He immediately fixed the little glitch, Charged me $0.00, Anybody else would have just unloaded and pushed to side until we left and then charged me for service, Not these people, 100% honest, what a breath of fresh air in today's business world, My hats off to Power Equipment Solutions in Springfield Ohio and Anthony... Bought a golf cart here. Used one but they had all kinds of new items like new tires batteries body seats. So it's almost like new.
