Great customer service. Was able to fit me in right away with just a phone call. Seemed very knowledgeable and was able to fix a tricky lug nut issue I was having in just minutes. Definitely recommend over a couple other big name tire shops around town.

I just like to share my personal experience with a customer service manager justin Meade listin he puts his heart into his work I couldn't afford the whole amount for my tire I'm a father of 5 kids he knew my tire was in really bad shape and he came off of his own funds and threw down and allowed me to pay him back later just to know his customers were safe that's a great mechanic he thought about my safety and my kids safety to make sure my car had a tire on it that was safe not to mention he spent his own personal time to come get the tire take it to the shop mount it balence it and installed it back on for free it felt like family was taking care of me quality products at a great price and great caring people I also like to give a shout out to the ntb on Wilmington pike there like family there too Gerald is amazing gm and make sure all his customers are satisfied this was just great team work put together bravo ntb ur awsome I will be back :)

They do not know how to work on brakes they were suppose to change a caliper and changed struts and shocks i took all parts to them charged me over a $1,000 labor they said they do a brake flush every time they change a caliper I have a 2010 infiniti m35 with high miles I get the car back brake pedal to the floor I had to argue with store mngr for 2hrs he tried telling me nothing was wrong with my car I had to buy a new master cylinder and put all brand new calipers rotors and brake pads on trying to fix the problem now I being told I have to replace abs box expensive it's been over a year and I been driving having to pump my brakes when I stop. corporate does not care they told me to take it to infiniti since they don't know what they did when they ruined my car im still trying to get the $ to fix the abs box. don't take your car to them they will do a brake flush and ruin your car I've talked to couple other people said they ruined there car and have a lawsuit against them

Will and Rodger were outstanding! Quick, efficient, and informative while trying to find the source of a fluid leak on my car. They were very thorough with the car and kind with all interactions.

NTB worked with me when I was in a bit of a pickle. My battery and alternator were going bad. They were fast, courteous and very reasonably priced. Very customer friendly!!!

I just needed an alignment performed on my vehicle. I called ahead and was told they were not that busy. They were true to their word and I was on my way within 30 minutes. Thanks Roger and Wil!

Little guy behind counter not very friendly. Treats you like you are stupid. Made appointment for 2pm to have 2 tires put on. It took them one and a half hours to put them on. Tried to over charge. Not to mention he was talking poorly about other customers. I will give you other guy some credit he knocked it off my bill and he was very friendly

Had an appointment @10 am. I arrived at @9:56 , and I was greeted. A couple entered right after me got taken care of and key taken back right away. The man helping me took until 10:16 to take my key back while he did other things. My car wasn't taken back till 10:35 while the couples' car was finished.. if I had just walked in without an appointment, I would understand ,but to have one and it still take that long is ridiculous I've walked in without a appointment and was told they couldn't do it so I had to choose a different place..with only 1 day off this week is why I scheduled it for a time.. and it was done in a timely manner, so it wasn't the person doing the oil change.. always had good service but will reconsider for my next oil change.

The young man behind the counter was very helpful and professional. Unfortunately, they couldn't replace my battery because my battery is housed in the trunk of my Cadillac. He even looked up the nearest dealership location for me to get me where I needed to go.

The people were very nice. I was able to get in and out when I had an unexpected tire disaster. The guy gave me a bit of a discount and saved me a little money. I would definitely recommend NTB in Springfield if you are in the market for new tires.

Staff in Marion, Ohio were very courteous and professional. Was in a bit of a hurry and they were able to get me in and out in an hour. The manager gave me good recommendations for the tires I needed. I appreciate the service!

I went in for a wheel alignment. They noticed my tire were worn from it being out of line. They gave me a reasonable price for good tires. I recommend them they were very honest and nice.

Came into this location with a nail in my tire. Will, the store manager greeted me right away. Within minutes my car was taken back and repaired. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommend this store.

When I went to pick up my car on my work break after 2 hours of it being ready, they couldn t find my keys. It was left in the car with my driver side window rolled all the way down AND the car was turned on running. My belongings could have been stolen, including the car itself. How am I supposed to trust that my car is safe and on a busy street at that.

Great experience. I have been a customer for years and it has always been a good experience. The guys are very friendly and helpful. They make you feel like family. They are very knowledgeable if you have questions.

Go see Tatium!!! She has some amazing deals & can work with you on needs/wants. I got 4 tires (2 mounted) for my Lincoln are less than $400!! You can t beat a deal like that. Definitely Google review worthy

NTB Springfield, OH was great! They got me in for an emergency battery when I got stranded and they could not have been nicer about it. They changed the battery and got me back on the road. The service was great!

$1,300 for a break job, both front and back. Replaced calipers, pads, rotors, etc, and look to have lost the bolts on the wheels and replaced with awful looking parts, drums have already completely rusted (been about 6 months or so), there is a bolt on the front wheel that seems to have been bent (possibly stripped) and they have never stopped squeaking since day one. I m assuming they didn t clean/lubricate the parts, which I would also guess to be cheap quality. Terrible experience with an unsatisfactory result. I would recommend anyone else. You probably don t care, but you ve lost my business after many years.Edit: Don t bother replying with your copy and paste forum URL either. If you have no intention of making things right (which by the looks of it you don t) don t lie to your customers on top of it and pretend you care.

BEWARE IF YOU ARE ELDERLY OR NOT CAR LITERATE THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!This is by far one of the worst businesses in Springfield. I think it is a culmination of bad work ethic, slimy sales tactics, and poor management. This store will put blame on anyone but themselves, you have a problem, tough!Specifics:A friend had some work done on his vehicle here. They requested brakes (rotors and pads) and tires. Well they got the tires but they only got pads on the front axle. No pads on the rear axle or rotors anywhere. They charged them for this and the work was not completed.My grandparents brought their cars here for years and overpaid on everything from batteries to tires. The pricing is inflated and product quality is poor. My grandmother had tires that leaked slowly upon leaving the facility. Another family vehicle they allowed conventional oil to be used where it shouldn't have.Make sure you ask for your old parts as proof they did a repair. Be sure you or someone you know personally can ensure the repairs were completed.

I have not had a bad experience with the Marion OH NTB. The staff is always accommodating and professional. I normally get an oil change. I have not had any issues. Thank you for all you do!
