Walked in needing a part and all I had was a photo. Showed the counter person the photo and had it in 1 minute. More to the point was the friendly atmosphere between the employees and people waiting for service. Just nice friendly banter. No one in a hurry, no screaming for help, there was plenty.

The guy I spoke to on the phone knew just what I needed. We were in a hurry, trying to stay on schedule, and walked back out the door with the solution to our issue in a few short minutes.I am very happy with the quality of my purchased parts.Definitely will be a repeat customer.

If I don't buy oem I do prefer Napa over other aftermarket parts stores. They have better quality parts and most items in stocks with helpful and friendly employees.

I bought headlights here. I didn t realize I had installed incorrectly. I called they said they would refund. I get there they explained to me that I had installed them wrong, they then switched them out for new ones & he even put them on for me!Great customer & thank you to the manager who took his time out of his day to install brand new ones properly!Great customer service! Great men all the way around.Thank you so much!!!

I needed wiper blades. A nice gentleman asked me what I wanted and what car I had and he showed me what you carried. I chose what blade I wanted and he offered to put them on for me. What a relief. I would have been all day figuring out what to do. I really appreciated that service. My sales slip said employee 552 Douglas. I hope that's the right person. Thank you Douglas

I needed a battery and they had it in stock. The store opened early and I was able to get the battery and take it to be installed.

It's where I go when I need more than just a part. Advice, information, .... everyone there has been around cars since they were invented. Old guys with knowledge.

I went in for a mower belt that broke in the middle of my yard. The guy was very helpful and my yard is now mowed.Thanks Douglas at Springfield NAPA

Napa is just as good as the dealership or better.. for all makes and models. Definitely a plus over going to the high priced dealership.

Best place to get parts in town dont have to dell with Walmarts old door greeters acting like parts guys like at the rest of part stores
