Always does great work, and goes above and beyond. My '69 Olds went in for new exhaust, and they went ahead and gave it a once over while underneath, and fixed any issues. They also made sure the car was secure as it had to be kept overnight.Highly recommended before, and will continue to do so. It's hard to find anyone who does custom work anymore, let alone a shop who does a stellar job.

This was absolutely the BEST place I've ever taken my vehicle to get worked on around Springfield. The shop is so busy, they have to make appointments. They do all kinds of work too, not just mufflers.There's no corporate B.S., just the owner and his staff working their tails off to keep your auto safe. What's more, even though they are crazy- busy, they took the time to answer my questions and didn't make me feel stupid. I'll take my auto there from now on. If I was a mechanic, I'd apply for a job! Thanks, guys!

Bernie is amazing him and his crew are top notch. Had a custom exhaust put in. I came to the store with a vision and he brought it to life infront of my eyes.Any future work I need done I'll be coming to him for all my needs. 10/10

Due to the fact that they won't cheat you, they're pretty popular, they do good work, therefore they're a little bit difficult to get into. Anybody looking for brake work, or muffler work should know who these people are. Make a phone call, get an appointment, take your car and drop it off. They do good work. Can't ask for any better than that, and they are consistent when it comes to pricing.

I ve had some work done on a few of my vehicles, they always do quality work, are very up front and are very affordable. All the employees are friendly and very personable. There is not a more honest or genuine person than Bernie Gibson! Always does the work that is NEEDED, doesn t try to create more work - professional and right every time! He was very thoughtful and explained everything that needed to be done and was able to break down the work into multiple visits instead of going forward and fixing everything at once. Also made sure I knew what I was paying for.

They are always busy which is a good sign that they do great work. Stopped in on a Wednesday got an appointment for following Tuesday. Dropped it off at 8am and was done that afternoon. Did a great job and the price was FANTASTIC! Highly Recommend you need work stop in and see Bernie!

Highly recommended. The guys are very professional and do great work. Got my exhaust taken care of for less then quoted with better materials. Also take care of service members. Will tell everyone I know that needs work to see these guys first. Thank you.

Just had new mufflers (duals) put on my '84 C10 and couldn't be happier. Got out of there for less than the estimate. Quick turn-around time. Appears to be a quality installation. The truck sounds better and even seems to have a bit more 'power' than before. They were recommended to me by the folks at Mershon's. Definitely glad I went with that. There are not enough positive things that you can say about this establishment!!! New to the area and used them to fix an exhaust issue based on previous reviews and I'm glad I did. Amazing customer service, incredible knowledge, and the best prices in town for A1 service !!!

I'm a recent transplant to Springfield so I asked new family where the best muffler shop in town was located. they directed me here as they had good work done before and were happy.gotta say, they were great to me. it's a busy shop, small. plan to make an appointment. the diagnosis and estimate were free and they helped me save over $800 on parts.work done quick, well, and I'm very satisfied. they do brakes and very affordable oil changes also.pleasant and nice folk to work with and treated me fantastic.this is the car the grandkids get driven around in so you know it matters to me. highly recommended.

After having check engine light scanned and determine catalytic converter needed to be replaced, Bernie was able to explain the issue and also was able to help get the parts needed. I was greatly impressed with their customer service and appreciate the time and explanation given knowing they were busy. Will definitely be taking all of our vehicles there when needed.

Bernie Gibson & his crew are the best to work with; They work with you on ALL your needs. The only other place I will take my vehicle is where Bernie tells me to because someone may have more expertise in a certain area of repair. You do that when you re not only good at what you do, you re just GOOD PEOPLE, looking out for other people. I d give more stars but they only offer five.

Great service! Dropped our car off in the morning and was told what it needed. Very accommodating. The car was fixed and is now working perfectly. Definitely use them again in the future for any car repair.

This place used to be very reliable and trustworthy, and one of the least expensive places in town for repairs, but that is no longer true. I spoke to one of the guys that works there this week to get an estimate, and he tried to tell me that it would cost $1200 for the repairs & parts, when many other places had quoted $700. He tried to make it sound like it was very difficult to make sure you get the right part for my car, and that the parts would be $416 each (and I need 2), when I had already called the auto parts store to confirm which was the correct part, and it was only $255 each before their $50 discount and a $40 rebate. He also said I needed another part which would be $160 each, when you can get that part (name brand) for about $22 - $25 each. I will NEVER go there again. I just spoke to another place that will do it for $557 for parts & labor. Don't let this place rob you blind.BTW, google says you are open from 8am to 5 pmService: Brakes

Been trying to find a car repair shop i can trust since i moved to springfield. I finally found the one i can settle with. Everyone was not just nice and friendly but honest. The big worrying part of car issues is the cost but they are so reasonable and give the lowest cost. This I confirmed by first trying 3 different shops for estimate the last time, cos I knew this time with them i want to be sure I dont need a second opinion when i get theirs. I have lived in 3 continents so far, so my review is saying you guys are the best I have found in Africa. Europe and America. Thank you for all your help Bernie!

You will not find a better Muffler shop regardless of where you look. I'm always treated good and always happy with their work. This is a home town shop that has been around forever and for a good reason.
