There is no hair dryer in the shower on this truck stop. These guys probably think that truck drivers don't have to wash their hair. Or are they sure that if a driver walks to a truck in cold weather with wet hair on a head, nothing will happen to this person? Guys, what are you asking for $18 for? Perhaps they offer their customers to dry their hair with this fan? (see the picture)

Doug is the best, takes real good care of the drivers! We need more mechanics like him. Never touched his phone while working the whole time until he was finished With my truck, from stevens Trk 34187. Pretty awesome to have him service my try. Thanks bud..

I came here for battery and dot inspection. Before arrive I spoke with Ashley(she is above and beyond) about how busy the shop. When I arrived it was a great time because not that busy. Malcolm( he is great) fixed my issues Everybody so friendly in this location. If you have any problem on the road just come here but don t forget to check line. It can be really busy.

Slowest trailer tire replacement I've ever had. 4.5 hours wait for the door, even they said there is only 1 truck on front of me and it will be 1 hour.For 1 hour I'm standing at the door and they didn't even start to work.My day is ruined. I had to reschedule all deliveries Take a time and find another place. Never again! Never again!This business should not exist with those employees and manager. All bays are empty they answering the phone calls saying they are super busy with 3 trucks in line.P.S. At the end I spent here 7 hours to change a trailer tire with 1 person on front of me.

I arrived at 4 pm to change one tire only. They put my truck on a jack. I brought my own tire. All they had to do was simply remove one tire and put another. It's all! At 7:20 pm they just started working with my truck. All this time they just walked around and did nothing! I work hard and responsibly, I have appointments and do not want to be late due to the fault of outsiders! You must do your job efficiently and quickly! You do not have the right to intentionally detain customers to justify your hourly pay! Disgusting service! If you do not want to work here, leave this vacancy for more responsible employees! It s almost 8 pm and they don t finished and I m still here!!!

Empty shop, guys just standing around. Waiting over an hour for a tire repair, and tell me at least 2 more before I'm done. Now they are all on parts and service runs. Guess to bad for me. Check in and wait.

Today I ve called about six times. Someone is answering the phone but they re not saying anything. I don t know what s going on at this location, but this is ridiculous.

They may know how to change the tire. For any other technical work, don't go there. They'll keep your truck in for 2hrs for sure they will not make any damage on your truck. Pay the bill and then get your truck as it was. Don't go there kill your time and take your hard working money.

This store is beyond clean and organized. The showers are kept to a standard like I set for home. I was welcomed at the door and all of the staff were super friendly and helpful. This is definitely a loves that takes pride in their store. All the fruit and foods looked hot and fresh. We got food from Hardy s and it was delicious. Bonus points for them allowing our dog to walk in with us. They even gave him dog treats at Hardy s!

I would rate -5 stars if possible. Took them 4 hours to replace a blown trailer tire (I limped the trailer to their door). They're not short handed, just slow and lazy! Plus the attitude sucks. They know they will not be held accountable so they are rude to truckers and do the absolute minimum. AVOID THIS SPEEDCO!!!!

Been here since 12 pm 6 hrs later finally get my truck into shop for a service and they don t have my filters in stock! Ashley just put me in the system and didn t even ask what my truck was and I never thought of telling her. Your a lube shop why wouldn t you have filters for all makes? I ve done lost 11.5 hrs of time this week cause of services @ truck shops. I ll be doing my own services on my truck for now on.

This place is NOT open 24 hours like they're advertising. In fact, they open the doors at 7, but they're so lazy they're not ready to start working until 730. Got here yesterday at 430 and was told the job would take 4 or 5 hours. We were checking on them every hour or so and after 2 hours they stopped working on me and had parts everywhere, all torn up. Waited 7 hours and sitting in the dog park for 2 hours because there is no waiting room, drivers lounge and restaurants are closed. Then I get a call saying they can't finish me tonight and I'll have to wait til 7am for them to start working again. I lost my load and $2000 and problems with the company because we were told we'd be fixed and could finish, now we have to find recovery with so little time. On top of that, when we finally got in our truck to sleep for the night, they strat blaring loud music with bass thumping while they're shutting down. These people have absolutely no respect for truck drivers and are deceitful about the job. I'm hoping the morning shift will get the job done, but if I were you, I would NOT come here in the afternoon or evening. I will never come to this speedco again.

Don t come here after midnight. One of the techs (David) changed 1 tire in just under 7 hours. He doesn t seem to know much as he keeps asking for help from the guy who came in this morning.

If you're not white, don't go here for service.When you walk into the shop, you're not acknowledged you'll need to interrupt an unprofessional conversation between Shawn, who's very rude dismissive and unprofessional, & coworkers.Shawn will go to the extent of lying. He shouldn't have a job working here with his display of hostility when dealing with customers.

I Was there at 8:15 in the morning and they book me for 9:30 and then they wasted my 4 hours and get my truck in on 1:00 pm and after that they took another 4 hours for just replacing one trailer tyre ( outside one) so if you guys in hurry don t come here . The mechanics just talk talk and talk with each other .

I would give them 0 if i could . Most lazy worker on the earth . Dont waste your time here , i came at 5:45pm and she said you gotta wait till tomorrow morning bcz they too busy doing nothing

Great job. I had no wait getting in to change my steer tire. The mechanics were very professional. I had to give 4 stars instead of 5 because the mechanic changed the tire, closed the hood, told me it was safe to leave. When I got out in the parking lot, neither side of the hood had been latched. That could have made me have a very bad day had I not noticed.

I had a rental vehicle when an indicator light went on and I didn't have a clue as to what to do. The gentleman called up their Roadside assistance and fixed the tire so that I was able to get to dayton Airport to swap out the vehicle. I was so grateful because I had to drive another 9 hours to NJ! Bravo fellas.

As an owner op, I don't mess with these truck stop part replacement specialists. I was overdue on my steer rotation and balance and decided to give em a go. I hadn't even walked in the door yet and the mechanics attitude made me do the 180 and get the heck out of there.

The installed a new alternator , tensioner pulley , and fixed a battery tie down . Alternator was only 6 months old from another fly by night shop in NY . Battery tie down was left loose by another Loves in Indiana . This Loves was quick , efficient , to the point . Much appreciated

Some of these guys have attitudes. They didn't have my tire, which sucked. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars and not 2 is because one of the servicemen was polite and recommended a place not far that offered my tire.

Slow slow slow, smoke for 20 minutes plus. Talk a lot but work little. Its like common its a brand new truck stop, and they are already slacking.In trucking everything is quick paced, we have miles to drive and appointments to make. Its part of the job. And so should your be.Ill change thia review if i come and have a better service.

I called a road service for blown tire service at 4am and the lady was very nice and she said that'll take 90 mins or less for the road service come to your location and it only took an hour to come on my location and the service guy take care of me right away and so I can go back on the road again.

Slow. And don't scale your truck. You'll get told to move after 5 seconds while you let the air pressure stabilize and set up the app.
