Stopped in to get a leaking tire fixed & to look at some new rims (I ve been looking for over a year!). The man worked tirelessly to fix my tire, but I had to get a new one. They found a used one, for a great price, that looked brand new! In the mean time, Jerry Springer ( yes, his real name!) showed me every rim available for my car - several times over! I just couldn t decide! But due to his patience & fabulous personality, I finally made a selection & he ordered them on the spot! These guys are absolutely super! You can t go wrong here!

I previously had some tires mounted at another local shop but ended up w/ a high speed shake. After inspecting wheels I found the other place balanced the wheels leaving the old wheel weights on and adding more in other areas...I went to Katz and they got me right the 1st time no more shake. I will keep my business with them from here on out

At first there was a little communication issue because his English was not clear but once we got past that . The service was awesome. I am very pleased with my tires and the service that I had . I would recommend them very highly

Follow up I have reached out multiple times only to be blocked on Facebook and no return email from this review. Do not use the services that are barely provided here.Lied about tire availability price and very unprofessional service left bead sealer all over my wheels manhandled the wheels inconsistent psi after mounting tires. 2 at 32 1 at 40 and one at 35 will not ever be returning and hope they never have elderly or uncomfortable people considering you have to drive your car into the garage and also back it back out with a sharp turn when backing out. Yes I was able to but someone uncomfortable or elderly would not have and I was told I had to move my vehicle. Unprofessional on every level. If possible I would rate -5 star.

Katz had the tires I needed in stock went into the store, although they were very busy had me in and out in an hour, Staff and mechanics were all professional, courteous and extremely helpful would highly recommend if you re on a budget

My visit to Katz Tire Shop was incredibly disappointing, primarily due to the shockingly rude behavior displayed by the front desk clerk. Their complete lack of manners and courtesy tainted what could have been a routine transaction. The overall customer service at this establishment is, without a doubt, among the worst I have ever experienced. I left the shop feeling deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. It's disheartening to encounter such poor service, and I would strongly advise against choosing Katz Tire Shop for your automotive needs.

They jumped right on my truck got the job done. My have to take back to rebalnce got a little vibration. Great price on there tires lot better than other places i checked on for the tires i wanted.

I was in an out same day. They offer easy payment plans and have a large selection of New and Used tires. My purchase was for a set of new tires. I would recommend Katz to anyone.

I recently had a deeply unsatisfactory experience at Katz Tire Shop. I was taken aback by the remarkably rude behavior of the front desk clerk. Their lack of courtesy and professionalism left me feeling extremely frustrated. Moreover, the overall customer service at this establishment is abysmal. I had hoped for a pleasant and efficient visit, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by the staff's disrespectful attitude. I wouldn't recommend Katz Tire Shop to anyone seeking a positive customer service encounter.

The front desk clerk TIM has The ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I ve had all year! Not just from a tire shop but in general! At first I went there and got no service but decided to come back because it was the closest option. Then after I get the tires and everything the guy at the front desk rudely asks me to remove my honest review of kats I did before I came back the second time. Like I m not entitled to my opinion or being honest about my experience! Then as I explain to him I was just being honest he started getting aggressive and argumentative to the point where he stood up out of his chair like he wanted to fight me. Then demanded me to leave and said I was trespassing on the property. Mind you I just spent over $100 with this guy not even 2 mins prior. He told me to never come back and because of the terrible service I received I most definitely won t be back and I suggest nobody else support this place for the simple fact that these people clearly don t value peoples hard earned money if they think this type of customer service is acceptable.
