I pulled into Jim's tire wanting to buy new tires he said we can handle that I have I have plenty of new tires for you. Come to find out he didn't have them at that shop so we waited 40 minutes for the gentleman to bring them from the Selma road location. Once he brings the tires I look at them they look good I got a quote of $250 for said tires and was like cool let's run it. So they get all my tires taken off the car and all the tires taken off the rims and they start installing the new tires lo and behold one of the matching tires had a hole in it so I had to wait another 45 minutes for them to run over to Selma road. Let me tell you they don't match. After all is said and done the tires get put on the car and I go inside and pay for it did not look at my receipt or anything once I had paid and come to find out on the a week later once I got my bank statement find out that he overcharged me by $148. Called the owner and he said sorry that he doesn't remember saying that. That bad part is now I have 3 tires that won't keep air and he refuses to honor his warranty. Also I could have gotten 4 brand new tires from Walmart for 400 out the door. He charged me 438.00 for used. It's sad a company can take advantage of someone like this.

Got 2 practically new tires for $100 really fair deal considering they are 19 inch tires and I usually pay around $200 to $250. Also they got to me right away and had the work done in a Snap. It also looked like they had a wide variety of used tires, If you want to save some money I highly recommend.

The guys had me in and out within 15 minutes for a new tire, plus they were super nice and their prices weren t too bad either.

I had a bad tire and drove from Urbana to get it fixed because they had the best deal on tire repair. I was going to go to Tire Choice on Urbana, but they wanted to charge thirty-one dollars. Jim's only asked for fifteen.Well, I ended up needing a better tire. They charged us eighty-one dollars for a like new tire which I was happy with.An employee named Tim helped us.He was very helpful and fast.I would suggest going here for a good deal.My only concerns were that the employees weren't wearing masks, and there was country music playing the entire time we were there, but I can get over that.I now have a safe tire to drive on.

So far so good. Bought two used tires. Pretty fair price, good tires, and fast friendly service. I just got the tires yesterday, so still early, if I have any problems in future will edit review.

They did a thorough patch job on a flat for my great nephew very quickly very neat shop with great lighting so they can see what they are doing thanks guys

The daughter-in-law had a flat tire. I took it to Jim's for repair, service was fast, and work was well done! Price was reasonable. Found a piece of metal in the tire removed and plugged. Remounted the tire.

I called other places that could not get me in for a slow leak in my tire. I just pulled up and they said park out back and they would check it out. The guys were real friendly and let me come back and see what was going on. I had a nail in my tire, they took it out and patched it all within half an hour. And only charged $20, I was impressed and grateful, they did a great job

Great place. I have a hard to find tire and Mark called around and got my tire. I live 2 hours away and just happened to stop in the way back from a road trip. Definitely will come back again for tires.

If I could, I would give this joke of a tire shop zero stars. My husband took his truck to this so called tire shop to have his new tires put on and the valve stems replaced. And the employee who did it was paid to do a service that he didn't do. He took the old rubber off the rims and put the new on, and then was supposed to replace the old valve stems with new. Which he didn't do and when my husband picked up the truck, he was lied to and told that everything he paid for had been done. The next day he came outside and noticed that one of his brand new tires was flat. So he took the truck back to the shop and the same guy " checked" and said he fixed it. Later that afternoon my husband was washing his truck and noticed bubbles coming out from around the "replaced" valve stems. Which if they had been replaced there shouldn't have been any air. So instead of taking the truck back to this incompetent shop, he took it to Boisels and they showed him that the valve stems were NEVER replaced. So if you have new tires that you want put on your vehicle, take it to Boisels or someone else. Jim's Tire and Service is nothing but a joke and the employees are too busy going down the alley to the bar next door and drinking instead of actually doing their job.

I just got 4 used tires put on my car due to my older ones having severe dry rot. All three of the men there were respectful, helpful and honest. They even let me look at the tires before they put them on. I will definitely be dealing with them in the future and directing my friends, coworkers and family to them.

This is the place to go if you need good used tires. Most are customer swaps at time of purchase so they may only have a couple hundred miles on them. I've been there on several occasions & only once did they not have what I needed, but they had it there a couple of hours later & got me done. There are other places around town but this is the only place without a shady feel to it. Give 'em a call & let them help you out. You won't be disappointed.

Crooks! Was told the tire I purchased had a 60 day warranty. When the tire started losing air 3 weeks later I took it in to them. They explained that since I had driven on it while flat they would not honor the warranty. The tire was never driven on while flat. When I explained that I had not driven on it while flat the guy started dropping F bombs and basically started calling me a liar. They wanted more money, but would "cut me a good deal". I declined which brought more F bombs. I will never go back and highly recommend nobody else go there either!

Came in for 1 tire needing replaced, had a sidewall bubble. Decided on 3 tires, due to the rear being close to gone. Charged 200.00 for all three mounted and balanced, but hindsight is 20/20. Came to realize the two that were boasted of being near new are only 54$ Each brand new in that exact size.The one employee was perfectly fine, he gave a bad price off of life of tires vs actual value used, but otherwise, deserves a raise for working diligently and careful with peoples property.The other employee did not want to be there and it was apparent. The vehicle I brought in is professionally coated and has a very specific. Exterior care routine and I noticed he kept putting very dirty hands all over the paint work. Later found several handprints and micro-marring caused from it. On top of that, he did not pre-thread a single lug bolt in, he just ran them in full speed with the impact, I have been able to check 3/4 wheels and consider myself lucky to not have a cross threaded lug and have to replace a hub...yet.Air pressures came in at 38 psi even, afterwards, readouts shown: 28, 34, 47, 45

I pulled in here with a large dump truck. I needed air in 1 tire. 2 gentlemen walked out as soon as I got there. Told them what was going on. One put air in my tire. And also checked the rest. Absolutely wouldn't take any money.

Had the tire size I needed but sold me a tire with a hole in it so I wasted my money with them to still have to go order a whole new tire. Be careful of what you purchase from them so you don't end up like me.

A used tires for what you can buy a new one for. Then they don't even offer to change valve stem. Imagine my surprise when I come back out to vehicle once I get home to a completely flat tire with valve stem leak. Last time I go there

My tire was losing air so I went to get a new one... The guy pulled my tire off and saw that the tire just wasn't seated on the rim right so the air was leaking out... I was really surprised that he told me that was my problem, and he got me fixed up and didn't have to pay but a fraction of what I would have if I needed the new tire... Great prices and very helpful

The only place I'll buy tires! The guys are so nice and the hospitality was an added bonus. They always offer drinks to the waiting customer and let you know everything.

My tire was flat on way to work.Stopped at Jim's Tire & Service, was helped by Ozzy. Tire was repaired for reasonable price and I was able to get to work on time! Highly recommended!!
