It was incredible! They made the impossible possible and got me a car. The sales manager, Josh Richardson delivered far beyond my expectations, and I am exceptionally pleased with my new vehicle. If there were a word that would describe my experience, it would be summed up in this; Showtime!

Great experience! The sales manager, Matt, was exceptional in helping with setting up the Toyota app and how to use the digital screen in the vehicle. Ian did a wonderful job with the financing. He took his time with us and walked us through all the warranty information and all the options. Kyle Keister was our salesman, he came in on his day off, was there through every part of the buying experience. All these guys stayed well after closing to make sure the process was easy and complete. I couldn t be happier with these guys or Wyler. Thank you and we will definitely be buying our next car at Wyler.

The best experience buying a car in my life Isaiah is the very best. Than you again for your help.Just a little more. The day after we got home my mother n law was killed in a car wreck. We had to get some information to ISAIAH and he texted asking about it. I explained what was going on and got an immediate call. He asked what happen and told me to take my time. The next day my wife gets flowers from the automotive group expressing their condolences. I have never dealt with folks like this. Amazing folks.

My wife and I had talked to one of the salesman while our vehicle was being worked on. Nice guy, not the normal pushy salesman and easy to connect with. About a year later, we need to replace our vehicle. I talked to a few dealerships first, then chat with someone from this dealership online and they called me with an impressive offer. We show up and it s the salesman we had talked to previously. It was an overall great experience

Thus was a very easy buying experience. We found a car we were interested in and came to Jeff Wyler to drive it. We had one competitive offer from a dealership in Columbus. They best that deal and we bought the car.Everyone we worked with - Joe was our sales rep - was very responsive and helpful.I referred a family member already.

Normally, I have a good experience when bringing my car to be serviced. During this visit I felt the service employee was upset that I dropped my car off early, as he reminded me of my appointment time and stated that he would have to check-in other customers before me. I was very aware of my 0930 appointment time. I drop my car off early because I have to be at work & wouldn t be able to drop it off at the scheduled time. There was only one other customer besides me present. Another customer arrived after I had walked into the customer service area. I was checked in & the shuttle was called. On the ride to my job, the shuttle driver received a call stating I hadn t left my keys, which I had given to the service employee. I didn t receive the usual phone call to inform me that my car was ready. Also, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, my paper work was lost, which meant my keys were lost. More paperwork was printed off & my keys were eventually found attached to someone else s paperwork. That means my paperwork with my personal information probably was given to someone else, which the service personnel stated they believed happened. If that was the case, it was very reckless of the staff. Maybe more staff should arrive early to handle the morning rush because I don t appreciate my paperwork with my personal information on it being given to someone I don t know. Printing out replacement paperwork doesn t solve the problem by any means, so how will this issue be resolved to prevent this from occurring again?

My experience with Jeff wyler at first was kinda bad, I kept getting switched between dealership workers. They were all amazing but once I got switched to Isaiah he made it so easy to find what I could afford and want, he was an amazing worker who worked with me through everything, answered all of my questions and was willing to work with someone who has bad credit, and went through the challenge of working with me.

Amazing experience, could not have asked for a more professional and personable team to work with! Seth was truly an expert and was more than happy to answer each and every question I had and walked me through every button in my new vehicle. Very knowledgeable, respectful and patient all around! Financing with John was quick yet thorough (even though I bought during the peak holiday timeframe)! Great team and service, will definitely be back and recommend to others.

Could not be happier with my experience with Jack Wyler, from bottom to top the experience was as easy and seamless as possible. Zach Restau was exactly what I was looking for in a salesperson to work with great communication, helped me get exactly what I wanted and made it so all I had to was sign and drive. If you stop by there I would ask for Zach personally if you want to ensure you get the best service possible.

Zach Restau did an amazing job taking care of us during the whole car buying process from start to finish. Very friendly and caring. Had a great experience while buying my first new car here! Isaiah was so friendly and made the process feel less stressful by answering all of our questions. It s been a year since I bought it and their service team has been on top of my scheduled maintenance. Isaiah even reaches out periodically to make sure I m still satisfied with my purchase! Just a very friendly and casual bunch of people.

Had a wonderful experience with Jeff Wyler of Springfield. Seth was wonderful and worked hard to get everything I wanted. There was a hiccup with the pricing and the manager it a point to make us comfortable. No one was pushy, and everyone was so friendly. Seth actually listened to every thing that was said to make sure he was getting exactly what I wanted. They are honest and trustworthy and will always recommend them.

I went to the two toyota dealers in Dayton. I had 4 lights on my dash and a bunch of messages saying all kinds of things are being affected. Can you believe at both dealerships they would not walk outside to see all of the lights and messages. I was told no, because we have to hook the scanner to it. Really? He couldn't walk 25 feet to put me at ease. So I went home and thought what about Jeff Wyler Toyota. It's a drive, but I figured I'd try. Both Dayton dealers told me two weeks to get me in. When I called Jeff Wyler at 10:45 on a Tuesday. They made me an appointment at 1:15 THAT DAY. When I arrived Cassandra was standing in the service drive waiting for me. She approached me an asked how she could help me. I told her I was there for a 1:15 appointment. She never asked my name, but said " no problem Mike, we can take care of that. One hour later she told me I needed a m a p sensor. She ordered it. I came in on my next day off to get the work done. Cassandra, once again made me feel like I was the most important person there. By the way, my appointment was at 3, I thought it was at 1. Most people would of let me know that I was two hours early and let me know they would try to get it in early. Cassandra never said a word. I the only way I know I was two hours early, is when she said at the end. " there, we got you done before your actual appointment time. How's that " ? She was amazing and the dealership over all is great. I'm in the automotive repair business and customer service is number 1. Thank you.

My husband and I recently took my Honda in for an oil change this week and were pleased with the service that we received. Mackenzie was very helpful when we arrived for our scheduled appointment and the oil change and checks were completed within the hour. The only issue that we had was the settings on the dash after we received the car back, and we went back to speak with someone and Mackednzie was great showing up how to fix the issue. I will continue to purchase vehicles from Wylers.

I took my 2011 Toyota Sienna to Jeff Wyler Toyota of Springfield for mechanical diagnostic and repair work. The Service Advisor, John, was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained that the diagnosis would be finished that same day and called about 3 hours later with the results. I was expecting a repair bill of several thousand dollars after researching the symptoms online and was very surprised and pleased when John told me that rather than replace just the bad component of the differential, a great deal of labor cost could be saved by replacing the entire differential. The end result was not only was the bad component replaced, but also the entire differential is now brand new! And the savings were substantial, even after adding the extra cost of the entire differential. All in all, it was an excellent experience.

Service appointment today, plus a couple of other minor issues with my vehicle that were all handled well and didn't cost near as much as I anticipated. The young lady at the Service intake counter was polite, knowledgeable, and she did a great job for me. I was told that the services performed would take about 1.5 hours. It took ten minutes longer than I was told, but I was still very happy with the time involved for the work that was done.

Mr. Isaiah Williams is the dealer you should ask for if you come to buy a car here! From the start, talking to him was like talking to an old friend, this guy is so personable, friendly, and most important, knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about how easy and stress free he made the whole car buying process. I m honestly really happy I met him and I hope y'all have the opportunity to as well. I can t thank Johnny enough! Both my husband and I needed new cars. I had no idea what I was doing or what anything meant. Johnny walked us through every detail and got us both into exactly what we wanted! I had no idea I could even begin to think about a brand new car. He worked really hard to make sure we both left completely happy. 10/10 would buy here always.
