Took my car for misfire. Was told it was just coil pack. Was supposed to have it wed and pick up my car Thur. Here it is Monday and no one will answer the phone about my car. Last time I give this place a shot. Don't worry won't be changing my one review this time due to some employee being threated their job is on the line. Truly the worst service we've ever received.

This is the third vehicle I have purchased and every time I see Brian! He goes above and beyond to make sure I was able to leave with the vehicle I loved! Today my son 19yrs old was able to drive away with a 2018 Hyundai Sonata that he absolutely loved! They are honest professional and all a great group! If you re looking for a car and you think you won t be able to find one don t give up hope, I encourage you to go check Brian out and see what he can do!!! Thank Jeff Wyler for now my third purchase with you guys I always leave happy

I booked an appointment online and when my husband showed up to drop the car off he was very rudely told they didn t have our appointment in the system. They took the car and my husband s information on why we were bringing it in to be looked at. For 5 days we kept calling in trying to get an update on the car and no one was answering the phone. Every day we left a voicemail asking for a call back with an update as this is my only car and I was having to find rides into work every day. When I finally got ahold of someone they took 5 minutes to even find information on my car and he was very rude as well. They were not helpful and I told them I didn t want them to service my vehicle and I would just come pick it up. When I arrived they told me it would be $390 as a diagnosis fee. I explained that there should be no charge as my car is still under warranty to which he explained there is nothing to charge to the warranty since no work was done. (None of the other Kia dealers have ever charged me for looking at the vehicle. ) We argued for a few minutes as I explained that a bumper to bumper warranty should have no charges and at no point was I quoted any fees. He got frustrated, slammed my keys on the counter and then flung my paperwork at me. He said whatever I ll take care of it and we left. This is the worst I ve ever been treated at any place of business. As a female in her twenties I felt as though they were trying to intimidate me into paying. I definitely would not recommend using them especially for women. Don t send your wives, daughters or sisters to these scammers.

Had an appointment for my first tire rotation. It took a little longer than it was supposed to because they were a little backed up. Other than that it was a great experience and my car had a nice overdue wash an wiped down inside too!I I'm a very happy camper

Eric did a great job helping us buy the car we wanted! When the price wasn t right for us, he kept working it down and laid out multiple options for us! 10/10 recommend.

I bought a car there about 3 months ago and I just found out the air conditioner doesn t work and the 3rd break light has never worked and trunk latch is broke and I have to pay over 2000 dollars to fix it it never got detailed like they said they would I m not a big fan of the serviceServices: Air conditioning, Oil changeServices: Air conditioning, Oil change
