Misty is awesome!! Everyone else is really very nice! I am waiting on my estimate to come back so they can get started on my Smart Car. I've heard nothing but great things about this company!!

Not even worth going into every detail. But they quoted us at $7000, a thousand if which was our deductible. Only spent 1500 in parts and didn't even do everything that was on the insurance claim. And our truck hasn't been right since we got it back.

After hitting a deer & having lots of damage to our van Jack's was amazing & fixed it up. Very nice customer service, took longer than we would have liked but no fault of Jack's, was due to parts taking awhile to get to them but they kept us updated. Wow ! They fixed my vehicle within 2 weeks. Had to wait until the insurance company showed up before fixing it. I will go back if I have any other damage to my vehicles

I took my truck there because they are a preferred shop for my insurance company. I will never recommend anyone to visit this location. I had a small scratch repaired on my new truck bumper. When I got the truck back the bumper cover was on crooked because the underlying metal bumper still had not been straightened.I was told that the truck had been in a previous accident because my old bumper had scrapes and scratches all over it with blue paint. I didn't bring in that way. I told them that and they basically called me a liar and said I had to take it up with my insurance company. I don't think they thought about the pictures that my insurance company took prior to me delivering the truck to Jacks Body shop.When they took my old plastic bumper off to replace it with a new 1 they threw the old 1 around on the floor and threw into the garbage like anyone would do. However when I brought my truck back to show them why I wasn't happy with the service they pulled my old bumper out and showed me the blue marks that they said were caused by a previous accident. And now my backup sensors do not work on top of that and an inside panel is not in place. Their response was "that's not our fault". bottom line... they are sloppy and don't go there. The women in the office act like they know what they are talking about when all they really know is how to do secretarial work.

Although i gave them a poor review with my auto insurance..i was wrong because my vehicle is a 2005. They went above and beyond with not only the work but with hospitality. I am sorry for taking my frustration out on their survey. I would highly recomend them.

I have always taken my vehicles to Jacks for car repair. Unfortunantely I have been there several times usually not by any fault of my own :) They always handle my insurance company for me, set up my rental etc. I basically drop my car off and wait for a call when its ready. Its also cleaner when I pick it up than when I drop it off. As far as the girls in the office go they are the ones that always help me. I always dealt with Jack beginning probably 20 years ago and then probably 15 years ago began dealing with his daughter. They remember me whenever I call and do all they can to help with whatever I need. The above experience is not typical of Jacks so I would take it with a grain of salt. They deserve a good review problem is people only leave reviews when they want to complain no body ever takes the time to leave a good one. Thanks Jacks for all that you do!

My truck was in an accident went to jack. He replaced the front bumper and back bumper did a fantastic job in the future I'm going to have him do some other stuff and I did send a friend five out of five thank you keep up the the workService: PaintingService: Painting

This was the second time I had to use them to rebuild my 2017 RAV4 their customer service can't be beaten they're the only I-Car certified shop in the area and I wouldn't go anywhere else they can fix everything from a scratch to a major rebuild

They tryed to overcharge my insurance company, but liberty Mutual wasn't having it an total out my car. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
