My first visit I had oil change and brakes replaced about a month ago on my 2009 Lexus RX350. Joe the manager was very friendly and helpful. The mechanics are friendly as well. I had an inspection done so now I'm back had struts replaced all around this time. will be getting idler and next. So far I cant say anything bad about them. They get the job done and cheaper than other places. Thanks Firestone.

3/9/24 - After having met with Jeffrey Coates to arrange for a new set of tires, the whole experience was most positive. They were punctual, courteous and instilled confidence in customer satisfaction with efficient service with a quality product! The price was also fair and satisfactory. Thank you!

The customer service I received on the phone to make my appointment vs what I got to experience in person were very incongruent. I would not recommend this tire shop. I showed up early for my appointment for a tire they confirmed the day prior they had in stock, and I waited nearly 2 hours for them to even take my car back and then another 45 minutes from that point for the tire to be replaced. Total schedule ruiner! The check out clerk was quite abrasive, covering everything from his political views, preferred government structure, and pressing to ask if I was married. As you can imagine, after my almost 3 hours spent at Firestone - I was not in the mood to talk.

So UNPROFESSIONAL not only are they not equipped to handle 37 tires they cry like babies because those big giant monster truck tires are in their way less than 24hrs of these giant tires at their shop and they better get picked up by 8am they could read the tire size when they took the $$$ to do it and now they just can t? And the baldheaded manager is absolutely the worstOverall the worst customer service I ve seen in years from any place. Almost like he had some personal beef with me and I ve never met the man before today Sorry for trying to patronize your business???Arrogant, discourteous and UNprofessional afZero Stars

Just got new Tires on the Truck. They did nice work. I got the Tire protection plan. This was a great idea because three days later ran over something got two flat tires. Saved me a bunch of money on the replacement tires.

I can't with this place anymore. The egos are off the charts. First they take my car on a Fri. Its a 6 hour job so it'll be done by Sat. Great..nope. they order the wrong part and I had to wait till Tuesday. Had to get a rental. They help? Nope! They offer anything? Nope! I get the car back with a sound coming from the back end. I take it back. They deny any wrong doing nor a sound. I take my keys. Get in my car. Put down the window. Start to drive. There's the sound. Plain as day!!I'll never be back!!! But they will get the bill of what had to be fixed that they broke!

From the phone call to set an appt. for my new set of tires to be aligned to the finished product, Joe was very helpful, efficient, & professional. He also suggested that in 6 months to return to have the alignment checked, after pothole season, and then again after summer/vacation season to insure my new tires are in the best shape for their wear and uphold the alignments full year warranty.Yes, I would recommend them for tire alignments hands down, and within45 minutes to an hour you can be on you way!!

We got a good deal on one all terrain tires which was such a relief because we're on a very tight budget. After driving across country and feeling the tires fishtail at the slightest turn, it was time to stop putting this much needed expense, off.Very clean and great customer service. I'd definitely recommend this spot. Plus good food down the street too (Frickers: which we didn't have time to go today) is a bonus.

Do not EVER come here for service. I purchased a tire back in February and they did not put any information on my account. They did not add my car information so since I had issues that also meant I had no warranty information on file for said tire. I came back today 4/19/23 to get 3 more tires and was told that I needed a 4th tire as it was wearing wrong. Turns out it was a directional tire and was installed backwards causing the issue. The guy that did not enter the information in February is the same one I dealt with today and he was beyond rude. After waiting hours to get the job done they still had not gotten the alignment done so had to wait longer. They did not document the 4th tire or add the warranty information. I called and made a complaint about this massive problem. They have lost my business and I will not go back to this location.Service: Tires

While I can't speak on the quality of their major repairs, I will say that the team at this location made me feel like a priority. I went in for an oil change, with a request to investigate a noise. They were able to complete the oil change in a somewhat timely manner (delayed getting started even though I scheduled a time) and make the repair to the mystery noise. All this was done without any setbacks, including repairing the exhaust rattling noise. The guy running the front worked well under pressure (very busy with phone and walk-in customers). Many of the techs were newer, so he even personally completed my minor, but difficult repair.

To repair a leak in one tire that they had replaced iwas told that it required a new valve stem. But since they replaced it the tire pressure sensor is not functioning.And now they refuse to repair and refuse to even allow me to contact a regional manager.Apparently Bridgestone doesn't want customer feedback.Steve Heckman Springfield OhioService: Tires

Overall I liked my experience with Firestone.... I just wish tires weren't so damn expensive! Setting my appointment was easy as was arrival. Even with an oil change the wait was not too bad. Service was above par.

Absolutely the best! Joe and his team are wonderful. I stopped in early this morning with my 2016 Civic TPMS light on, and Joe had me on the road within minutes. He always takes time to reassure me and answer my questions while checking my tires. He's honest, hard working, and genuine - deserving of a raise ASAP! Thank you as always. This is the only place I will go to in Springfield.

Firestone did an estimate for work for us, unfortunately, when they went to do the work there was a surprise additional repair. They worked with us and went SO FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND it was awesome. I have never been so pleasantly surprised by a giant corporation stepping up and helping their customers. We will absolutely be back. I have total faith in them and know my money is going to good people who support the local community and are compassionate and generous.Thanks again Jeff, James, and Joe (I hope I got those right, I was overwhelmed and may have gotten them mixed up.)Definitely recommend.

They are terrible they replaced a part that didn't need replaced so they fixed something that didn't need fixed cost me money and it's in the same situation I recommend you don't go there if it's not for tires think me later

Great service, bonified mechanics, Firestone customer for life now. After so many places telling me they couldn t do a wheel alignment on my truck bc it was lifted, these guys got me in the same day and rocked it! Even having an absurd amount of rust on my tie rod ends they was able to still adjust the impossible jus bc I had a little life left in em they saved me a few dollars rather than busting a pocket down to dust and replacing them. ( I ll be back for replacements jus later ) If your not doing business with This group at Firestone, your doing it wrong!

Very dissatisfied! Had 4 new tires put on sit there and waited three hours. Evidently because I am a woman they thought I believed it took that long to do! Told me my tire sensor light would not go out couldnt figure out why not? They put my spare tire back in trunk flat no air. So all I can say is I will never return!

Great Customer Service, very positive experience Very positive experience with the Springfield, Oh store. Called me with an exact estimate and timeline on my son's vehicle. Got it fixed fast and did not over sell or try to sell me anything I did not need. I appreciate that type of business model....I have such positive experiences at this Firestone, that I always look for Firestone Auto Care when I need work on my vehicle while traveling. Dropped off my vehicle for an oil change and vehicle inspection with an 11am appointment. At 3pm I called to check in, but they hadn t even started the vehicle yet. At 4:15 I returned to the store in hopes that it was done, the lobby had people in line but no technician behind the counter for over 15 minutes. The phone rang repeatedly without being answered, and one customer eventually walked back to the garage area to ask for help. The vehicle was finally finished a little after 5pm. All this for an oil change WITH an appointment.

Went to go get brake lines done on my 2006 Escalade and mind you I do my own mechanic work most of the time. My brake line busted on my way to work and I wanted it fixed that day. Firestone threw me a crazy price of $1095 to fix just the front left and right side lines. Needless to say I told them to take it off the rack. I was still charged for them looking at the leaks even though I told them where it was leaking. I took my truck wilmoths auto repair on Dayton avenue and they supplied the brake lines and bleed for a total of $166. Brakes work great! I d be surprised if Firestone isn t the next business leaving upper valley.

Guy on phone said hour for inspection and quote on breaks. Instead takes 3 hours, they tell me my rotors are all damaged needs replaced for 500+$ then tries to sell me new tires for an additional 500$. I go home take of my tire and the rotors are fine but one. Got new break pads for 50$ online for all tires. They just want your money like most places.

Their prices are great. We recently bought 4 tires with a warranty and have been back three times for repair. My only complaint is every trip back ends up requiring another trip back! All three times the repair wasn't fixed correctly the first time and I had to return. This is totally inconvenient with two kids. Thankfully they do have a nice play area that kept them busy. But I shouldn't have had to return. Big props, though, to the guy who works the front desk! He busts his tail Everytime we're in there. More than once I've seen customers just berate him and he's nothing but kind and professional in return.Edit 10/29/16: Made an APPOINTMENT for a balance and rotation. Returned an hour and a half later and the car hadn't budged. They somehow forgot about it or lost the invoice. Again, we had our two kids with us and had been killing time in the "mall" (which is a ghost town) and were PISSED to find out the work hadn't been done. Not cool.

These guys saved a trip to the zoo. It was a Friday night. I noticed my tire was completely bald with the band's showing. It is 630 at night. They were the only ones who answered the phone. Made there by 650. They did not turn me away. They took my van in put a new tire on it. They were efficient with it and inexpensive.

Idk where to start! I always loved this place but now not so much! I have recommended so many people here but never again! They have seriously messed up my front end and we almost got in a wreck on the highway because we hit a bump and lost control. My daughter has also paid this company a lot of money to fix a shake in her front end. They have supposedly replaced motor mounts and tires. Which did not help! Recently she was told her rotors and breaks were bad even though they were just replaced. So sad!

As the banner on the front suggest, The Firestone is under new management. And they have definitely turned their business around. The guy at the register knows his stuff and was very polite. New faces working as mechanics too. Also very helpful. They had my two tires mounted and balanced out in less than an hour. The only thing I negative was their inventory isn't the greatest many of the tires have to be delivered the next day so make sure you call ahead to schedule an appointment. Over all pretty dang good service. Would recommend givinggthese guys another chance if youve had a bad experience with Firestone in the past.
