Went in with a loud muffler. They showed me issue gave me price had me out the door in 30 min at price quoted. Even check other things to be sure i was good. Very friendly.

This place only takes walk-ins and they are 30 minutes away, but we're fast and friendly. Best thing is they fixed an exhaust issue that other places had not been able to for 2 years! And it didn't break the bank. Had car back same day and it's all fixed. They were careful with my car, patient in explaining the issue to me, and very communicative about everything along the way. Will never have exhaust work done elsewhere again!

I took my car in for an estimate to repair a cracked flex pipe which is part of the front muffler. I was told that I needed a whole muffler because it had previously been all "Hacked Up." The estimate came in at $596.10. $298.95 for the muffler, $234.95 for labor, $15.95 for a new exhaust sensor, $5.95 for a gasket and $40.30 for taxes. I took my car to Nova J's in London and had the repairs done in a half hour for $85. They simply cut out the old flex pipe and welded a new one in place. With so much experience with exhaust systems, you would think the guys at Exhaust Warehouse would have known that you could do this. Well, they weren't able to pull one over on me and don't give them a chance to pull one over on you.

These guys are extremely fast, friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job replacing my exhaust in under an hour for a quarter of the cost of my first quote from a chain shop. I would trust them with any service they offer, and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Muffler brothers wanted to charge me over $200 to repair my Muffler but Exhaust Warehouse did it for $100! Very impressed with Exhaust Warehouse and will return in the future!!

Wow, what a first class honest shop. This place is certainly my new go to place for exhaust and manifold concerns. I felt with Donnie specifically but everyone seemed as caring and honest as him. I highly recommend this group of professionals. Skip the dealers and go here.

He told me that he would not work on my vehicle unless I dropped it off because he said it had something to do with the CDC and the health department every other muffler shop in town open is allowing you to wait on your vehicle while they fix it he's probably a good muffler shop but I will never know because he said he does not hello anyone to bring their vehicle in and wait on it he only takes drop offs

Took my car in on a Saturday morning. Luckily no one was there since they are usually busy. They got the car up explained the issue and provided a work around since the aftermarket pipe I purchased didn't fit. Required some welding but was quick and done in no time for a fair price.

They replaced a part of my exhaust for 1/10 of the price that one of the chain mechanic businesses wanted to charge. They're friendly, they'll show you exactly what's wrong and what they're doing, and they'll fix it for a very reasonable price. Exceptional!

Went there to get my exhaust replaced over the phone was told $350 when I got there it turned into $600+. The owner told me the catalytic converter was $300 by itself so I looked it up I can get one for $68 onot parts geek and $110 at the part store seriously over priced. It would be cheaper for me to buyour a cheap welder and do it my self

I'm a 21 year-old Wittenberg student living in the Springfield area for summer. Unfortunately my car needed serviced and my parents live two hours away. Knowing very little about car repair I was worried about being duped out of money at any service station. The gentlemen at Exhaust Warehouse were nothing but kind and provided quick and exceptional service at minimal cost. They took the time to show and explain to me what happened to my car and even spoke to my father over the phone before fixing it up. Now my car is running great and my wallet didn't take a big hit. Very thankful; will be going there in the future if needed!

The owner is full of broken promises !!! He has no clue about running a business . His helpers are not even of a mechanical background. They ruined the exhaust on my truck and tried to use multiple gasket's after stripping bolts out on the head of the truck .DO NOT GO THERE ...THEY ARE NO GOOD CROOKS . Horrible customer service. Told me over the phone it is first come first serve. And when I show up After sitting for 20mins waiting for them to open up it's ..." Buddy you got 9 cars in front of you??? Cars that have been sitting there for over two weeks. Clearly they don't like working on cars that look a little "Blackish"... You guys suck big time. And you are not the only ones in town to do exhaust work.

DON'T GO THERE!!!!My father had an exhaust pipe put on and due to Thier negligence the nuts came off the converter the exhaust pipe fell down on the street and was bent.My father took it back in and the sorry asses made him pay for a new exhaust pipe.They do not stand behind Thier work,find another place to do business.I will post this incident everywhere I can.

For $180 Donnie put in a new exhaust on my truck exactly how I wanted it. He had it done in about 20 min. I now will only go here for all my exhaust needs.

Got ripped off here. before I knew what it was, the guy charged me 125 dollars for a rubber flange. And was extremely bothered by me being there. I was recommended this place, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Cost $200 to fix exhaust and they never fixed the problem or even do a test run. Had to take it to another mechanic.
