Was able to buy a 2020 Toyota Corolla today thanks to help from the guys at Elite Auto Exchange. I don t have much credit history but they were diligent on getting me approved and off the lot with a vehicle. Very grateful for this place.

One star given only because you have to. What I thought was a pleasant experience is turning into a nightmare. Jared absolutely got me in a car but it turned out to be junk. I haven't even had the car 24 hours yet and I came out and the car won't even start. At this point I'm being charged $8000 for a car that is sitting in my driveway and can't use. The dealership is refusing to help in anyway, clearly it was just another sale to them. They got there sale and moved on. They will not make it right! That's all I asked for was to make it right.

This makes the second car I've purchased from there. First being an hhr was junk. Needed so much work done to it. I returned it and got an 2007 Chevrolet suburban. Was good until today. Radiator was leaking I replaced that a couple days ago. Then transmission went out on bly has first and second gear.. this place sells nothing but junk and needs to be shut down.

Sold me a truck that had the wrong battery placed in it and died immediately it also had no coolant in it when they gave it to me tried to drive to my job and the truck started smoking and died only had it 24 hours

Ali is amazing. My boyfriend and I had a very tough situation we were in and Ali understood our issue and worked with us to make sure we made it out alright. He is very real, not a fake car salesman stereotype, and I have mad respect for him. I recommend going to him. Thank you, Ali. You are great. :)

This is nothing like those big dealerships. I bought my first car thru Jeff Wyler and the experience I had was terrible but after meeting Ali and seeing how much he was willing and wanting to help me out in a time a need was really appreciated. Would highly recommend Elite Auto Exchange they treat their customers with understanding and respect just like a family.

These guys use high pressure tactics and way overcharge for cars with hidden and undisclosed mechanical problems. Would steer clear of them.

Very patient and determined to put you in a vehicle! I walked in and walked out with a truck for a reasonable price with zero monthly payments! Everyone is welcoming and serious about handling business! I highly recommend anyone to go here you ll be satisfied! Shoutout to you guys!

Ali was amazing! Went in and told him what I wanted and he did everything to make it happen. If I ever get another vehicle, I will not go through anyone BUT him. I highly highly recommend.

At first I loved working with ALI but then 3 weeks after I got my car the engine blew!! We called ALI and he answered the first time told us to call Monday but when we did he ignored our call all morning till my husband called from my phone. He answered right away when it wasn't my husband's number! He then wanted us to drive my car with a blown engine 30 minutes away. I'd never buy from elite again! Iv made 2 car payments already and only had my car in my possession for a few weeks. I wish I I give it less than a 1 star
