My father had bought a truck from this place. Then it had problems so we drove it for like about 1 week then we had an appointment. So they waited 2 weeks before they did anything. They took a brand new batterie my mom had just bought . Then they put a new transmission in and still the same problem so we had to drive it for about id say 2 weeks then they had the truck again it sat about 1 month then told us they were trying to get back with the bank. But after all that i don t think its a good idea to spend your money on something you can t use.

My dad bought a vehicle from there. It had troubles so we left it to get work and it took them 2 weeks before anything happened then they took my dads batterie. The put a new transmission and still the same problems my dad gave the vehicle a chance. Then every time you would start to go the vehicle would slam forward so they took it for a test drive and said nothing happened and acted like he was crazy. They kept procrastinating helping him.

I feel so bad for my husband. We finally got something that we could call oir own on our good credit. We have been working for a long time. The sales people seemed nice. After a week the transmission starts slipping, and tgey have it in the shop before they get us a new transmission. Not only that but I got my husband a new battery for his birthday and they replaced it with a 3 year old one that is in constant need of a jumpstart. Please don't bother.

The lot is way over crowded and no place to park. My son purchased a truck here after being promised it was fixed after a test drive. Oneweek later it is back in the shop for almost three weeks. One way communication whenever we call, they have no idea what's going on. We have had the vehicle two months and the problems keep comingthree weeks. No communication and the me

I bought a 2012 Honda Accord , 9,900$ .When we test drive , everything seems nice. After we purchased to car , the engine light was on. I called and asked, and there was no problems mechanic said. I got it ran coded, my camshaft positioning sensor is failing. My oil was disgusting, my battery is corroded with acid. It gets better! It was daylight so It crossed my mind checking headlights, my headlight was out! My back seat of the car was supposed to be clipped in, and they did not clip it like saying they would. Overall my experience was very poor. I was promised a discount at the end, and it was never mentioned.

My best friend purchased a vehicle from you guys. She didn't even have it 24hrs and it completely broke down and shutoff. You came and got it. Have almost had it a week and you haven't even touched the vehicle. You didn't offer her a back up or her money back. There is a such thing as a lemon law and since it happened way before 72hrs and you haven't fixed the problem or even offered a replacement I have given her a number to my lawyer. Cant believe you pride yourselves on being salesmen while leaving a single mother of 5 without a vehicle.

I just recently purchased a vehicle from Cousins. The first couple of cars had some unknown issues but Muhammad made sure we didn't leave until we were satisfied!!! Very satisfied with my purchase!!!

If I could give negative star I would. This place is a joke. Promised to fix the stuff on my vehicle that is messed up. Now he refuses to fix anything. I was told to get an attorney because he sold me a unsafe vehicle. This place is a joke
