They are a family owed business husband and wife team. There amazing hands down, customer service was amazing and pricing was very fair. Buckeye towing got to the accident scene quickly. My daughter came from out of town to remove belonging; they were willing to keep office open for her. Had to pick up some items that were left in my daughter's car after it was towed. They were very nice and very friendly. I made a call and they responded very quickly. They are very professional and I would highly recommend them for towing.

This is my second time using Buckeye and it will not be the last. I will only call them for now on. Very friendly and very helpful. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. This was by far the worst experience I ever had with a tow company I was literally two turns away from my home and they charged me $140 I have never in my life paid that much for a tow even with distance I was less than two blocks away from my home and they charged me that much money that is absurd. Now that I forked out $140 for a tow that was literally two blocks from my home I can't even fix my vehicle thank you very much! I do not recommend this service and I hope that you reflect on your prices that's it that's all!Service: Car towing

These people towed my car and then tried to make me pay three times as much as it's worth. Car is sitting at their place tried to work something out with them and all they said was we can get a title in 60 days. I do not recommend this place to nobody..Service: Car towingService: Car towing

This company is hands down the best Towing � I have ever dealt with. The owner is such a great guy. Not only did the owner keep my bike inside out of the rain but he also worked with me on the price. The staff that was there (Kyle)was very helpfull and went out of his way to help. As silly as it sounds I am grateful that I got towed by them. They turned a horrible day into a much better day. These guys were extremely helpful to me! I was in a tough situation on my way to work and my car broke down on me! They went out of their way to drive it to a few different places to help me get the part for it and fixed it right then and there! I am beyond thankful and highly recommend them! Zach and Kyle were great to work with.

Unfortunately I live an hour away however luckly buckeye towing was the company that picked up my truck my towing fee was 300 and some dollars and was only charged 170 I truly wish there were more people in the world as nice as the lady that took care of me literally no other towing company would treat anyone as good as they did me if ICould give 100 stars I would thank you for for being so kind and understanding and most of all sympathetic.Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

Better make sure you get a price from these shady people before you get a tow. They will charge you crazy prices especially for a 10 mile drive. I do not recommend this place to nobody.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I have used Buckeye in the past always on time and great service. Rude, and making a killin on people who run off the road in the snow. Cops automatically call them to tow without asking the car owners permission. 60 a day that your car is there. Plus you have to pay the tow bill. So could end up in the hundreds very quickly.

This is a top-notch business they are very friendly and they care about customer service I went in to retrieve my mother's car from impound and they worked with me so that way I could drive it out of there today not only did they help me get the payment to where I needed it to be they put some oil in it for me and some power steering fluid and the gentleman that helped me out was just 100% kind and courteous

When my wife was stranded on the side of the road she was panicked but I told her do not panic just call buckeye towing and as always they were there in a flash with smiling faces and great hospitality! My wife was back home safe and sound before she knew it!

These guys did a great job tonight they were able help me get the keys out of my Nissan commercial van they were highly professional and worked out in the pouring rain but they were able to get the job done fast and friendly highly recommend these guys anyone
