These guys at this shop are awesome! I had a running-board (truck step) that busted off and needed it welded back on. I took it to a couple of other places and they all said that it was not repairable because the mounting points were too rusted. Well I knew it could be done if people would just use their imaginations. Well no shop wanted to do that except Bolers. These guys made a way for it to work and the step (running board) is back on and stronger than ever before! They are freaking great mechanics!

Boler has been our mechanic for a few years and we have never been disappointed. We have always had a wonderful customer service experience and quality workmanship done. I took my car in to Bolers to diagnose/fix a shifting problem. They did a drain and fill on the transmission, and replaced a sensor. They called and said it was fixed, so I went to pay for it and get the key, and they confirmed to me that the problem was fixed. When I drove it, it still had the same symptoms that was originally wrong with it. So now they have my money, and my car still doesn't shift right.Adding an edit, since I can't reply to Bolers response:I was told that Boler test drove it himself and said the problem was fixed when I paid. I specifically asked if the problem was fixed and was told yes.I didn't even make it a block leaving before it acted up. I immediately returned the car to your lot and my dad picked it up with me Monday, who talked to one of the guys there and he told my dad that something is wrong with the transmission. Interesting, because I was told it was fixed, and that he didn't find any problem with the transmission. My dad drove it to another mechanic shop up the street and it also acted up on him in that short time, so clearly either y'all did not test drive it for any length of time/varying speeds, or just lied about the problem being fixed. That is my issue. I wouldn't be upset if I was told up front, hey, this didn't fix it, because I was doubtful that the oil pressure sensor was causing the issue in the first place, but you guys insisted on doing that. I am a single mom and don't have much income, so I didn't want to spend the money on a sensor if the transmission was shot. And I told you that when I dropped the car off. I'm upset because I was told it was fixed, and lied to. I'm out my money, with the same issue, and was lied to.

Nice guys! Great location! They diagnosed, completed repairs and fixed properly for a FAIR price. Also, noting there was not a giant mark up on parts. Nicest and most honest mechanic you will ever find. Boler and his crew are always friendly and efficient. Always takes time to explain issues thoroughly and stands by all of his work. Has worked on my old and new foreign and domestic built cars. Try him once and you will have found your mechanic for life.

Brought in my 05 Outback about a year ago for a transmission replacement. Had the transmission shipped directly to them. I paid them cash, gave them a nice tip as well. Before I left I noticed CEL light on & cruise light flashing, which never happened before. They told me it was the computer, just gotta reset it.. Well it wasn't, they sliced the ground wire to my 02 sensors, which in turn destroyed both of my Catalytic converters(air/fuel ratio) & my throttle body. Called them more than a dozen time over the next few weeks, never a response. I went to replace the Catalytic converters, noticed a huge gouge in my transmission pan, as well as literally all but a couple of the bolts were stripped out, smashed the gasket. Leaking transmission fluid everywhere, called again multiple times w/no response. Well I started looking at the receipt from the transmission replacement & notice on top of everything else they put in the completely wrong transmission fluid, in a 15k mi transmission. Actually talked before dropping off the car about the Subaru HP fluid that I would need. Well they put Castrol Transmaxx in my car.. Castrol told me directly never to put their fluid in my transmission. After handing them over $1k cash, paying over $1k for the transmission, I've now had to spend another $1k plus(transmission fluid, pan screws, gasket, two catalytic converters, throttle body) & still haven't been able to fix the ground they severed. Never even got a response, I wasn't rude, left multiple messages just asking for help. Not one response. I really wanted them to be the mechanics I went to. But if it's any type of big job I would never recommend going there. This has been a complete disaster, has set me back well over a year on my car now.Service: Transmission replacement

On our way to New York to camp, towing a new camper in an '03 Durango...pull off of Interstate 70 at 11am in Springfield, OH to get gas & my check gauge light comes on. Car is overheating so I do a Google Map search for mechanics. Boler's garage is the 3rd one I call & they say they'll get me in after the 1st two said no. I limp in to their service station & Mr. Boler immediately come to check it out. Long story short, the water pump gasket needs to be replaced. I have to camp overnight north of town, bring the car back the next day & they get it done & get us back on the road for less $ than I anticipated. Everyone in the garage was a class act, they took extra good care of me, my wife & kids & my two puppies. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs work. Professional, trustworthy & did excellent work. I am writing this from Vermont since driving 15 hours, towing the camper & driving my durango with 207000 miles that much further without a single issue after their work. Cannot thank them enough...they saved our vacation. You guys will be on my Christmas Card list from here on out! God bless you all!

Love this place! Finding an honest mechanic is like searching for a unicorn. However, Boler is a decent and honest man who will never tell anything but the truth about your car. I've been experiencing transmission problems and had I gone anywhere but here, I probably would have been told I needed a new transmission. However, Boler went out of his way to diagnose the problem and it's just a small leak.

Recently my 2002 Tacoma started vibrating violently at highway speed, after inspecting all the areas I could in my garage and having new tires installed and balanced. I took the vehicle to Boler's Garage on 12/18.18 at the recommendation of a neighbor. I picked up my truck on 12/20/18 and after a test ride I was happy to find out the vibration was eliminated. Boler's checked the driveshaft center bearing (I thought the culprit) determined the problem that the new tires were not properly balanced (too much weight/wheel).I am very pleased with the work that was performed by Boler's Garage and will be taking the vehicle back to them for additional repairs.

I'm a pastor in town and I've used Boler to work on my cars for several years. I've also referred many people to Boler and I've never heard a bad report. Boler is a great mechanic, his prices are always reasonable, and he is a person of integrity who gives back to his community in many ways. Highly recommend.

I found myself in a big quandary when I receive news that the engine in my Toyota Highlander was damaged beyond repair: do I replace the engine or junk the car. After researching a number of options for replacing the engine I discovered that the cost was would be greater than the car's value. Just when I was ready to junk the car a friend asked me if I had asked Boler at Boler's Garage to take look at it. Boler gave me an honest evaluation verifying that the engine needed replace, found an engine with less than 50,000 miles, and replaced it for half the price of other credible mechanics I had reached out to for an estimate. Not only was the engine replace, but all other adjustments and details were made so that it performed well, far beyond my expectations. I was so impressed with the professionalism, integrity and service that Boler provided. I highly recommend Boler's Garage.Thank you Boler for a job well done,Kevin Hawke

Awesome customer service and is straight and fair up front! Best auto shop around and they can do it all. Will let you know if you can fix it or not and will not kill you on thier prices! Love it!!!
