I had both of my trucks serviced the same day. One needed a recall and the other needed an A1 service. I was able to drop the first truck off and they took me home which was a very nice convenience. I got a call in a couple hours saying my truck was complete and I was able to drop my other truck off to get service on it. Both services were done in a very timely manner and the service writer and cashier. We're very nice.

If you are in need of a car this is the place to come. I recently purchased a new Honda Pilot and Jody was our Sales Rep. She is fantastic. When we dealt with the finance manager Cheryl, we were happy and grateful that she was able to work with us. Both of these ladies have wonderful personalities, are helpful, and actually caring and willing to answer all of our questions. I can't say enough good things about them. This place will get my future business and I will refer everyone I know in need of a vehicle to Bill Marine first. Fantastic business and personnel!

I reached out to the team at Bill Marine Honda in search of a new Odyssey. Joe contacted me quickly and professionally. The first offer Joe gave me was the best offer Bill Marine could provide us. It was also the best offer we received, period. We are a busy family and don't have time to go to a dozen dealerships and do negotiations. I appreciated the upfront, transparent sales approach of this dealership immensely. When we arrived at the dealership everything that Joe had previously told me stood firm . No surprises. We loved the vehicle, loved meeting and working with Joe, Bala and Eric. This dealership provides a relaxed, straight forward way to buy a car. I highly recommend giving them a visit.

When we had a collision with a man hole cover we brought our car to Bill Marine Honda to get it fixed. Although we had some difficulty our insurance company Brandon stayed on top of the issues keeping us informed about what was going on. We schedule our 2010 Honda Accord for its 200,000 mile B14. We chose to separate the work into two halves. After the first half was completed, Cameron called us and told us that we had already completed the 2nd half at 170,000 and did not have to have it completed. Thanks for being honest.

Our family has purchased many vehicles from Bill Marine s dealership starting in the 1990 s. We prefer to shop at this dealership because of their great customer service and variety of makes and models. Whether we need service or a new vehicle, the personnel are always accommodating to all of our needs. I highly recommend doing business at Bill Marine s dealership in Springfield, Ohio.

Don't even consider buying a Honda here. 2022 I went in March to look at new CRV Hybrid. Marine wanted 5k$ more than sticker price and to give me 8k$ less than my trade in was worth. Granted cars were going for high prices as availability was low. Used cars were very valuable an still are, don't trade for less than you owe! . If you want to remain in poverty then go ahead and buy a car here. I saved 13k$ going to another Honda dealership in Dayton, who didn't try to take me to the river and leave me for dead. had I bought a car here I would be paying over 120$ more a month, and they wanted to not use my financing and use there's at a higher rate, which Honda actually approved me for 2.3% much less I found out when I went to other dealership. SCAM LOT!

The dealer worked with me to find my car, as well as then let me place a down payment to pre-purchase the exact car I wanted! It came in before expected. The extended warranties at this dealership were actually reasonable and worth the cost for some! The dealer took time to review all of the car features with me prior to taking off. Thank you!

Great Service. Not sure the diagnosis was true. There are a lot of things that can cause carbon buildup. With out tearing the motor apart to clean pistons and rings. $6000 . I believe there might have been a better solution. For a car with 260,000 miles. Who has that kind of money.

The car I purchased is beautiful but I paid for that beauty. It is a hybrid and within 4 weeks the battery went dead.I called their roadside assistant and she wanted to know all these numbers off the car which she stated it did not match. I had 3 people write it down and I was not wrong about the numbers.I called AAA and he used my key to open the door and jumped the battery.Then the computer screen stopped working. I googled it and fixed it myself but wondered how much their mechanics would have charged me to take out a fues and put it back in.Then a warning light pops up about the brakes. I paid over $78 only for their mechanic to say, "Nothing is wrong with the brakes." I looked up the code and it needed an oil change. The car only had 77 miles and needed an oil change.The air conditioner is terrible and CRV's are known for leaks. Then they said I needed a rear oil something. I will never buy another car off them again. Scammers

We saw the vehicle we wanted on the website, and it was available. It had just arrived, so it had not gone through its dealership checks yet. Best people that I have ever had to work with when purchasing a new car. ** Disclosure... I am biased, as this is my 3rd new Honda, 7 in total.There was an issue with getting the lein cleared on the trade-in, as I had just paid it off. The staff here worked very hard to close the deal for us, and that is really saying something in today's world.Many thanks to everyone at Bill Marine! We said YES to the car!!Found out in the morning our 2008 Honda CR-V needed about $3500 in repairs. Time to update our car experience!. Went to the used car lot at Bill Marine after looking online. Kyle Hughes greeted us at the door. We told him the car we were interested in seeing. Since it was cold and pouring down rain, he pulled it into the garage for us to look over and set us up to take it for a test drive. When we came back, we decided we wanted to purchase it and they handled everything from there on out. We were home by 3:30 in our new-to-us 2019 Honda CR-V. It already had new tires and a new battery and they replaced the passenger side front seat cover because it had a small burn hole in it. Kyle even went over some of the updated technology with us that we were not familiar with. All in all, excellent experience. Would definitely buy from them again.

Made an appointment for an oil change and had to reschedule twice due to an emergency with my dog. They were very accommodating about it and when I DID make it in, my passenger side wiper hadn t been working since we had snow and they fixed it for free without me even asking them. Faith in humanity restored. They made my week with that!

The staff of the service department were very nice. Every step of the service was explained and permission asked for something that was not on the list of scheduled services. They were finished as quickly as promised.
