I purchased an auto battery online that was listed as in stock. I was supposed to receive an email when it was ready. 3 hours later I hadn't received any email. So, I tried to call the store and the options kept circling and circling so no one every answered the phone. Finally, I went into the store. I asked if they stocked auto batteries. The clerk said, "yes" and asked me what I needed. I said that I wanted to pick up the battery that I ordered online but never received an email that it was ready. I gave him my receipt. I also mentioned that no one answered the phone. His reply was "He was the only person in the store." What did that have to do with the fact that he didn't answer the phone? He went in the back to get the battery then said, "I don't have good news. We don't have it in stock." Update your online stock listing!!!!! No apology from him. Just "Have a good day." I said I would never be back. I went up the street and purchased one at O'Reilly's. Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!! Don't waste your time with this store.While I "appreciate" a response from the store manager. What is the point? I already purchased the auto battery I needed and, as i said in my review, I won't be back.

Came in and got batteries replaced on two key fobs. Young man at the counter was very short and obviously irritated with being there. I asked if I could get a new key fob for a VW his reply was simply Not Today. No further information was provided. Have had great service in the past at this location. Unsure what the problem was today but definitely need to improve on customer service or customers will just take their business elsewhere.

I had a great experience with the phone repair here. Had to have the screen on my s23 ultra replaced, and the screen samsung sent was a garbage downgraded version. The store worked with me to get the OEM screen and got me taken care of. Great, guys.

Had an appointment to replace screen on my phone ( replacement ordered there )at 0800 on Saturday. Doors didn't open until 0820 . Was told when ordering screen, replacement would take 40 minutes . That morning took 90 minutes... Otherwise friendly service and phone was done at 90 minute mark .

Never going to this location again. The manager was very nice but the kid working the counter was extremely rude. I understand if you've got things going on in your personal life but considering that you are on the clock to provide customer service maybe you should just shut up if you don't have anything polite to say.Edited to add: I did talk to the manager, he witnessed the entire thing. He just made excuses for the kid and said he was so short staffed he was just glad to have him show up.

I spent $1106.76 on six batteries for my golf cart. I returned six golf cart batteries when I picked the new ones up. I was credited my $27.00 per battery, but not the tax I paid at time of purchase. I asked the salesperson about the tax and he said, "they hadn't charged me tax on the cores". When I got home I sat down and figured my bill and they had definitely charged me tax. I called the salesperson back, and he said, "His computer couldn't refund my money and I would have to call the manager in Dayton, Ohio and he would cut me a check". I've called 3 times and left messages for the manager and have yet heard from him. The $11.75 is just as good to me as it is Batteries +Bulbs.

I went in to Batteries Plus to get a battery and an employee named Nick informed me i needed my whole phone fixed. He proceeded to go to the back of the shop and crack my screen. he came back and informed me that phone was broken and needed a new one.

Advertising a battery as tho it was in-stock and then told it would take 2 days or more to get it in but the Bellbrook location had one but when I called the person on the other end didn't know what i was talking about and sounded really stoned. Taking my business elsewhere.. complete waste of time. Waiting on refund.

Took an iPhone in today to get the screen repaired. The man rolled his eyes so hard it looked like it hurt! I asked him what was wrong and he lost it. Stating he had to be here in -4 degree weather and didn't have any customers for 4 hours and now that he wants to leave everybody decides to come in. He said many other things as he was shaking and typing my information in very hard on the keyboard! As my paperwork printed out I asked if he would rather me come on a different day and he responds with "no I have to be here anyway"! I signed the paperwork and asked if it would be done today. He says yeah that's why I took your phone number! Well 5 hours later with no answer when calling we went to check. My boyfriend walked in to an unlocked shop only to set the alarm off with absolutely nobody in the store! This man scared me so bad when I dropped off the phone that I didn't want to even ask him how long it would take. I shouldn't have even trusted him to do the service! He lied to me and left my belongings in an unlocked shop for someone to steal! I'm waiting to see what happens next! God awful and scary experience!!!

Friendly service. Great price on a new battery for our van, and they even accepted the old battery for recycling. Definitely recommended unless you need it immediately. I did have to order and wait a couple of days, but that wasn't a problem. Will definitely buy there again.

THE associates are very friendly and courteous and informative. I hear people talking all the time about how bad service anymore. But at batteries plus the serve is great. I expected to be purchasing four batteries however I only had to pay for two. I had four fobs to two vehicles. That was a pleasant surprise.

I always get good service and help at any location of this store. I had picked a package of batteries and needed a particular sized button battery which they did not have. The guy that started to check me out pointed out a larger package of the same batteries I was getting that was on sale. Plus he knew an alternate button battery that worked perfectly for me. I don t see service like this anywhere else. The guy that helped me gave excellent advice to the customer he assisted before me on how he should and should not use an external power supply he was buying. I wondered if the store rep was an electrical engineer. Raised by o e and kind of understanding that stuff I knew his advice was spot on. You definitely don't see that level of customer service much at all!

I made an appointment for a phone battery replacement and was told that it would be ready in an hour. When I came back to pick up my phone I was told that the replacement work wasn t even started yet. Had to wait another hour and then the technician was rather rude.

This place just about has it all and they make shopping and errands easy. I saved almost $1000 by not having to buy a new iPhone. They are efficient, knowledgeable about the merchandise, the store is well managed, tidy and clean, and the prices are good. I go here first when I want this type of product and never have to go anywhere else.

So on Friday 7/14/17 I went and bought a laptop charger which is like 65.00 I paid cash for it asked about return policy just in case. Well was told 14 days with receipt. Went home plugged cord in found out it was my laptop charger port that's going bad so I didn't need the cord. So on Saturday I go to the store and try to return the item. I'm told that they can't give me a cash refund it has to go on a credit/debit card which I don't have or a check. I was like um I paid you guys cash so the guy calls the manager and I'm told to leave the product and receipt and my name and number and the manager would call me when he got in that day. Friday night I still have not heard anything by time I got up the store was closed since I work night shift. So I call on Sunday and the Manger was not coming in till noon so I call at noon and the Manager tells me he has to contact his boss and find out how long till I get my money back he said I might have to wait for his boss to cut me a check on Monday and not get it till Tuesday and he would call and let me know. Its Sunday night and I still have no clue what's going on and I'm really tired of the run around. This is my money they are playing around with and they have the product as well even though I thought it was weird I still went ahead and did what was asked of me. So now if I do get a check for the product I still have to find somewhere to cash and pay for it to be cashed. This is BS

Ordered replacement phone battery on line, notified battery was in, went to store only to find out that it was not in and had not been ordered yet. Had to wait several days for battery to arrive, checked store while in area and the battery was in but couldn't be found. Employee searched store and display rack and finally found the battery. Fully charged the battery and it seems to be working perfect. Rated 3 stars due to the extra trip I had to make to the store, essentially negating the 10% savings I received for ordering on line.

Good place for all things battery. They told me today they also install auto batteries. Staff knowledgeable and friendly, a bit pricey, but, you get what you pay for. Will return, thanks.

They can't seem to fulfill a simple order. Bought a truck battery online, shipped to the store. Got an email that the order was ready. Went to the store, no battery. They said they would contact me the next day and have the battery shipped. They didn't contact me so I called 4 days later. I was told the battery was in again. Went to the store, no battery. I am going to try and get my old battery back and will never do business with batteries plus again.

I visited this store recently for an iPhone battery replacement on my son s phone. Upon returning home, he realized the home button wasn t working properly, which we assumed was a result of the battery repair. I returned the next day, and Barton was able to diagnose the problem and fix it in a matter of minutes.

Tay was great. Needed a fob battery and back up key. This man was really great. He explained so much, and was so informative and personable. Honestly some of the best customer service I've experienced in years. Great job and thank you so much.

Ordered online. Was suppose to get an email when order was ready but an hour later still hadn't received it so went to store to see if it was ready. No customers were in the store and 2 workers were just sitting there. That's when they got my order ready. You might as well go to the store instead of doing it online. Would be faster instead of you waiting to get an email back.

These people are awesome. The place stays packed but well-worth the wait. We buy all of our off-grid batteries from here (and have been doing so since our days in florida...about a decade ago). I do, however, believe they could use a bit more security as it was seen by me that a disgraceful human walked out of the store with an item he did not pay for. My advice for Batteries Plus is to place glass enclosures with locking glass doors around all of their products!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. Cracked my screen and took it to get fixed here two weeks ago almost 3. They ended up screwing up my home button and my screen wasn't even put on correctly. I was told they had to order the parts for my my button and it would be there the latest the following Wednesday, never got a call so I called them to find out it would be Thursday or Friday, still no call, so then I was told Monday, never got a call so I had to call them to find out the parts were never ordered. So then I was told to bring my phone in on Thursday so they could send to apple to get fixed and would be done today Saturday. Well come to find out it was sent to a different store first not even apple and has yet to even be sent or fixed and still will take up to at least Monday. Yet I still had to pay 124.00.

I went to pick up the battery the day after I'd received an email telling me it was there. The young man working that day seemed puzzled when I said "I'm here to pick up an order". He poked at a few things on the end of the counter, went in the back room, came back and said "I can't find it. Maybe they sent the email then realized they have to order it so come back next week". I thought I'd try again yesterday after seeing that, according to the website, it's in stock. The young man working yesterday looked at my phone, asked for my name, went out on the floor, grabbed the correct battery, and that was that! I'd rate the first guy one star, the second guy 5 stars!

Went in three times for iPhone 7 replacement battery in one week and never got a battery. Out of stock each time even after I made an online appt and was assured Battery was there. Went in fourth time and asked to prepay for Battery as I needed to expense that day and was told that was not possible. What store says I can t take your money? So stupid

Went in and was surprised by the short, rude service. Felt like it was a HUGE inconvenience that I was there. Didn't have what I needed, offered to order.....but I will just order one myself and not shop there again!

Made an appointment online to go here to get my cracked screen fixed. When I got there the person that was doing the screen changes was working on another phone, then proceeded to tell me that there s a chance that it wouldn t work to change my screen due to new Apple updates and the system. THEN said even if he was to do it that it would be a hour and a half at the least before he would get to my phone. Then him and other employee stated that someone had called off some would be by himself also and would be assisting other customers also while trying to fix the phones, very unprofessional to me to complain about other employees calling off. Needless to say I went elsewhere to get my screen fixed! Thanks to iRepair, iTech at the upper valley mall for being very professional an speedy and fixing my screen without excuses.
