                      I'm sure they have lots of parts. But, just a warning: someone told me that they install car batteries, if you buy them there.                       I wish autozone would screen, hire, and train their employees a little better. I wenti went to the N Isabella store after verifying that I could have a tech hook my car to a code reader. I thought my fuel pump was going bad and my mechanic had said it was something else more costly.  Apparently the man at the counter having never looked at my car stated that it couldn't be the fp and refused to do test my car.  He then argued with another employee (female) about the correct wipers for my car.  I was sold the wrong ones.  Can't find my receipt of course. They were not cheap either.In conclusion I paid a ton of money for wipers I can't use and repairs that didn't fix my car because guess what? It was my FUEL PUMP!I hate that we still live in a society that women can't possibly know anything about the gas powered engine. I only gave 2 stars due to kind gal sweeping up and helping me find wipers.Please make customer service a priority for running a retail business.  You'll be glad you did.                       Had a crazy Friday evening and by God's grace we made it to store 751 in Springfield.  Christle ( crystal) not so sure on spelling was absolutely awesome.                       The store had what I was looking for in stock. One issue though...the item that I needed was on the shelf, the DIY shelf. There wasn't a catalogue nor a machine to help you with getting the right one. There was 3 different ones to choose from. Took 2 of them to the checkout counter and asked the associate if he could help me by looking the items up. No luck. Not in the system.                       Staff was friendly and got me what I needed mostly. I bought a socket bit to change my oil filter and it was recommended by the guy working the desk but it ended up being the wrong size.                       Went in for a battery and Tina the manager was so nice! She tested everything and said I just needed to go to a dealer and get a new connection since they don t sell them.                       Went there half an hour before close (10pm) to get my check engine light checked.The employees were very friendly and happy to help. After the codes were brought up on the computer we talked a bit about what could be done.                       This place DOES NOT replace your battery, even Under Warranty.I purchased a Duralast gold battery from this location a little over two years ago and it started dying out on me. The car wouldn't start without jumping the battery so I knew I needed a new one. The battery was still under a three year warranty so I returned to the Auto-Zone to get a replacement.A short man with a gray Auto-Zone shirt, black hair, no name tag and heavy set tested my current battery and said the battery was good but my alternator was bad. The man said he cant replace the battery unless it tested bad. However, this was not the case.Thinking I could possibly need an alternator I drive to my local mechanic to check it out. My mechanic said the battery had a dead cell and the alternator was still good. The mechanic recommended I get a battery at a nearby Advance Auto, where I proceeded to do so.I purchased a Die Hard battery from Advanced Auto. and the man working there was kind and replaced the battery with no issues. My car now starts flawlessly and has returned back to normal. A car battery was all I needed to get my car fixed.I don't understand what is going on at Auto-Zone with their battery testing/replacement plan. Is their tools inaccurate or the Auto-Zone clerk tried to sell me an alternator, which is more expensive and I did not need it.I had to buy a battery from their competitor because Auto-Zone wouldn't live up their 3 year replacement warranty on car batteries.  I had to spend $180 I didn't have to spend because Auto-Zone was Not accurate with their testing.I will no longer return to Auto-Zone and I suggest you don't shop there if your looking for a car battery or any car part that's Supposed to include a Warranty.

                      The part was a great price. But god lord the gentlemen who waited on me had zero human skills. Just walked up and stared at the screen. Didn't say a word. Not hello, welcome to autozone. Nothing. He helped get the part I called for earlier. But the tude was real. Zero eye contact the whole time. Shirt untucked. I don't go here a lot. All these places carry the part I needed. Why go to a place you don't feel welcomed at? Again. Correct part. Fair price. Service was confusing to say the least....and now part has malfunctioned.                       Employee's more worried about taking and joking among themselves than helping customers. Mind you there was 4 people behind the counter and not one ask if I needed anything. Check out seemed more like an inconvenient to them than anything. However I got what I needed so there's a plus.                       I had a great experience at this store! The counter guy was new to computers but what he lacked in wisdom he made up for with enthusiasm!                       The employees are very helpful and will help you figure out what is wrong with your car. When car shops tell you need a transmission and it just really needs a transmission filter and fluid changed.                       While I normally don't do much shopping at AutoZone because I think prices may be a little high, they do have great service. I was recently in a trip and my car had trouble starting. I took it to AutoZone and they checked the battery for free and found that it was bad.                       Saturday april 18th I visited auto zone on n isabella with a brake light and  turn signal issue.i asked for assistance in resolving the problem. Staff went out there way to help me,especially trina.hope I'm saying her name right ,she had good knowledge and fixed the problem  ,bad bulbs.i offered to pay her  she refused and said glad I could help you.thank you very much.
