I came to this place to pick up a part for a car I had recently acquired. One of the fellas there worked with me and used their scanner to give me the computer codes for my car. He let me take photos of the codes, and instead of just trying to throw parts at the car, gave me advice on how to troubleshoot the code problems so that I wasn't just wasting money needlessly. I definitely appreciate his honesty and I will go back there when it is time to get the next set of parts because of their ability to be helpful.

Service sucks in this location. The one guy at the counter stood there talking to a guy on the phone while he had three people in line. People in the store should come first in my opinion. That's why I try to always stick with auto zone service is much much better. Better training of associates.

Needed a jack for my cat the tired blew out and my other on failed and the hydraulic fluid leaked everywhere. The man who helped me was very nice and help d me fine the right weight jack I needed and helped me save money. He got me signed up for coupons and checked out with 100% satisfaction.

Decent. However I'd advise you not to offer check engine light diagnostics etc if it pisses employees off to do it. We as customers don't want the attitude. Also a 15 minute wait to but antifreeze is ridiculous.

They hire anyone, most of the time they don't know anything bout cars and try and sell you things you don't need. Only went in to get oil, and this guy tried to tell me I was getting the wrong kind. I knew I got the right one. He looked it up and seen I was right and then got snappy with me. I left without buying the oil.

Helpful but didn't have what I needed, they went to 1 store and I had to go to another store, then it was not the right part. Took it back and got it straighten out. First asked for power steering fluid they said I needed a power steering pump and all i needed was the fluid.

Service was fantastic. I needed something to buff scuffs off of my SUV. The associate was helpful and friendly. My car looks great! Very pleased

Customer service was pretty good. Unfortunately store looks outdated and they give wrong parts out. Other than that I enjoy coming to Advance when I need to. They definitely beat auto zone on prices.

The store manager is top notch. I had a hard time finding parts I needed and Jordan came through, ordered them in and sold me some extras things I didn't know I would. Very helpful and curteous!

Service was slow. Order was placed online for 30 minute pick up, arrived 45 minutes later and the order hadn't been pulled yet. Employee at the counter asked the other employee that was already helping another customer to pull the order. So much for curbside pick up.

It was great. The service person was so helpful. She was also certious & friendly. I bought windshield wipers which I needed because it was raining. Thank you Advance auto.

I never shopped Advance Auto Parts much, but recently I discovered how much cheaper they sell their inventory online. I usually buy what I want and pick it up in store. The staff tends to be older so they sometimes don't understand the online order process.

They obviously need to change the hours online to 8am!! I was broke down and needed a part at 7:40am on my way to work and store hours says 7:30am, so they held up 8 fingers and left me standing in the cold i walked a mile bc online it said they were open. Poor service! I will give any other part store my business besides advanced auto now and they sure lost alot of money there

Picked up parts that I ordered online, to get the 25% discount.It would be so much easier, just to go to the store, and purchase parts, that are in stock, but there are no discounts available with in store purchase.. Online only.

Really bad customer service, I called about my alternator and was told I could come exchange it, I show up the next day because I like a normal person had to work the day I called. Anyways I came in the next day and was refused an exchange they was very rude I ll never shop here again
