It's rare that I give any place 5 stars but our experience was above and beyond. Something else I don't do is mention names but Mike totally sold this visit. He couldn't turn our bad day into a good one but he definitely eased the pain, made us laugh, and went above and beyond to help us save and get what we needed. Totally not what I was expecting headed to South Limestone. If advance needs an ambassador or example of what customer service is we got it today. Thank you so much Mike. With the way places turn over staff if you don't get Mike hopefully you get the person he trained.Told you I'd give you 5 stars, I'm sure you didn't know who I am.

Need an air filter, which they had & at a good price. Normally, they have books to tell you which item to get for your car. Not for air filters. Employees were eager to help, but I'm used to getting my own.

A associate was outside smoking pot with either friends or customers. They never know anything about cars or how to fix anything on them. Let alone how to work their own computer system. Really doubt I return to this store at least this location

The staff seem to be nice people but the problem is the lack of getting stuff right. I sent my guy down there to get parts to do a tuneup on a V6 they send him back with 4 spark plugs. I m doing work on a vehicle in Fairborn. They don t have a part but claim South limestone does we call and they claim to a put their hands on the part I go all the way from Fairborn to there to pick it up. It s the wrong side all together it s just over and over constant let down . They never have stuff in stock. The people that work there they re good people I just think that store needs a little bit more training and stock more commonly replaced parts. And I m not just a shade tree mechanic. I have have 6 ase certs and over 23 years exp. I ve delt with many parts store in the Miami valley on a commercial basis So I kno what I m talking about.

So I am here coming up. I wasn t the really getting dirty work on cars, but do my quiz for the years and my thirst for knowledge my mechanic is willing to tutor me and give me pointers on such things but the people at AutoZone know him by name which makes things easier especially when they re always helping you to fit the best price budget

Unfortunately was there to get a part for a disabled family member, but she was quoted wrong price! We have to wait to get her vehicle fixed due to fixed income, and only had so much due to wrong quote on Part

The two ladies that work there are the best. Car broke down I'm 2 hours away from home and they loan me tools so I could finish. Awesome job ladies

Today 7/23/22 Haley and Jared at the S.Limestone location went above and beyond. I went for a battery check at the E. Main location and was told it was possibly the alternator, but I should get it checked elsewhere because they didn t have the proper equipment. I went to S. Limestone and Haley confirmed it was my battery. She said my battery was in stock at the E. Main location. I went back to E.Main, purchased the battery and was told they were unable to perform the free installation because they had back/health issues. I called S.Limestone and Jared answered very professionally and pleasant letting me know I was able to come in and get it installed ..Sorry so lengthy but they definitely were great and made my day a lot less stressful.

Staff at the service counter was able to help me find the correct oil filter for my car but I was surprised I had to wait in line just to get that assistance. What seems like not that long ago, there were books with part numbers to reference in the aisles or interactive databases to help you find what parts you were looking for. Again, staff service very friendly and helpful and I was able to get checked out promptly.

Haley took care of my problem in 1 minute flat, and had no problem refunding my money for parts I didn't need, I give her 5 stars for her great customer service.

I purchased a Diehard silver battery for my 2006 Cadillac DTS. The previous battery had seen it's last days. The clerk was very helpful and knowledgeable in selecting the proper battery for my car. I have been a customer for many years with Advance Auto Parts and as long as I receive quality assistance,I will remain a loyal and satisfied customer. I recommend that you patronize this company if quality is a must.Thanks Michael K. for the military discount.

This store is less than a block from my house, so obviously it's usually my first choice for my automotive parts and accessories. I've used this store for over twenty years and the service has always been good. Their prices aren't always the best but they're usually comparable.

Not woman friendly unless you are a skinny , half dressed pretty woman. I went in to get a part & they ( the 2 guys upfront ) was totally ignoring me & another guy for almost 10 min. Then was rude to me & the other guy that was waiting . . .

Staff very helpful and helped my bf with hooking up the battery brackets and saved is money because we were gonna buy a new one and he helped fix the one we had....very nice.of him..

Lost driver's wiper. They helped me out, especially when 1st wiper didn't work. They upgraded the wiper and put it on for me in a minimum of time and got me back on road just in time for storms!

Most of the reviews I leave are for poor customer service. This is not one of those reviews. Today Wayne really showed how knowledgeable and professional these people are: I'm on a long trip heading home from another state and I get tired so I have to stop and rest. I sleep for about an hour and a half and then start back on my trip when my check engine light starts blinking and my car won't accelerate. I'm a combat arms veteran with 13 years under my belt so not much phases me, but I've got no way home, and I'm worried that if I try to keep driving my engine's going to burn up. I look up the closest Advanced Autoparts because they've earned my business and I value their expertice. I walk in and explain what's going on and without missing a beat Wayne tells me it's because I left the car running with the air conditioner on while I slept, and that somehow messed with the fuel mix. The car is fine to drive and I don't need to take it to a mechanic and waste a bunch of money to figure out what went wrong. Wayne put me at ease and didnt try to get me to buy anything I didn't need. I really appreciate the knowledge, professionalism, and cheerful attitude of these folks.

Just walked around the store for a solid 10 minutes looking for a particular part for my car and was ignored the entire time while the cashier was joking and playing with someone else.... NOT very professional
