This tire discounter location is phony and I wouldn t go to them for business. Told me that my control arm bushings were loose and quoted me 1k for control arm bushing replacement and alignment. I went to my main mechanic who has worked on my cars for years . He told me and even showed me that my bushing were fine. They tried to take money from me for something that did not need to be replaced .they showed me the quote but never let me keep it .. really weird.

Came in this morning for an 8 am appointment only to be told the mechanic was off today and the guy at the counter couldn't explain why they would schedule it knowing he was off. There is obviously a management issue at this location. Will not be returning. This seems to be a common issue with tire discounters as a whole. So I will not be returning to any of there locations in the future. And I recommend going elsewhere for services!

They are always friendly and helpful. I came in for a quick tire fill and found that my valve was damaged, they were able get me worked in right away and were really great about it! Very thankful that they could help at the last moment!

I have been to this location 3 times. First to see if they could replace a brake pad. They wouldn t do it unless I bought a new set from them even though I had a new set I purchased with me already. The second time was to get an oil change and they were working short handed so they couldn t do it and finally to plug a tire that had a small screw in the middle of it. They stated the tire needed replaced because it was at 30% and it was a liability for them to plug it. It s less of a liability to allow me to drive away with a screw in the tire? I agreed to replace the tire but they didn t have it in stock. I m done going to this business.

This place is close to home so I went out of convenience at first, but the guys are great, helpful and fair. I worked with TJ up front and even as busy as the shop was he was friendly and made sure to stay in contact with me throughout the whole process. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

Scheduled an oil change for 12:00pm on a Monday and they got it all done in 40 minutes! It s was about $20 to $30 less than anyone else and I got free tire rotation! 10/10 would definitely recommend to friends and family. I m all smiles Thanks again Tire Discounters! I guess that s why I ve been doing business with them since the late 90s

I would question their credibility and consider going elsewhere if you can. They failed to schedule my appointment after having called twice to confirm at this SPECIFIC location - I am just glad they were able to find a way to fit me in even though they were short on staff. No big deal until they were NOT accommodating with finding an appointment until for an oil I also had scheduled that day. They could only schedule an oil change one weeks out. really??? and at full cost after failing to get us on the schedule??? If that wasn't enough screw up, they toped it off by doing a messy job and left their grease all around three rims. Anyways, I should have known better after an older left the place really upset because they gave him a different price than what was told over the phone, even after he said he had years of getting service at this SPECIFIC LOCATION. Just wow.... lesson learned.

I stopped by tire discounters in springboro and Brent was very professional and nice. Eric and Austin were eager to help me balance a couple tires and jumped right on it. They had me fixed up super fast and were very friendly. They even offered to carry the tires out to my truck. I m very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism of staff. I ll be back!!!!

Springboro Ohio gave me the best service they were so busy they weren't sure they could get my time fixed but than Kelly called and said they were going to work over to fix it So they fixed my tire after closing hours so I would have a car Its avery good place to get your car fixed

They wanted to charge over $300 for a battery install which they weren t even sure was the problem. Called back after taking some time to think about it, and they put me on hold until their store closed. Overpriced. Overhyped. Not the first time or only person that has had negative comments. 10/10 would recommend to all my enemies.

During what appeared to be a hectic day the shop didn t get to my oil change until after hours and the work was sloppy. My oil drain plug was finger tight, leaked, and now my driveway is stained. I appreciate the shop fitting me in but I d rather quality service.

They were models of excellent customer service, everyone present seemed comfortable and confident. I'm happy with the tires I got, as well as the speed at which I got my car back. Brent specifically was top rate.

Broke my locking lug nut then proceeding to hammer on my car trying to remove it. Never told me about the damage until they couldn't remove it. Told me to go to another tire discounters and see if they can get it off. Damage my lug nut and rim. Do not go here.

Told me a tire with a nail couldn t be patched and that I would need 4 new tires. Got a second opinion and the tire is now perfectly patched and we did not have to buy 4 new tires. I hate when you have a simple problem that needs to be fixed and a business tries to take advantage of your plight and up charge you. Will not be back. Go to Nickerson in Cville instead.

I originally took my vehicle to Matt Castrucci and Centerville, Ohio were they cost over $1000 worth of damage so I took my car to Tire Discounters where they have worked on my other Hondas they fix my car and cannot believe what the Honda dealership did. I did get a refund from the Honda dealership, but only after putting a bad review I had tried calling and they would not take my phone calls. They knew they did me wrong. I will take my vehicle to no other place but tire discounter. I trust him completely.

This is going to be a factual review and a huge alert to consumers. I dealt with Rick. First off Rick is a huge liability and as a business owner I would of let him go the first day.I came in for a oil change and flat tire repair. As he was writing it up he was told by his boss tire discounters can no longer service cars with out dip sticks. As we went out side to write up the car for a flat repair. Rick proceeds to tell me why they won't change the oil. Td destroyed a car with this same scenario.Later that day I get a call for Rick to upsell me on new tires, a rim and back brakes. Never mentioned what the multi point inspection was like. I agreed to for the work to be done. Once I left with the car, tire light came on so I took it back. They programmed the sensors wrong according to Rick.I requested a oil change again because from my research there was a dip stick. I got the service done again no multi point inspection was brought up to me. The following week I had smoke coming from the motor. I took it back in and they verified it was a bad gasket on the oil cap. I asked did they verify the oil and the guys said they couldn't since there wasn't a dip stick. The person I dealt with says they should of never done the service. This whole time I was explaining the info I was given by Rick on all 3 encounters. Rick denies he even said most of everything. That to me is a red flag. Td should be made aware of his actions and how he handled business. After verifying with Mercedes there isn't on this car.

I've bought the sets of tires from them and had them provide several repairs. Always great customer service. A couple weeks ago I came in and was going to Michigan to see Mom in Hospice. Brent not only checked my tire pressure but he checked my oil and added a quart, told me he wanted me to be safe. It was very nice, and he spoke so kindly to me too! He gained my loyalty with that simple caring act.

There was some confusion on the valet part of the service that caused me some annoyance, but once the car was at the shop they did a great job. Communicated with me well, and didn t seem to charge me for anything that was unneeded. I knew my brakes needed replaced and was concerned they d find a way nickel and dime me on them, but they didn t and it was way more affordable than I expected. They even quickly did a battery change when my battery died at their shop.

I called to have my vehicle inspected and they were able to get me in next day! Dillon was nice to talk to on the phone. Brian, I think the manager of the place, was very friendly in person. I appreciated the speedy service and great pricing of the repair I needed done. I will definitely be back!

I was having a really bad day when my right rear tire shredded itself on the expressway. This car has no spare (whoever came up with that design needs their head examined) and so I had to remove the wheel and take it to Tire Discounters. As I rolled in close to closing time, they saw my dilemma and stayed late to get a new tire on the wheel and me on my way. I really appreciate the great service.!

Most of my visit was good. I would just tell the men that work there may want to not curse when they have a customer waiting on her vehicle. Also people might want to check their hub caps & make sure they are on tight, I lost one of mine on my drive home. I called & told the gentleman what happened, he was supposed to check on getting me another one & call me. Well it s been 2 days & I still haven t heard back from them

Thank you Tire Discounters for being conveniently located and always eager to help in a time of need!! I have taken my vehicles here for years. After I decided to retire my 15 year old car, I bought a new SUV and within months I had a visible nail stuck deep into the brand new tread and could hear the air leaking. I had purchased the tire care/roadside hazard insurance in the past but not on these new wheels. Rick was most helpful and I was pleasantly surprised when he did not charge me for the repair. I was in and out in no time and received service with a smile, that is what true customer service is all about! Thank you, Rick for taking care of your customers & making me smile on that stressful day!!

My husband took my car to tire discounters this morning. They took 4 hours (which would be fine if they had done a good job), but they kept trying to upsell him. They then broke the spare, lost a hubcap and when asked if there was anyway to fix it, was just told "no, you signed a waiver to have his car worked on". They have horrible customer service, and I will never go back.

I was due for an oil change and needed to get front rotors replaced. It was Labor Day weekend, but I had an appointment with my dealership. They had called me the day of my appointment to tell me that they couldn't get my car in that day. Tire Discounters was absolutely amazing. They got me in on short notice and only took them about 90 minutes from the time I dropped my car off for work to be completed. Keep up the great work.

What an amazing group of workers at this location. They answered all my questions over the phone and had the upmost respect. Their conversation over the phone was so pleasant and welcoming. While waiting on my car I saw how they handled their customers and they were so amazing and made a personal contact with everyone! This is sooo important. I won t go anywhere else. Stefone was so supportive and sales manger Rick. You all so incredible !
