The people at this store are very helpful! They don t try to sell you stuff you don t need! They also use common sense on looking up parts unlike every other parts store! My 9 year old daughter was singing the O Reiley s song with Robert! Robert is great at customer service and made our experience great!

3 employees working, myself and one other customer. Put my purchase back and walked out. Not one person even asked if I needed help. 2nd bad experience here, and last.

I have got 2 batteries at this store the first on I was told he was the only one working so he could not install the battery. the 2nd one told my wife it was a hard install and they would not do it. Battery was on top, took me 5 minutes with 1 wrench. they do not in stall batteries

Less than impressed. When I walked in, wasn't greeted and never asked if I needed help. There was somebody behind the counter talking to a customer, I guess. Another one somewhere behind the counter oblivious that I was even there. Luckily I knew what I was looking for. They weren't wearing masks, and they had this barricade up which made it very difficult to try to checkout. Leaning over the barricades to hand them my purchase wasn't easy. Only reason I stopped in because it was on my way home from work. Will pass by next time I need anything.

Guys behind the counter are absolutely useless. I m pretty sure their expertise is right between power wheels and a lawn mower. I m surprised they even know what a brake pad is to be honest.

I am extremely satisfied with the associate Jay at the Springboro/Franklin store. He was helpful in educating me about installing my headlight as well as picking out a quality headlight with the brightness I wanted! Thanks for helping me out Jay!! And thanks O Reilly Auto Parts for having a quality associate (which is hard to come by, nowadays)!!!! You need more like him!

Shady counter people. Bought a batt. Charger for a friend Cash. But he already found his old one so I went to return the one I bought with receipt. Jay behind counter tried to deny the return with I don't have enough cash in register.($97.21) then pushed towards store credit. Finally was told a employee would have to run to bank could I wait 20 min. I agreed..upon his return granted me the refund. IN ONE DOLLAR BILLS. I don't know why they were so upset with a basic return.

Just left from this store and I didnt catch the lady who was working name but I must say she was the RUDEST most unhelpful person ive come across! I had to borrow a ball joint press tool for $140 and while checking out I had a few questions about the tool and she was so snappy made me feel like she just did not want to be bothered or asked any questions just very rude made me never want to return to this location. I sugguest she get a lot of customer service training which its not very hard to be pleasent to your customers just smile and be kind how hard is it? And im not one to complain or do reviews but I just had to let this be known how rude the lady was so when I go back to return the tool ill ask for her name because the manager needs to address this rude worker

Rip off of a company. A simple part is a special order so you have to pay shipping to the store. Then they don t tell you the wear house charges an extra $5 just to send the part. Be prepared to pay a lot extra.

Always had most parts I needed, hopeing they go the extra mile and look through their inventory. Sometimes parts are hard to find in the aftermarket parts stores! Especially if the web does not provide schematics that will tell you what you need to know to help yourself on social media. Have had experiences where parts take forever to find and some they never do.

Went there about a year or so ago to get rotors turned and came back about a hour latter and they lost them so I had to buy new ones, I went back last week to get another set of rotors turned that didn't really need them but thought if I was doing the breaks I better have them turned they took over 3 hours to have them turned and the guy said they were having "issues" turning them finally they had them done and put them back on the car and they were awful pulsed so bad I had to go back home and take them and buy new ones. Don't waist your time getting anything turned here.

I went to O'Reilly's on Sunday 14th and had asked the gentleman that was working at that time if he could come out and give me an idea if I needed brakes for the back of my cat thus is at the springboro store he was very helpful I was so glad that that store had what I needed in stock I went ahead and bought everything I needed proceeded to head home as I saw jiffy lube was open I stopped there and they were also very helpful as they went ahead and fixed my brakes and rotors so I could still have my car thank you both stores for all of your help

There is a guy who is yhe biggest lier in this location and he is not doing his job.I called early morning for an alternator for my car. And he said they dont have it but he can order for me. I asked how much it costs he said 129.99.I placed my order and went to pick it up that day. When i came he said 30 mints left and it will be here. I came after an hour and when i asked for the alternator, i did not found the same guy and the man who talked to did not placed an order for you . Then they sent me for diffrernt location and i picked it up for 338$ triple the price .These guys are theves and liers at the same time .Also, i begged them to check the battery for me and they said we are busy while there was no body there.I will video them and posted on facebbok .

Terrible. All I wanted was some windshield wippers for my wife's car and all I got was attitude from the sales clerk. I ended up leaving and going to Wallmart and getting what I needed without a hassle.

Went in to drop off some used oil. Clerk was nice. Haven't had a bad experience at any of their locations.

great local auto parts place for things you need in a pinch, and for things you just need. I needed a bolt to fix a stripped out metric bolt on a vacuum pump bracket, and i was able to find what i needed and was out the door in no time.

They will tell you one thing then do another. I've ordered parts to fix my vehicles and they will tell me a certain time to be there and then the part won't be there at the right time. These guys don't know what they are doing unless they look on the computer. They suck! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Go to advanced auto or auto zone

Store was a mess and super disorganized I even knew what I was going in for and had to dig through the selves to find it as it was covered by other filters that didn t belong there.

Went in there today with a problem with the air conditioning in my car! The gentleman was very helpful and resolved my issue right away!!! Highly recommend going here for any auto issues!
