Extremely fast service. Nice people all the way around the building. The service tech even found a monster mouse house in my engine compartment. He cleaned it all out (but didn't find the dang mouse, lol).They also put air in my tires, fixed the warning light. In addition, reset the next oil change reminder to my specifications.Great job, everyone

Got a oil change done Jan 5th, end of January my jeep starts making a ticking sound and check engine light comes on and it s throwing a code for my oil, check it and it s a quart of oil low so not only did they not add all the oil my car needed for oil change but they also put a filter on that was not fitted for my car. While having my fianc� doing another complete oil change to put on correct filter the oil filter access door was completely missing. so same week I go up there to confront them about my issues and they are going to replace my oil filter access door and sending over a incident report to corporate for the oil change. Even after doing a complete new oil change with the correct oil filter my check engine light came back. Hoping and praying this oil change did not ruin my motor!

My first time going here! I went for an oil change and had no idea what I was doing but wow, they were so kind and patient with me!! They explained everything I asked about with great explanations and I was only there for a total of maybe 20 minutes, if that!! I HIGHLY recommend

I had purchased a Groupon not realizing this location did not accept them. The store manager went above and beyond to make sure my frustration did not get ignored. Please give her and her team the biggest shoutout or some type of appreciation for the way they take care of their customers.

I tried my best not to write this review. I really did. I did give them multiple chances to defend themselves and make it right, but in the end they still fell below the standards of expectations.It started off with a routine oil change out of convenience since I had an appointment right next door. They still have you exit the vehicle through a pretty worn down establishment. A little paint can go a long way. On a few different occasions an employee would enter behind the desk and show me things like the cabin air filter and ask some other questions pertaining to my vehicle. One of the last things she asked was if I wanted my coolant topped off for an additional $9.99. I've never had any other businesses ask me that question. They all just top off all levels.The bill came to a total of $144.88 for a synthetic oil change! They backed my car out of the bay because the door wouldn't open. I had to back out of the entrance to leave. When I got into my vehicle the low air pressure light was still on. I immediately went back inside and asked the woman if they were supposed to check my tires and inflate them the to proper psi. She checked with her staff an insisted that it was corrected but would take a little time driving to reset. It never reset as she said. Meanwhile I also noticed that my Change Oil setting wasn't reset either.I called customer service when I got home to express my disappointment and concern of what they missed and what else they might have missed. They sent my information to the district manager Jake, who called me within minutes and explained to me that this shop was missing its manager the last few days due to family issues and that the shop was being run with four new employees they just hired in recent days. He told me to take it back to have his manager look it over and informed me that he would text me the next day to let me know she was there. He did not do so. I asked him through text and he informed me that she was out sick but would definitely be in the following day. So I asked him the following day and low and behold she was not in again. However he said his assistant manager was in and he was well aware of my situation and would be able to help. I arrived less than 30 minutes later and explained my situation and they all looked at me with confusion especially the assistant manager.. However they informed me Jake was inside somewhere and would have him come talk to me.I waited in the lobby and they pulled my vehicle in. Jake then stepped in behind the desk and told me they would go over all of it and correct all the issues. This time they did manage to pull my vehicle out the correct side of the shop into the exit area where Jake went over everything, shook my hand and we parted ways.When I got home, I looked over the receipt one more time and saw they did not vacuum even though they had marked it as completed. I have a very clean vehicle because I generally don't have passengers. So this was an easy task just to clean up the drivers side, you know, where they have now entered and exited eight or more times at least?I remember Jiffy Lube as one of the biggest oil change businesses growing up and its a shame to see them on this level. I should've suspected a problem since on both visits I, was the only customer there.Good luck guys, I hope you can turn it around someday.

DONT RECOMMEND!! Went in for an oil change and they even topped off my coolant or so I thought. Went in on the 22 and now 6 days later my car is leaking antifreeze and had another car tech look at it and my coolant wasn t topped off and has puddles of a blue fish smell coming from underneath. Save your money don t go here!

Came in for a simple fuel filter change, they put a newer guy to do the job. He ended up breaking a sensor, so we had to walk five minutes to get a new part at the store. Got the part replaced and even got reimbursed for it. Mistakes happen but it s all good.

The 3 workers that were there today were polite and so kind. They explained what services my car is due for, how much everything would be upfront and just so delightful. DO NOT go here. I went here for a simple oil change and when I left my I had a major oil leak. I didn t notice a single drop before and I park in the same spot everyday. They refuse to do anything about it and the store manager was extremely rude. Avoid at all cost. No idea how I m fix the oil plug they stripped. Very shady place, crooks.

I really do try my best to not rate 1 star but this place is absolutely terrible. I went to have my brakes fixed (pads and rotors) and they screwed something else up. 5 TRIPS BACK TO JIFFY LUBE and HUNDREDS of dollars and the issue is worse than it was when I first went.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

They got my oil changed and tires rotated pretty fast, but didn't top off my fluids like it said they had on my receipt and had no wiper fluid halfway home. Also started out my visit by trying to deter me from coming there by saying they had computer problems and there could be a wait, which I was okay with, but it got magically fixed in 2 minutes. I consider this place too pricey for the level of service I received.

They did a good job. I got just a simple oil change and they got me in and out in about 20 minutes! I haven't had any problems with my truck, they were very nice and professional. I would definitely trust them to change the oil in my truck again when it needs it :)

After a return visit I will NEVER return to this location. Did not vacuum interior at all, nor did they check tire pressure. Went there before a road trip and had to stop again. Acted like the tire pressure was an afterthought. Nope, serious to me. And over $100 for a synthetic oilchange? Nope!

I've always loved jiffy lube in the past. After this experience I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Refused to take my coupon because I purchased conventional oil. Never been a problem in the past and coupon states it's good for any jiffy lube oil change. I know coupons are dependent on location, so I even checked before I went to this location to make sure the coupon could be used there.

Worst experience of my life!!! Performed the oil change WRONG... almost ruined my car... overcharged me... refused to give me a refund... leaked oil and ruined my garage... Shame on you Jiffy Lube. My recommendation: go literally anywhere else!! I'm pretty sure with zero experience I could have done a better job changing my oil. What a joke of a business.Service: Oil change

I had four tires installed Saturday 9/19/20. Front pass tire flat the next morning. Went to Jiffy Lube and they told me there was no one there to look at it and to come back. -- Owners response is to get in touch with them. Is it my job to do that? I came in with a Groupon for $47 that included an oil change, tire rotation and glass treatment. But they didn t do the glass treatment and they used the more expensive oil without telling me and then charged me another $47 on top of it! I won t ever go there again. They were also very clearly annoyed with me using a Groupon. They were unprofessional and I won t ever go there again.Service: Oil change

Showed up for an oil change right when they opened. Was in and out in about 20 minutes. Never have had a problem with Jiffy Lube. Quality and value all in one. Also, be sure to check for coupons! I got $10 off my oil change. Recommended.
