Changed rear shocks in 30 minutes, service was fast and friendly. Never have an issue with this location, I only use them to service my vehicle and am extremely impressed by their professionalism. They were able to squeeze me in the very next day. When I had a flat tire, they took me in right away near closing time after I called 4 other places who said they were too busy. Really grateful for these auto mechanics.

STAY FAR AWAY! Called before arrival and was assured they could handle the job by RYAN WOODIE. I took my wheels down to have tires swapped. They called and said good to go. Get home and go to put my wheel on and this what I see. i call them back and he blames me for damage. Then he assumes blame after seeing damage in person. Even have written proof from him. Still till this day I'm left with a damaged wheel and nothing done by this trash management and store.

Excellent service. They did great work and got my car back in less than 24 hours. They were also in great contact with me every step of the way. Price point might be seen as a little high, but they make up for it in service. I will be back (hopefully I don t have to be!).Would absolutely recommend.

Eddie was super nice and professional. They were honest, and told me my brakes didn't need replaced yet, when they could have lied and taken my money. They also told me about something that WILL need fixed in the near future, so I can get it fixed before it becomes a problem. Great group of guys!!

I had a 600 mile trip ahead of me and a nail in my tire. Ryan ordered new Pirellis for me; they arrived early Monday morning and the shop had me safely on the road by 1 PM; including an oil change and front and rear alignment. Excellent service!

I've gone to Grismer in Springboro for many years now. Never once have I felt pushed to anything unnecessary. I called with a question on my car recently and they were concerned for my safety and got me in immediately. In no time I was back on the road and safe after my appointment. One of several reasons I continue to go back to them.

We took my wife's SUV in for a check engine light and general sluggishness. The guys at Grismer discovered that the issue was covered under our warranty and asked us if we'd prefer to take it to the dealer, saving us quite a lot of money. The technicians are knowledgeable and the service writers are honest. I won't take our cars anywhere else.

Compared pricing. Was cheaper also being close to home. Front desk people have good customer service. Had previous tire purchases their which allowed me the free tire rotation and qualified me for a few oil changes for free.

This place is a bunch of scam artists, my grandmother has brought her vehicle for her last 3 oil changes and everytime they tell her that a critical component (shocks, struts, etc.) Is needing replaced asap and there's never anything wrong. This business takes advantage of elderly women who aren't knowledgeable about their vehicle, these people are the lowest of the low and I advise anyone not to bring their vehicles here and go to Pro Automotive in Springboro instead I've always had great service there

Great service and even better people. If you are ever near the Springboro location ask for Mark. He will take care of all your car needs in a timely and personable manner. Will not be taking my jeep anywhere else.

I live alone and I m 84 years old. When my cars battery died in my garage, I wasn t sure what to do. I called Grismer s and talked to Ryan and he was very helpful. He called a tow truck which got here in an hour and took the car to the garage. this all happened about 1 o clock in the afternoon and by 4 o clock my car was fixed .

Not only did their repairs cause my transmission to go out, but the charged 4x for the most expensive parts I could find online. 2800.00 for a wheel bearing and axel shaft. Been going there for years, but no more!

These guys are good. Ran over a hex bolt, called them. They said come on in. Luckily I made it 20 minutes with no air loss. 30 minutes later it was fixed. Free because I had bought my tires with the protection. No other place you ll ever need to go. I m not one to typically leave reviews, but this experience deserves it.

We love Springboro Grismer! I take my car to them every year for services and just yesterday after a surprise bolt in my tire, they got me fixed up super quick (with two impatient kids too!) Always recommend them!

Grismer has done many car repairs for us over the years .they have been very professional and never ever have we had any problems with them. I appreciate Grismer a great deal and will continue to use them until I no longer need anyone for anything. Thank you Grismer for what you ve done for my family and I.

although my first time frequenting grismer, ryan & his team gave me the vip treatment - i suspect its really the brand s ingrained nature - i was impressed by the hospitality, professionalism, transparency, and expertise - the store s cleanliness was second-to-none its location was also noteworthy - thx for a terrific first but not last impression!

Needed a tire patched and showed up on a Saturday without an appointment. They got it done in less than 45 minutes and I was on my way. Front people were very nice and personable. Would definitely recommend!

Only have one complaint, and it's a big one when it comes to being transparent with your customer.I ordered 4 tires, was bever asked if I wanted Road Hazard, and wasn't shown the receipt or told what the total was for services provided. Only reason I found out about the price, and road Hazard was because I asked before checking out. The guy had my card and was just going to check me out without telling me they threw road Hazard on automatically (it doesn't do so when ordering online)Other than that, the new tires are great and the alignment was done to perfection.

They listened to my car problems. They could not find a problem until as I told them to drive the car up to 65 mph then apply the brakes. The car started to shimmy and shake. After returning to the garage they called me to tell me they knew what the problem was, and they fixed it.John C Conger

8/30/23 - take this review for what is worth to you - I booked a brake check online for a used Hyundai Santa Fe we had just purchased - Online it said the brake check was free for most vehicles .I figured a Hyundai Santa Fe fit into the category of most vehicles My wife took the vehicle in and was told by the original helper that the brake check was complimentary .When she left - after being talked into an alignment ($109) - she paid and came home At this point I looked at the bill and noticed a $75 charge for used car check (side note - they did NOT include the results of the alignment check in the packet from the visit - I was hoping to see how bad the alignment was before correction)The manager had, apparently, added the charge because the brake check was for the used car we had just purchased. FYI - We planned to add it to the vehicles we bring to them for regular maintenance services I believe, since the vehicle had not been serviced by them before - he decided he would charge us for the brake check even though he would be receiving future maintenance revenues.I called and talked to the manager about it. He offered a $35 discount off the $75 charge BUTmy wife had to go back in and talk to them about it.I disagree with how they handled this and they have lost a customer because of it.

I called and spoke with an employee about a possible slow leak in my passenger side front tire. They got me in right away. I had errands to run so I dropped the car off and left with my wife. I told them I was in no rush for the repair. They gave me a call and said it was all done. They were able to plug the tire. Excellent service and everyone there was very nice.
