I am from Fort Wayne, IN. I was visiting a friend (that lived across the street from your shop in Springboro) for the weekend. When I started my Infinity car up that Sunday morning it would not start. Jake and Chris was awesome trying to figure out the problem. They went above and beyond to get me home. I was able to leave Thursday morning to go home. After I parked my car at home it would not start again after i started it up. I had to have it towed and looked at. The starter relay had a hole in it and I had to have it replaced. I was without my car all week. Your staff was really great and kept me updated on what was going on. Thank you.

Tyler and the team at the Springboro location did a wonderful job on my Audi A3. They replaced my old engine with a new one and also got me a new steering track and rods. The work was completed in a timely fashion as well. Car is running the best it has since purchasing it. I feel like Jeff Gordon out here on these streets! Can t say enough great things about Foreign Exchange. I recently had a transmission service done on my 2015 M4 through them and everything went as smooth as it could. The car was done exactly when it was said it would be, the price was exactly as quoted, and the customer service was above and beyond. There s no doubt in my mind that any issues I ever have with any of my vehicles will be resolved at this establishment. Had an awesome experience with Foreign Exchange. The new Springboro location is very nice and the staff was super easy to work with. I ve used their other locations in the past as well and always appreciate the high level of service they provide at a fraction of the cost of the dealerships. I will definitely be back next time any of my cars need service!

Foreign Exchange automotive recently did a job on my car. Without question, they did an amazing job. I was traveling and had a mechanical issue (starter). This establishment was willing to assist my situation and fix my car within 24 hours of calling them (other places said they were booked weeks out). Additionally, the manager, Tyler, was very professional and made time to attend to my car, given my circumstances of being from out of state and in transit. They even gave me a ride to my hotel for free and they usually have loaners during your car service. I highly recommend this establishment and to trust them to repair your car efficiently and in a timely manner. The price was reasonable as well considering the car is foreign. Thank you Foreign Exchange for all your help and getting me on my way in no time. You went above and beyond and I am very appreciative for it.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We have a vehicle that needed airbag repaired to be street worthy. They took great care of us and did it right with putting on all the right parts instead of aftermarket junk. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and knowledgeable staff that take pride in their work.

Everyone at Foreign Exchange is very helpful when I bring in my Audi. They provide great great service, and are more affordable compared to the dealer. This was my first time using Foreign Exchange and after this experience, I only want to bring my car here. After my only car broke down, I needed it repaired quickly. After towing it to Foreign Exchange, they did a thorough assessment and let me know what was wrong within a couple hours. Robby kept in frequent communication to update me, explaining everything in detail, and asking permission before doing I anything. The first price they quoted me was the price I ended up paying. They had everything fixed and ready for me to pick up the next day. Robby even followed up the next day to make sure everything went well and the car was still working. Good for service when needed, they get you in for an appointment quickly. Seems there is always additional work they find needs to be done. Expect to pay $250 and end up closer to $600. Without asking, topped off window wash fluid for nearly $6.00 when I can buy a huge gallon jug for $3.00. Don t like it when actions are taken without asking. Asked about a trunk closing issue and was told it would be $148 just to check. I think I need to find a different service center to maintain my three foreign cars. I won t pay what I consider excessive costs for simple, general servicing.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Oil change

I m a faithful customer at the Moraine location of Foreign Exchange, but couldn t get a quick appointment there so I traveled to the Springboro location. It was wonderful to experience the same terrific level of service: courteous and knowledgeable staff, clean and tidy facility, and dependable work. Most importantly the staff at both locations provide honest assessments of what needs to be done. I never go anywhere else for service.Service: Oil change

The driver side window of our Land Rover discovery literally snapped and fell into the door Foreign exchange was able to, within 36 hours, order the parts necessary, have the parts installed and have us on our way for spring break! Foreign Exchange is very proficient and honest with the work they perform. I have been very pleased with their service department. One particular example is the liftgate on my Mercedes ML350 has never worked well. It finally stopped working. Foreign Exchange simply reset it electronically whereas the dealership wanted $850. Came to Foreign Exchange for repairs and maintenance after losing confidence in a shop that had previously worked on my car for quite a while. The problem was diagnosed quickly, and the work was accomplished on the timeline they promised. Staff and techs are knowledgeable and friendly. The shop and reception area is immaculate. I scheduled an appointment for service and on that day the shop had prolonged floor repair. No problem! They took my vehicle to another of their shops, took me home, did the service on my vehicle, and picked me up when finished. This is real customer service! Just want to say I will miss all my friends that I worked with there. You guys made work fun. Love you all. Best team ever.
