I had an issue with my car and they got me in the next morning AND fixed my car in under an hour! They were so kind and educational as well. I feel like some car repair places don t take the time to truly help customers understand the mechanical issues as they are fixing their car, and Kameron was super helpful to me! Kameron gave me piece of mind when looking at my car and I won t be going anywhere else from now on

I had my entire exhaust system replaced elsewhere, but it was still really loud. Big Al's told me that 'elsewhere' had bent something and the only way to fix it was to replace the entire system, so I did for almost $1100. When I picked it up, it was just as loud as it had been! I took it back and they did something and it wasn't as loud, but it still isn't as quiet as it should be. I also had the entire suspension replaced because it was bottoming out for almost $1800. Without the noise of the exhaust it was very apparent there was a loud rattling noise in the back over every bump, even small ones. So back I went, I can't remember, I think it might have been 3 times. They did check out the muffler and made sure it was stable. They continued to try to convince me it was the hatchback, or bumper. I kept telling them that it never made any noise, until they repaired everything, so it had to be something they did. They kept saying it wasn't. I finally got some of my car nerds to assess it. Turns out it was caused by the top part of the shock 'cover' hitting the bottom part of the shock. I considered going back to Big Al's and arguing it out with them, but who knows what more they would screw up and not own up to and I was already out $3000 and about 5 or so trips. I went elsewhere, had the correct shocks put on and Eureka! no more noise. They seem to be nice guys, but if they cannot believe a customer enough to stick with a repair until it is done right, I cannot recommend them.

Came here on a recommendation and was very impressed by their customer service skills. Everyone here is always kind and explains everything in detail. This is now my go to place for all car work! This shop is great. My last visit I had a flex pipe for my exhaust replaced. Nathan found the part and made it work. He also called to tell me that the catalytic converter I had replaced less than a year ago had the inside melted. The converter was replaced by Kia of Beavercreek whom I will NEVER use again. He kept me aware of the repair, how long it may take and what the accurate quote for cost would be. Will definitely be taking my car back to this shop for repairs.Service: Exhaust

Had my brakes done there and they are worse now then it was. Went back twice and they try to argue with me saying I need back drums n hardware n pads. Which I had put new on in 2019. Would not recommend them. The least he could of done was give my money back so I could go else where to get my brakes fixed the right way.Service: Brake service & repairService: Brake service & repair

I've known Nathan since I was 15 working an O.W.E. program from school. I just had him put an exhaust on and it looks and sounds great! I appreciate the service and it was fast too.

Squeezed me in with no warning on a Saturday morning. Checked my brakes, only fixed what I needed vs what the dealer service said I needed. Price was so reasonable I almost left a tip. This is a little bit more of a drive than my usual place but still closer than the dealership and a WAY better experience. Go now!

These folks have helped me multiple times with multiple vehicles. Always honest, friendly, and reliable. I have never felt taken advantage of, and they have always told me their honest opinions to keep our vehicles safe and road worthy. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I highly recommend!

Great staff. Remembers us by name. They have always been better than fair on prices. They don't try to sell you something you don't need. We take all our vehicles for all work we need. My in-laws go there also and always feel like they are treat fair.

Was referred to Big Al's by a dealer service department for what they said would be excellent work and fair prices. They hit the mark right on. The price was fair, the work was excellent and prompt. I'll definitely go to Big Al's again when ever I need their type of maintenance

I went today to get an oil change and i was in and out fast....I am extremely satisfied with the knowledge and customer service you get from this place. The manager Cody was impressive and did extra stuff to my car with no charge! They really do treat you like family here! I will not go to another place to service my vehicle after the great experience i had there today!

Even when super busy they always take the time to make you feel like family. This shop is one of a kind. I have trusted them to work on classic cars to new vehicles and Nathan and the gang have never let me down. Highly, highly recommend

Awsome service, my catalytic converter got stolen from my 28 foot motor home. They were able to get me in the next day and complete the repair in one day. Thank you for saving our 4th of July vacation.

I was referred to this location. Excellent service and opinions. This place was visibly busy and I was still given an honest estimate in less than an hour. This place is honest, straightforward and all about communicating with the customer. Cody was a huge help and a straightforward negotiator.

I had brake pads put on in July at Al's, and the price was good. They were very nice, and I was told by another shop that I needed ne brake pads again, the other wenday. I went back to Al's and they replaced the pads at no charge. I would highly recommend Al's for anything you need done with your car.

We took our truck here to get work done that we thought needed to be done BUT it didn t need any work. They are very honest. They could ve said that something was wrong with the truck and made me pay. I highly recommended this shop to anyone!

I have been using Big Al's since moving to the Springboro area about three years ago. All our oil changes for our three cars/trucks are done here, installed a flowmaster exhaust on my truck, struts and brakes on our suv, and more. Work has been satisfactory, friendly people, communicate well, pricing is fair. Cody is especially helpful and attentive. If they can't do a repair, they will refer you to someone who has more expertise. Would recommend to anyone.

Took my jetta there from the start. They stand behind their work 100%. They fixed the rigged up exhaust that the previous owner put on it. A couple months later a weld broke. They fixed it, told me it wasn't even a weld that they did in the first place but took care of it regardless. Went in again today and even though they were busy had me out in 20 minutes.5/5 no doubt about it. Won't go anywhere else from now on.

On my way from Detroit to North Georgia, the 65 Chrysler I was driving developed a failure with an idler arm. The manager, Cody, took the time to fit me into their already hectic schedule, found the needed part and got it installed for a very reasonable price. True professional!
