GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Horrible experience, misrepresentation of parts, no return policy, and even worse customer service. Owner is one of the rudest business owners I have ever dealt with. If I could give them zero stars that would suit them better.

Since finding out about Reusch Diesel, All of my trucks needs have been done there! Schaefer synthetic Oil changes, new exhaust system, new heavy duty brakes all around! I met the Reusch team at the piston power show last year and was impressed with their knowledge. When my truck developed a knocking noise I immediately took it there. They were prompt and thorough with diagnosis and communication. I ultimately needed a new engine. They prepared several quotes for different options. Obviously it was a big investment, and they were very helpful in the decision making process. The quality of the work was excellent and my truck runs amazing! The team treated me with respect, not the just another repair job mentality. I would definitely go back for future needs and highly recommend. They take pride in their work and do not cut corners.

Best shop I have ever used. After spending over $750.00 at another shop to fix my transmission from overheating and the problem was not solved, I called Reusch and was treated great on the phone and the scheduled me in that week. They not only diagnosed the issue right away, they gave me 3 different options for correcting the issue. Top notch techs and great office staff. The even contacted me after I pick up the truck to check and see if I was happy with the fix and making sure it was running at temp. I will only have Reusch work on my truck in the future.

I ve known Justina for years now and when I had my 96 dodge she was always willing to share information about it and recommend upgrades. They are the only ones I trust with my trucks and the quality of service is great. Great communication and quick to call back. I highly recommend them!

Very friendly and honest people! Our construction company has been taking our trucks here for years and have never had any issues. Always quick service.I recently bought a truck through a small dealer in the Cleveland area and Reusch was able to find out that the engine was "band-aided" to act normal even though it needed replaced. Reusch went above and beyond to help me figure out what needed to be done with the truck as well as advise me with actions to take with the dealer I bought the truck from. A+ shop.

My truck broke down on a Saturday, I called them when they were closed and they answered. I was in such a pinch and needed to get the truck into a shop as soon as possible. They assured me they could get right on it. After having the truck towed there, they were very quick with getting the truck in, diagnosed, and getting me a solution at a realistic price. The service writer is extremely professional, forward, and courteous. Needless to say they got my truck running and I cannot be happier. To show how they go above and beyond, I bought my truck a year ago, it has keyless entry system, but ford wanted $200 just to hook a computer up and tell me what my door code was, I mentioned this to them, and they plugged into the truck and told me what the code was. THEY DID THIS AT NO CHARGE TO ME!! Cannot thank Reusch Diesel enough for their services. They have truly gone above and beyond, and earned my business for a long time to come. Thanks Reusch :)

I dropped my 07 Dodge Ram 2500 (5.9) off for engine light diagnostic and a general inspection of the vehicle. They kept me posted with every issue they found along with repair prices throughout the entire process. They even sent me pictures of issues they found. They were upfront and honest with me through the entire repair and I will definitely be going back in the future for general maintenance and any further repairs I will need. I have had my custom 6.0 4x4 van there on multiple times over a few years for big jobs, injectors, electrical issues, EGR, front end, and many others. Everytime they are able to get my vehicle in and Diagnosed right away. I have never had to return my vehicle for a job that wasn't done right, or to my satisfaction. I'll break it down like this, #1Mechanical ability, 5 stars, Justina and Josh, Reusch really know their diesels, they are the best around, period. #2 Lead time.5 stars. I have had some really big jobs that have required "out of the box thinking" and I'm always amazed at how fast they get it done and back to me. Less than half of the time other shops that I've had the unfortunate experiences with... #3 Communication! 5 stars, one of the most overlooked part of a great shop is communication, and Reusch did not drop the ball! Jolene is right on it with job timeline, quotes, and ANY questions one might have with your vehicle. #4 overall experience in the shop. 5 stars, they welcome you as family and even have parties around the holidays and invite all their customers! Such a wonderful place! I would give Reusch 10 stars if I could they are that great, but I can only give an in depth breakdown of my wonderful experiences. I tell everyone I know about Reusch, and how great they are, because they are a wonderful business that this community deserves! Thank you very much . Jeremy.

Not only do my husband and I have complete confidence in their work, but they also are such a pleasure to deal with. They have always been on time and priced fairly. Their communication is excellent when diagnosing any issues and their professionalism and kindness really shines through when they inquire about issues and the response they get from me is, "I don't know, it just sounds funny". Very happy customer here, truck is running great - they were able to squeeze me in and get the repairs done within the estimated time. I appreciated their honest opinion regarding additional repairs as well. This is a solid diesel shop, definitely will be coming back with any future work. Highly recommended.

Been a customer for years with my 01 Dodge. When they made repairs it lasts and use good parts on my truck. No cheap stuff that fails early. Price really fair for the quality of work. It's hard to find a good privately owned shop and they are legit.

Have always had outstanding work done by this shop. Josh is an outstanding mechanic that has years of experience with all makes and models. Fairly priced and always looking out for the customers best interest! Customer service is top notch and the front of the house is run by an extremely friendly secretary!

We suddenly lost power while pulling an RV with my 2006 RAM Cummins when we were about 100 miles away. Limped into Reusch Diesel based on a recommendation from a family member. The service was fantastic, the communication was the best I ve ever experienced, and work was done to perfection. We pulled the RV back to Texas without another problem. This place is beyond wonderful! Over the winter last year our diesel started to act up next thing you know it s leaking oil from god knows where! We take it to Reusch and they beyond helped us! Jolene is WONDERFUL! Really Gives pride in what she does, and things like this made up return! Just went back as we were having some diesel leaking. They fixed it And a oil change within 2 hours! Beyond mind boggling! Reusch will be my go to for any and every diesel I buy! Thanks for the great work guys! Keep it up!Services: Transmission, Oil change

The hardest thing about owning any vehicle is finding a honest shop that won't rip you off or blow smoke up your... well, you know. Look no further! QUALITY. Reusch Diesel does a phenomenal job of taking care of any and all needs from preventative maintenance to aftermarket upgrades. I ve taken many trucks to them in the past and they never disappoint. Extremely helpful staff and they get the job done in a timely fashion! I recommend them every day to friends, family, and strangers alike.

We had almost lost hope for our favorite truck after several years of big problems, sadly considered selling it but Reusch Diesel got it running better than ever! Now we plan on keeping it forever to pass down to the kids & grandkids as a treasured family heirloom. We only wish Reusch did body work too lol. Their staff made us feel welcome like good friends from the start. Great people, great skill! Bonus fun dogs & farmland scenery.

If you want the best diesel mechanics in the area to work on your truck, you gotta go to Reusch Diesel. They replaced a blown motor in my truck with a new create motor in less than a wee. Excellent customer service and you can't go wrong with these fine folks.

Gave us an estimate for 800,00. Bill came out to 1800.00 to replace fuel filters, rear fuel add on fuel pump and new fuel line.. Both ends of the fuel line compression fittings leaked. We had to fixed it ourselves after leaving the shop and all filters had just been replaced last year according to owner of the vehicle. Very poor customer service. Definitely do your research before doing business here.

The staff fit me in to get our truck back on the road in a pinch after a damaged hot side charge pipe caused a boost loss. Great communication and speedy response time. Very professional and great all around service.

Well I would love to thank the crew at Reusch Diesel for the help. We were driving home from vacation. We stopped for the night in Wytheville Va. Packed the truck up and to my dismay my truck would not start. Called them and they gave me some steps to make sure it wasn t a fuse. Well not the fuse. They put us in contact with a company down in Virginia. Had it towed there. He had it done by 4:30.Found out a relay had corroded.We are about to head out soon.

I have not been to a buisness with this much professionalism and helpfulness in a long time. The fact that they had my truck for a week and didn't do any work before they made contact to me and made verbal confirmation, with what it would cost, so that I knew exactly what was going on. They did not just do the work and I walk in at the end to a $7000 bill. They step by step walked through it all, by repair and by cost, to ensure I knew everything I needed and didn't need but may over time. The buisness ethics that are portrayed by this place are above reproach. From the receptionist to the mechanics coming out front to have person conversations with me about things. Speaking to me in human terms, not over my head. Everything about this place is professional at all time. Also, the company hands out advertising gear, hats and cups with their name on it, just for you using their company. I have recommended and will push everyone I know with an oil burner to use this place. No matter if it is from here in Ohio, or any other state. I will make the drive to continue to use this place no matter where I live, just because of the way they have treated me and my family. JOLENE, JOLENE, JOLENE Let me start off by saying OUTSTANDING service from Reusch diesel. I was searching for a coupler which was a odd size, i called everywhere and no one could get it. I reached out to Reusch diesel and spoke to a fantastic women (Jolene) not only was Jolene very friendly but very professional. I told her i what i needed and the time crunch plus i live in michigan so i needed the item in 2 days for a truck to get out. Jolene went up and beyond more then any shop i called to trace down the part and have it shipped to me in the short time frame i needed. Never have i had someone go up and beyond like this for a part and this was just for a silicone coupler.... this goes to show what kind of business they run and if you need anything please contact Jolene and she will make it happen and if your local to them you better take your business there. THANK YOU JOLENE!!!

I took my Chevy 3500 to Reusch Diesel 2 separate occasions. For maintenance, and some repairs.service was prompt, completed on time, and exactly as quoted. The shop also caries the full line of quality Schaffer s oil . I highly recommend Reusch Diesel to anyone looking for a fair full service truck shop.

Everyone was extremely friendly and the technician did an awesome job servicing my truck. He also pointed out that I m going to some repairs at my next service that I wasn t aware of. I would highly recommend them!
