Spent 815.00 on new Michelin tires for my Buick. Had to wait 3 weeks for my alignment.9 am appointment. 6 hours later they finally got it done. Only to find big oily footprints on my floormats and carpet. The manager said "dude, we were really busy " Too cheap to use paper mats on customer's cars. I called the owner and he did offer to pay for getting my interior cleaned. They have lost my business from now on. I would not recommend Holmes tire in Spencer, Ohio. No Respect for customers vehicles!!

Holmes tire broke my car s control arm.I m 17, so I went in with my mom for a simple reason. I had a leak in my tire and I needed it plugged. My family has been going there for years with no issues until a few days ago. NOTHING was wrong with my car besides a leak in my tire. We get done with the service, pay, and leave. Immediately after leaving, my mom and I notice a very loud rumbling noise from the front end of my car. It was so noticeable we immediately turned around and went back. They pretty much told us it was our fault, and they did nothing wrong. Luckily, my dad is a welder and was able to find a clear break right through my control arm. No rust, this break was brand new. My parents went up there AGAIN the next day to politely ask for them to just make it right & fix it. They said absolutely not. Keep in mind, my car was PERFECTLY fine before taking it to Holmes Tire. Safe to say myself and everyone I know will never be visiting again.

I wasn't taken care of as fast as they were able to. They had my new tires on very quickly. Price was great. My car drives and rides way better now.

They weren't very attentive to my needs. I was left hanging for a week didn't hear back, I called them back a week later only to be told they couldn't handle my tractor tire work. They could have said that initially and I would have been be good with that.

I was heading south on 301, returning to southern Indiana.(about a 5 hour drive) My low tire pressure light came on as I entered Spencer. I pulled into Holmes tire and asked if they would check the tire pressure. They were so kind and polite. They checked all 4 tires and aired the low tire. I appreciate their generosity and kindness.

All in all great place to go they really do care about your vehicle. Went there for new tires and they rebalenced the wheels and cleaned stuff out from underneath with no upcharge at all. Definitely a place to go if you business to some really good people. I'd give 6 out of 5 but 5 is as much as Google let's me give.

Always helpful and friendly. Got our tires in one day. After we had appointment at Walmart tire center and sat there waiting on worker who called off.

Honest, fair priced, and knowledgeable. You cannot ask for more from any auto repair shop. They have worked on 3 of my vehicles over the last 6 months and continue to surprise me with great service and such a small bill.

I took my car in for front and rear brakes. They called me telling me I still had enough life left on the front and asked if I wanted to hold off. Most places will just take the money and do the work, they took the time to offer to do less work and take less of my money, in exchange for making sure I was satisfied.

Excellent prices; Professional, Polite, Awesome staff! Quoted price best all around- I think even if it was higher than their competitors (it's way,way lower) I would & will continue doing business withem- Those guys Customer Service approach has been by far the best I have encountered in years!!

Had my tire valve stems repaired here on all 4 tires. They haven't leaked in over 3 weeks now and my tire pressure is excellent in all 4 tires. Neither Wal-Mart or Pat O'Brien Chevy could fix the problem. I will buy all my future tires and have all necessary tire repair done by Spencer Tire in the future!

Good place to get tires...got tires for my skidloader today they had me in an out in no time ,good friendly people seem to hard working folks in this place an the good thing is they have excellent prices I shopped around an they was the best priced I could find....will definitely be giving them more business in the future..

Walked in on a Saturday morning and needed to have a tire plugged. $8.00 and 15 minutes later I was on my way home. Great place
