Unbelievably poor customer service and communication. I called on Friday 1/27/23 interested in a used trailer. Justin gave me the gate code to come and see the trailer the next day (Saturday) when the business was closed. I asked Justin if I liked the trailer and wanted to make a deal, if I could call him on Monday to work something out and he told me yes. On the following Monday morning 1/30/23 I called and offered a price, he ran it by the owner Leah and when he called me back he told me they were firm. I told him that I needed to talk it over with my husband but I was interested. Justin said I could think about it and call him back. I told him I would call him back within 24 hours. The next morning, 1/31/23 I called to talk to Justin and he was busy, so I talked to Leah and told her I wanted the trailer and asked her if I could make an appointment to pick it up the following Saturday. Leah told me she would let Justin know and that he would call me. Justin called me back to tell me that he had accepted a deposit at 4pm the day prior (the day he told me to think it over and call him back) on the trailer I wanted. I was in absolute shock, as Justin never once offered for me to put a deposit down even though he knew I was very interested. Lakota did not hold up to their end of a deal and I am extremely disappointed. Instead of selling the trailer to me, the original person, they are selling it out from under me. I had planned to buy a new Lakota in a few years but I will never ever do business with them.

We purchased our Lakota from Lakota of Ohio at Congress 2019. We have had a few hitches along the way but Leah and her sales/service at Lakota of Ohio has always taking care of us. We appreciate them all and would highly recommend buying a trailer from Lakota Of Ohio!!!!

They have been absolutely amazing to deal with. I have been a horrible customer and have pestered them non stop for paperwork needed to get my registration complete in Louisiana and leah has been so very helpful. Trailer has several minor things that have needed repairs and my local dealer is still working on that but I can't wait to get it home, I may sleep in it in my driveway!

The service department saved the day! We were traveling through and our travel trailer had a smoking brake. Luckily it happened on the interstate right at the exit for Lakota. They were short-staffed but still got us in and replaced the brake assembly. Thank you Lakota for helping us out!

My wife and I bought 2 trailers here within a week. We needed modifications done to both trailers and they were done flawlessly. The sales department and the guys in the shop have been immensely helpful, even with calls made to ask questions on things we forgot to ask or forgot what we were told. The 4 horse trailer is wonderful and the 3 horse with living quarters pulls like it isn't even there.So far we could not be happier with the service.

Absolutely LOVE Shawn's work (service department). Even AFTER my trailer is out of warranty, I'm taking it to Shawn for ALL MAINTENANCE!! He truly FIXES things (& he does very DETAIL-ORIENTED work...which is important to me)...only "down" side...it takes awhile to get in @ this time of year (Sept), because EVERYONE loves his work!!!#ImaBeTakinALLmyTrailers&MyTruckCamperToShawn!!!

Very happy with the service I received here while buying my used Lakota trailer Justin was very patient knowledgeable and helpful with every question I had could not have thought of any better place to buy a trailer from even after I got the trailer home found one small problem without hesitation they took care of it right away a plus service

They had a very nice show room. A lot of trailers to pick from. Everyone is nice there. I enjoyed the free coffee and looking at there products and what they had to offer.
