This establishment was very friendly, very helpful, not overly pushy like most car sales establishments can be. They worked with us to get the best car for what we were looking for and also searched for any extra deals that we qualified for. Overall a good car buying experience.

My experience was amazing. Thank you Tony, Mike, Joey, and Avery and everyone at MyTown whom helped in this process in getting me in a vehicle and listening to my concerns. I'm rolling in a Cadillac Escalade thanks to you all!!I'll be back in 6-8 months for another vehicle!

I left that day with the promise of the donut on the car being replaced within a week in the car being detailed it took me six Weeks to get an actual wheel and that required me doing quite a bit of fussing almost 2 months later I still haven t gotten my car detailed and I m currently trying to get the car tagged but they haven t transferred The title and the temporary tag expires tomorrow.

Honestly, I got something different than what I went in for. Although, it's different I was open to all options and I had such a great experience here. I wanted a nice vehicle, AND I GOT AN EVEEN BETTER VEHICLE THAN WHAT I EXPECTED! Ed, Avery, Nelson, and all the others who spoke with us. It showed me WE WERE SEEN AND THEY KNEW WE WERE THERE. They worked with my budget and I honestly couldn't be happier in this moment.

Avery is the man! He went above and beyond to answer any questions I had! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Something minor happened to the vehicle and he made sure it was fixed within 2 hours of the call! I definitely recommend this place to anyone and when you go make sure u ask for Avery!

Sold me a car priced over phone for 1 price raised it anextra thousand had check engine light on and tire pressure sensor they said they would fix gave me run around for first week I took and dropped it off they have now had it for 2 weeks never call me back or give updates how they can operate a business like this is beyond me my first car payment is in a week have had nothing but problems with car they didn't tell me it was wrecked or was over heating or had a miss in it when I bought all they let me do was drive it around the lot still 2 weeks at there shop no car I'm giving them today and I'm contacting attorney General office and better business burea Noone should be allowed to operate a business like this bought on Friday took back that Monday they did nothing contacting bank to stop deal said I had to go through them when. I called them to cancel deal they said manager would call me never received call from Manager or anyone else

These guys, Avery, Joey, and Jaylen worked with my daughter and I to get her a car with a payment she could afford and a super nice Kia Sportage AWD. We went back the next day and I traded in my car for a newer Ford Escape. I would highly recommend going here to look at a vehicle. They are very personal and will get you in your car!

If I could give 0 stars and write a review I would this place is a joke lead me to believe the sales manager gave the good to go on financing knew I was driving an hour and a half away had all information and applications completed was supposed to be a sign and drive got there said they thought I had a trade in when a trade was never discussed any time within application process until going in said it was a communication issue added a co-applicant to waste more time to be told no again. Even was lied to about them giving me a gas card for coming in after they lied about everything else think they could at least held up their word on something.

I bought a 17 Subaru all wheel drive from these wonderful people and they are good and keep their word and have beautiful automobiles and if you want one they will do all they can to make it happen.

You never know what your are going to get from this place, they get so many vehicles from auctions & at times are lucky they get the vehicles back safely. That is what you get with these people though, non certified, as is vehicles bound for problems. Waste of money & time.

Advertising a car and I quote we are selling this car for $1,000 today I called talked to Brian smith he said let me call you right back. Called me on his cell phone and said come on over I m setting in the car right now and I said it s only $1,000 he said that s down payment if you qualify for the loan. Poor business plan. Then he bragged he lived in a $480,000 house.

I just wanted to say I was so leary an nervous about going an getting a new vehicle that's a big step with a price an when I tell you tony Murphy had talked me right into it an the people there made me an my mom an toddler so comfortable an I was so happy when I left with my brand new suv an I wanted to say thank you Tony Murphy if it had not been for you I would of never came also thank you to everyone at my hometown truck an r v for helping your gurl out definitely 5 stars

Terrible, terrible customer service and business. Tried to sale me this car with zip ties holding on the bumper and said the deal was final before I even drove it off the lot! Called the bank and they said it wasn t even final. RUN!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. This place needs shut down!

Be very careful buying from here. DO NOT get the warranty if you do, they will not honor it. If you post this review on their Facebook they will block you as well.

Not going to buy any more vehicles from you I bought a 2019 Ford focus you all would not stand behind fixing it it was a lemon vehicle so I lost it to repo and now I have a bad record
