My experience with Glockner was wonderful. Mr. Stradwick picked up my car from my home and returned it the same day. The recalls were completed at no cost. I would recommend the service to anyone.

Glockner Ford in South Point exceeded my service expectations. They diagnosed an issue with my F150 engine and was able to repair same day. They quoted around 5 hours for the work and completed early. Katelyn (I hope I got the name correct) was hands down the best service representative that I have had the pleasure of dealing with in the last 10 years. She kept me up to date, provided water and was so polite. She also listened to my concerns regarding recalls that previous dealerships would not entertain and spoke with technicians to handle the issue. Absolutely the best Ford service experience I have had. I will return for any of my service needs and hope that I have the opportunity to interact with her again. While I know she did not perform the actual service she nailed the customer service portion and often times that is more important than the actual job. Kudos to Katelyn for making my experience great because no one really wants to sit in a service department for six hours but thanks to her, it wasn t that bad.Service: Auto engine tuning

This is not a place to take Ford cars for repairs. Do not go here to this shop. I took my car in for a computer replacement only. They advised they had to do a diagnostic and then lied and said another part was causing the problem. Tricked me into paying almost 700.00 then when I pulled off the lot my car broke down in traffic. They towed my car back to the shop then proceeded to call me and quote me to fix my computer! The manager when I called him out on what they were up to ended up threatening to keep my car and not give it back. I had to pay another 100.00 for another tow and my car is in my driveway broke down due to needing a computer. 900.00 later . I also feel the need to say on my first call when I told the mechanic what I needed done that call ended with him saying I talked to much but as you can see there was a reason why I tried to be specific and I was still robbed. Don t go here. Especially women.

My experience with Glockner Ford was excellent. I was greeted as I pulled into the parking lot by a service representative. I was given instructions and assured that everything would be taken care of quickly. That's exactly what they did. Every employee that I ran into as I walked around and looked at some new cars was very helpful and friendly. I will certainly use Glockner Ford in South Point Ohio again... The transmission was going out on my 2020 Ford Explorer. It took two weeks for the new transmission to be shipped to the shop and two weeks for the repairs to be made. It seems to still have a "jump" from 2nd to 3rd gear, but we'll see.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

i went in because my car is tore up in the front end. they told me there is nothing they can do because they re allignment machine is down. but there is a glockner right in ashland with a good machine. you can obviously hear and feel my issue while driving. instead of attempting to fix anything they wanted me to buy 2 tires for 400 dolllars because the tires were wore out from the front end issue. again instead of attempting to fix they just wanted to sell me something.

It's always great doing business with the folks at Glockner South Point Ford! It's the only place we buy or get serviced. The staff have become like family to us. Everyone was super nice (especially the lady at the front desk)but I was told that I needed a part that cost over $1000 for my Sync system. I was told it had burned out. All I really needed was to connect the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on my phone. I did that myself for free later, and it works perfectly.

I have never before posted a bad review, but I was so disappointed in the service I got from Glockner Ford South Point that I wanted to be sure to let people know. I scheduled my van for a recall repair after receiving a notice from Ford that I needed to do so. I also asked them to look at two other issues I am having. I discussed costs for the other repairs and agreed to bring in the vehicle three weeks later (earliest possible appointment). I dropped off my van on a Wednesday night for my appointment on Thursday. I called near the end of the day Thursday because I hadn t heard from them and this is my personal vehicle that I use for my family every day. I was told that they had not even looked at my van yet because they hadn t had time. I was assured they would look at it Friday and give me a call. When they called late Friday afternoon I was told they still hadn t even looked at the van and would need to keep it until Monday. I decided to go pick it up so I could use it over the weekend and then dropped it off again Monday. Long story short, they didn t look at it on Monday or Tuesday and I went back and got my van. They had my van for FOUR DAYS and never even looked at it. I will never use Glockner Ford service again.

My service representative Kate went above and beyond to accommodate anything needed. She was on top of the issues and handled the insurance payment with ease. My salesman Steve Bowker continues to always be on top of anything needed and it was in 2021 that I purchased my ford explorer. I still contact him when anything is needed and he always solves any problem. He is more like family to us and our dog. Recently I had an experience in Florida where my service dog was locked inside my running car. I called him from Florida to help assist with me trying to enter the car to get my dog out. He stayed on the phone with us for almost an hour trying to help with this issue due to the car should not have locked with the keys in it. Unfortunately we were under a time restraint in 90 degree weather to get my dog out after the car shut off. We had to break the window to get the dog out. No other sales person would have done this. He also later messaged us to find out how the dog was. He then arranged to have the window repair done when I was back home. Any issue that arises he completely % takes care of it. I have purchased 2 vehicles from him and will always purchase my vehicles in the future from him . Glockner Ford is top notch .Service: Auto rear window replacement

I went to Glockner Ford after having a flat tire which needed to be replaced. I had driven over 300 miles on the spare. This dealer was so helpful! Mike took care of everything. He ordered the new tire and installed it the next morning. Everyone at the dealership was great. I have never been so impressed with that level of service. I took my truck in for an electrical short. I dropped it off the day before for service at the service appointment. The truck stayed 6 days to no avail. I had to purchase an automotive repair subscription and found a simple relay that needed replacing. I had to fix the truck on my own with additional hassle. The service department was kind enough to not charge for the diagnostic that didn t take place. The mechanics at the service department do seem professional and extremely capable. I suspect the dealership side kept the mechanics too busy. So busy, an extremely competent mechanic did not have the time to fix my vehicle, giving me the impression that my vehicle is not nearly as important as the ones from the dealership side. Staff are always friendly. Sometimes the wait is longer than they say, or takes a while to get an appointment, but sometimes not. I guess that is the nature of the business. Service was quick and I believe good. As the dealer is over 20 miles away, I have to wait while my truck was serviced, and there was no area to wait. Just a chair in the hallway. Also I ask service writer to not change the air in the tires, because I check my tires regularly in the morning before I drive. They added air. Pressure changes when you drive and after driving 20, there is no way air should be added or removed.Service: Auto maintenance

Very pleased with service dept. They kept their promise on price quotes. A competitor Ford dealership quoted a full hour service where Glockner adjusted the amount by time to complete which was 1/2 hr versus automatic 1 hour set.Thank youI'll recommend your business much quicker than the aforementioned competitor.Service: Electrical repair

A/C repair was done well and in less time than expected. I'm very pleased with the Service Department. The Service Advisor Mike was very helpful. I had been given an outrageous price at another dealership, but the people at Glockner Ford fixed my truck for a very reasonable price.

I purchased a used vehicle from Glockner Ford with a limited 3 month warranty. Within days I noticed a tire was losing air so I returned the car to have it fixed. They Happily took care of the issue 4 times before it was fixed. Tried to repair something new each time until they eventually found the very slow leak. A lot of people might get upset after a couple tries but I appreciate their positivity. They will make it right!Service: Tires

Very different experience than my last. Hannah, my service adviser was awesome. She got my car in at earliest availability and was very professional. Very knowledgeable! Shelby was able to get appointment coordinated with Hannah and my schedule. Very helpful! And Rob the technician was also very good! All repairs were completed when they said they would be and I have no complaints at all! From the last experience I had, which was not the fault of anyone in the service area, service writers or techs, at Glockner, but communication issues between the Ford company itself and its dealership, to this one was very different! Very pleased with how this all turned out! Will happily return to Glockner for service!Service: Wheel alignment
