Top quality maintenance. My vehicle was repaired quickly and efficiently, and it runs like new after every visit to this shop!. The shop had quality products, great customer service staff, the showroom and shop areas was very clean and organized. GREAT Experience everytime! They are there to make your vehicle safe and kindly educate you on how to keep up with certain maintenance to make tires last longer. I thought I needed new wind shield wipers one visit and the manager was kind and said let me try and clean them first saving me more money. I just went in this morning because I got a flat in one of my new tires due to a screw and they kindly worked me in quickly to fix it and get me out of there all free of charge. They do it all here and have saved me lots of money from going to the dealership. Great service and super kind!

Thank you Firestone! My experience was great from beginning to end! Brent was amazing from check in to check out. Will was helpful with getting what I needed to complete the job. Dave was patient every time I called for an update. All were very professional. I would definitely recommend this location for your auto care needs!

Dave at Firestone South Lebanon saved the day! We had a flat tire on our Zero Turn and thought we had 0% chance of finding a store open on Sunday. We called Firestone and Dave answered immediately. He told us to come right up and he d take care of it. We went straight there to find Dave was working the front desk and the bays. He determined our issue immediately (cracked valve stem), replaced it and had us on our way in 5 min. I know a flat on a lawn mower doesn t sound like a crisis, but when you have 5+ acres to mow before having outpatient surgery the next day AND before it rains again, it feels like one. So again, huge thanks to Dave!!

The young man assisting me was very professional, friendly, and trustworthy which is an amazing combination of traits to find in an establishment dealing with car repairs. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to each customer the problem and possible solutions. He even advised one customer that a repair they supposedly needed was not needed at all. As a woman that has worked on the fringes of auto repair, it is reassuring to see someone who is honest and not willing to take advantage of a woman who is not knowledgeable regarding auto repairs. This young man is an asset to your company and is the reason that I will recommend the South Lebanon, OH Firestone to those in need of repairs.

Management here has completely changed and the service has improved exponentially. Brent and his team did a great job with my vehicle. Doing everything they could to make a bad situation better. After a stressful venture to Walmart, I was sent to Firestone by the Auto Gods. All I needed was 1 tire off and 1 tire on. Brent and Will were at Firstone waiting to Lube me up so I could get back on the road safely. I've never seen someone touch my tire and apply Lube like Will and Brent were able to. Also they sent me on my way Free of charge. I will be giving all of my future tire needs to Brent and Will down at the South Lebanon Firestone.

Amazing service! I called around looking for info and pricing before deciding on Firestone. The individual I spoke with was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I had so many questions and they walked me through everything. The only place that would give me their time and didn t tell me to just come in. I was calling because I wasn t able to just come in at the time. Scheduled appointment online when I was ready and that was super simple. Prices were exactly what was quoted. No one tried to take advantage or upsell me on anything. Actually, I booked for something and the individual when bringing it in wanted to check before I even went through with it to save me money. My grandma would only use Firestone and now I know why. Super excited for my lifetime alignment, worth every penny. Plus military discounts and coupons online. Will recommend to everyone.

The staff at Firestone always takes great care of my cars! They explain what is necessary and what is recommended for the best performance of your car. You can always get in quickly and they get you completed asap.

Have used this location since we moved to the area in April '23. Very pleased with our experience each time. All staff were polite and respectful, even on a very busy day. Honest and informed me of a warranty on a failed O2 sensor. Communicative about delays due to parts delivery.

Will & the entire team at this location are absolutely phenomenal! As a woman there's always a concern about getting ripped off when it comes to car services and maintenance but not here. I also only get my tires from Firestone and this particular location has a customer for life!

Waste of half a day!!! Scheduled a simple oil change that should have only taken an hour. 3 hours later I m still sitting in the lobby making me late for all my other appointments for the day. If you work for a living this isn t the place you want service being done.

Would not ever come back here appointment at is now 6.30 and still sitting here outside waiting dinner is over I frrl this place owes me a very good dinner and 100.00 back on my balance for sure don't be sucked in and waste you money or lots of you time go 50 mie out of your way or call tow truck because you will be sleeping here with no dinner or drink I need reimbursed for time for sure please don't make the same mistake just a high warning thank you

Micah was super nice and so were the techs who did our alignment n swapped out tires. I ve had bad Firestone experiences at many locations so I ve been scarred but we decided to drive down to this one (47 min away) n am so glad we did! Me and my children. We re on our way home from a family trip and my back driver side tire all of a sudden busted when we got on the highway. I told my daughter to google the closest tire place. Firestone came up. It was directly off the exit 1 minute away. The location was perfect right by the highway. When I went in, they told me it would be three hours. I told them that we were from out of town and we were heading back to Pittsburgh. Me and the kids left the car walked around the shop in Plaza about time. We came back in a shorter. Timeframe car was ready. We were so happy. All I can say is wow very kind very quick and very helpful I ll definitely start doing business with Firestone their Employees Are THE BESTTT And So Was the PRICE WITH ROAD HAZARD PROTECTION THAT I HAD NO CLUE EXISTED Service: Tires

I highly recommend this location if you need any car repairs or maintenance. Dustin took great care of my car, had excellent customer service, and was honest about my car s issues. I can tell he s very hard-working as he answer phone calls, communicates with customers, explaining what s going on with their vehicles in a way that s easy to understand, and personally working on people s cars. Even though this location was extremely busy, Dustin fit me into their schedule and finished working on my car quickly. He went above and beyond to help and I can t say enough good things about this location s quality of service!
